Save your money and time and go to zuma instead
This place has gone downhill so fast, it's hard to comprehend... The food is now barely edible. Poor quality ingredients, bad cooking methods. Dishes that just don't taste good at all. It's very sad. To add insult to injury, after having spent $4,000 for my table, the waiters told me that they need the table for the next client and that I should leave. Absolutely disgusting overall and will never come back here.
Disappointing Experience with Poor Service
We were excited to return to Kinugawa Ramatuelle, but this visit was extremely disappointing. The area around our table had a strong pesticide smell, and sitting next to a tree made it worse with a constant foul odor. When we raised this with the manager, his only response was, โWe are in a forest,โ which felt dismissive. To make matters worse, we faced a swarm of bees throughout our meal, making it impossible to enjoy. As returning customers who had high expectations, the poor service and lack of care made this a very unpleasant experience. Would you like me to make it sound even more firm and impactful (without being rude) to highlight how it ruined your experience?
A Joke Thatโs Not Funny
What has gone so wrong with the world that a place like this actually exists? Nothing more than conspicuous consumption at best. Think of it as an ugly sister to Nikki beach. It could be something but itโs actually the clientele itself that is its downfall. Food very average, everything is prepared beforehand. The kitchen (which I visited) was basically shut down. Male waitstaff rude and clearly amped. The scene at the parking was comical, a caricature of the wrong people with too much money. Just so so wrong.
Excellent place to have a memorable dinner
One of the best spot in St Tropez. The people going there are elegant and the atmosphere is relax and confortable, sometime sensual. The tables are well set and the service absolutely perfect. The food is also excellent, making this place A must attend when in town" definitely.
Amazing sushi at the Kinugawa White Lotus
Be sure to call in advance of your trip to book a reservation. My fiancรฉ and I were seated at 7:30pm and it was a very clean and immaculate restaurant. The ambiance is very cool and relaxed, although it does feel like a scene out of the white lotus tv show! The servers are eye balling every move and prepared to step in and refill your drink or adjust your chair/napkin if you go to the restroom. It was a bit uncomfortable in that aspect but still, great service and just know that a tip is expected here. The sushi is 10/10 and fresh. Do not wear shorts as we saw one guy get told to change. Aside from the instagram models and high profile clientele, it is definitely a St Tropez experience. Would recommend!

Certainly one of the best, if not the best, in Saint Tropez. Top people going there, amazing setting in a garden full of trees, perfect service and perfect food. I could not say more as everything was perfect. It's difficult to get a reservation but it is worth it believe me. Japanese and European dishes.
Kinugawa - Think twice before booking this place
Kinugawa is a nice place with a huge potential but we had a horrible experience tonight June 10th, 2024. I am writing the date so the manager sees it. The annoying part for me was that a friend recommended this place and it turned out to be a nightmare. Ambience is nice but that's it. The service is horrible. We waited almost 30mins for our for to come, I had to prompt the waitress who assured me it was coming. The food came on some hot plate and everything was cold. The quality wasn't great as we couldn't even finish the food. A waiter noticed how uncomfortable my wife and I were and came over to ours. I explained the situation to Him and He walked over to the Manager who was about 5 feet away to let Him know and the manager ( a guy in a blue suit) didn't even bother to do anything about it. No even the courtesy of apologising or finding our what went wrong and I noticed He literally avoided passing our side of the restaurant till we left. the place has potential but nothing would bring me back to this establishment. Not after the excellent experience at L'Opera.

Step-by-Step Process
1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* BraveCloth47, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* BraveCloth47 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to BraveCloth47 for any questions Peter may have as BraveCloth47 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* BraveCloth47 now uses their connections at Kinugawa Ramatuelle to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If BraveCloth47 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, BraveCloth47 receives the $200 reward which is credited to BraveCloth47's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Kinugawa Ramatuelle!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
