We felt rushed to eat and leave
We booked this beautiful restaurant for a relaxing, long dinner for our one night in Barcelona. We wanted to take our time and savour the experience but the waiters had a different idea which was to get us fed, take our money and get out! We ordered our food and the starters arrived in a flash. Great for the first course. However, no sooner had we eaten it and our main course arrived. As soon as that was eaten they brought dessert menus and repeatedly asked if we were ready. We explained that we wanted to take a rest and enjoy the wine but they kept asking and the last time they asked us, they took the menu away. I felt rushed and disappointed that we weren't allowed to take our time. I think they just wanted to get another table of people in. We call it flipping tables in the UK. The food was really good. I had steak with foie gras and it was lovely. The pork 'pen' was also outstanding, as was the wine. Such a shame
Anniversary Party
We went to celebrate my wife's anniversary with some friends. The food is very correct when it comes to a Cocktail menu that always generates some uncertainty. Some dishes like cannelloni or potatoes with sausage were delicious. Above all, I would like to highlight the wonderful treatment that Ainhoa gave us, always attentive and willing to meet our needs and requests. The only but is that there should be background music and there wasn't. We had fun.
It is no longer what it was
Since the previous chef, Carlos Cases, left, the restaurant is no longer a shadow of what it was. Lunch menu at 25 euros, without the possibility of exchanging dessert for coffee. Poor food, not to mention bad, dishes that were too salty and bakery pastries that they tried to pass on to us as their own. I was a regular customer of the place, but I will not return. I felt cheated.

1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* DistinguishedTree58, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* DistinguishedTree58 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to DistinguishedTree58 for any questions Peter may have as DistinguishedTree58 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* DistinguishedTree58 now uses their connections at Dos Torres Barcelona to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If DistinguishedTree58 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, DistinguishedTree58 receives the $200 reward which is credited to DistinguishedTree58's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Dos Torres Barcelona!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
