Great food, long wait
We made a reservation (6:30 PM) for 7 people, so we had a relatively large group. We were seated fairly promptly. The food and atmosphere were very good. My main complaint is that it took FOREVER to GET our food! We ordered soon after we were seated
Bad smell and slow service
The place smells terrible when you walk in, like the smell of sewer backing up. They need to fix that. Waiter was great but service very slow. Waited 40 minutes and there were only a few tables being used
Large menu
Place was clean and had many reservations available. They let us sit down 30 minutes early. Menu was extensive and had options for everyone. They also let you customize the dishes if you wish. Big portions. Will be returning!

The lobster / crab bisque soup is and has always been amazing. Had the soup plus surf and turf -pretzel crusted pork chop and ginger glazed salmon with mashed potatoes and toasted vegetables
Lunch at Cooper's Hawk
We started out with wine tasting at the wine bar. Our server was April who did an excellent job explaining the wines offered for the tasting. We also had lunch after our tasting experience and our server, Caden, did an excellent job serving us.

Step-by-Step Process
1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* GallantAnswer60, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's $200 bid.
* GallantAnswer60 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to GallantAnswer60 for any questions Peter may have as GallantAnswer60 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* GallantAnswer60 now uses their connections at Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant- Brookfield to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If GallantAnswer60 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, GallantAnswer60 receives the $200 reward which is credited to GallantAnswer60's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant- Brookfield!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
