Amazing views, staff and food .
Herbert was excellent, during our whole time he was very attentive and always made sure we had anything we needed . The food was amazing and the view of the fountains were amazing. Herbert made it extra special by doing a video of us . Such a wonderful memory to keep .

The view is worth satisfying, and kudos to all the accommodating staff especially Mr. Herbert (supervisor). Every drop of penny spend here is worth it! I can recommend this restaurant and one of the best of best restaurant in Dubai. To mention also the food is tasteful and massive serving! It’s a wow!

Super friendly staff, amazing food and views of the Burj Khalifa. We came here on our first day after wondering around the mall and the staff allowed me to go outside and take pictures. Recommend!

Wow wow wow. The views (obviously), the staff, the food! Just amazing. We sat out side and enjoyed the views, albeit hot (air con unit was there which helped!) The staff are so friendly and helpful, I am a very fussy vegetarian and they catered so well for me! Easy to find within the mall also, we had a table booked at 9, being early they said they would text if a table was ready and it was!! To my surprise, the night was going to end with my engagement. The waiter took some amazing photos and videos which are so special and we will always remember Joes Cafe!! We are in Dubai for a few more days and will probably be back. Thank you for making our holiday that extra bit special.
Great spot, delicious food and very friendly staff
It’s great you have view over the whole area and the fountain, you can also see all the huge buildings around you. The food is delicious and our host Herbert is a very kind and helpful man. We enjoyed his recommendation of the lemon and mint juice!

Highly recommend this restaurant for food and an amazing view of the burj especially at night. Herbert was so friendly, lovely and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time and took some great pictures for us! I recommend the steak here!
Great views definitely pre book
Pre booked for 7pm. Fantastic views. I looked at various restaurants but very please as you are higher up. Food was very nice especially the cheesy chips starter. My salmon looked good but was average. You pay for the view, would still recommend.
Amazing place - Best Burj/fountains view in Dubai.
We visited Joe's Cafe last Monday as we wanted dinner with a view. We've eaten at other restaurants overlooking the fountains (Meat Co / BiCe) but I have to say this was our favourite. We were not worried about the non alcoholic option this side. We booked a 5:45 table on the terrace. The food choice was excellent and our food was lovely. We stayed for a total of 2 hours, prime spot overlooking the fountains. We were NEVER rushed and the staff and management were very attentive. The staff even stopped other visitors getting too close to those that were eating overlooking the amazing shows! Can only highly recommend Joe's - good food, good price, spot on location and great staff. We will be back !
The Best Cafe
I had a great time eating breakfast here. Food presentation was very creative. Tasty food, lovely place to catching up with your friends. Fitri was amazing she’s very accommodating, exquisite smile, and adorable. She is a huge asset to your restaurant and deserves much kudos. Stunning place!😍 We will definitely be back soon with my family! 💖 Thank you Joe’s Cafe for a lovely experience!🥰
Worst customer service
Went here January 01 for dinner and I can say that's the worst experience I had with this restaurant. I've been a regular customer here for a long time especially if we have friends and relatives who went to Dubai for the first time. So I brought my whole family there, we're 12 pax. Before entering I told them that we will be there for dinner and I told them we want outdoor for my family to see dancing fountain and Burj Khalifa, I must say they have the best view. So Me and my husband went first and the rest our family were still roaming in Dubai mall some went to the toilet. After a while staff came and asked us to order. Since my whole family wasn't there yet so we decided to order drinks and cakes first. After serving these desserts one staff came to explain that for dessert and coffee they only allow customers to stay for one hour, wow that was so new to us. I think 2 staffs came to explained to us for their new absurd policy. I got irritated really! Is that the right way to treat customers , I get it if some people are staying there for the whole night and only ordered 1 cup of cappuccino but c'mon have some decency to let other have their meal peacefully. Maybe put in your social media your policy or in front of your store "for customers who will only have desserts and drink you only have 1 hr to stay" if that's your rule I'm totally fine with it. But bombarding us with this rule many times when I'm so clear from the beginning that we will have our dinner there. We're re you judging us? I wonder if this rule applies to locals. So we had our dinner there as planned , me not enjoying my meal because I'm so pissed. The only thing we enjoyed is the view. When I'm about to move on, another incident came up. if you can't afford to have lot's of plates and utensils have a decency to ask your customers if you can take their empty plates not just barging our tables while we're so busy watching the fountain. I was so shocked to found out my plate was removed after we're done watching the show. What is this really!!! Another perfect way to remind us that you will be finish soon so you guys can go and we can cater more customers and more sales!!!! I'm writing this to inform other customers so they will not feel the same way we felt in your restaurant. Wish you more power and sales but I think if you're focus more in increasing your sales don't compromise customers satisfaction!
Best view of Burj Khalifa from Dubai Mall
I had a great experience at Joe's Café starting from the friendly staff (Kareen )was very nice and for sure made my first experience better. Can't forget mentioning the Abderrahim who was the responsible for taking me inside this beautiful Café. I highly recommend this place it's a unique experience. And you can also watch the waters show and the amazing Burj Khalifa view.
Excellent Service
We went for our 14th wedding anniversary celebration and were quite amazed by the hospitality of the staff especially Mingma & Cheyajb. As a vegetarian, they really took good care of us & understood our request. Good quality and mouth watering food makes Joe's cafe a fine food joint. Thank you very much for making our day special. We had a lovely meal here this evening and we were served by Tamer who couldn’t have been more accommodating. The food was nice & the view of the fountain show & Burj Kalifa are stunning! We will be back and would recommend to anyone.

Let's say Peter has a great morning and decides to take his three friends to Joe's Café Dubai دبي at 6 PM the same day.
He checks the restaurant's website and sees that no reservations are available. He then looks at the Joe's Café Dubai دبي page on AppointmentTrader, but finds that there are no user postings either.
That's where the community-driven bid process comes in.
Peter can place a bid on AppointmentTrader, which serves as a reward for any community member who chooses to work on securing the reservation. AT then notifies experienced users who may be able to help.
Step-by-Step Process
1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* FamousStation67, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* FamousStation67 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to FamousStation67 for any questions Peter may have as FamousStation67 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* FamousStation67 now uses their connections at Joe's Café Dubai دبي to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If FamousStation67 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, FamousStation67 receives the $200 reward which is credited to FamousStation67's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Joe's Café Dubai دبي!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
