Market rocks.
Have had many menu items over the years with favorites being any of the pizzas, the chicken wings, and the star of this review, the milanese chicken sandwich. This is one of the greatest sandwiches I've ever had. Perfectly cooked fried chicken (healthy portion size too) on this pizza bread. Add some cheese and dressed greens and you got yourselves an amazing sandwich. Go to Market. Order some wings (partial to cajun) and get the milanese chicken sandwich. You can thank me later.

Enjoyable place to visit especially on a nice warm day when
Enjoyable place to visit especially on a nice warm day when they have it opened up. The flow of fresh air makes this a nice destination. The bar tenders and wait staff have been very kind and attentive even when quite crowded over the years. I enjoyed the pizza for a reasonable price and they offer a variety of beers on tap.

We finally got in for a late lunch ( Labor Day weekend) . My husband and I shared a pizza and watermelon salad. Great toppings that tasted of good quality.

We ordered fries that must have been sitting out because they were completely stale. I watched our waitress pull dishes to put on another table by first stacking them on a nearby trashcan. I used to like coming for the fish entrees but I won't be returning.

Went in and my friend ordered a mojito, it was absolutely disgusting. My friend isn't one to send a drink back, but she absolutely had to. I got their watermelon margarita and it wasn't good either. Weird hipster place with nasty drinks.

Oh my goodness, this place is so good! I think this is our favorite place my partner and I have discovered since moving to Michigan. On our first visit we were there on a Friday evening and were just going to have cocktails. We were seated at the bar, and were having such a fun time talking to people, including the great bartenders, that we decided to order dinner. I am so glad we did! We have been back two more times, and every time has been wonderful. It does get very busy later at night, but that makes it even more fun to me. Highly recommended!

Great dinner at this trendy restaurant!! Reservations are a good idea because it's small. We had them and were seated immediately. Good cocktail menu. My friend is pregnant and asked for a mocktail...they have a choice of two and the one she received was very good. I had the lamb burger with sweet potato fries. The burger was excellent! A block of feta on it!! The fries were ok. I'd order them well done next time. A little limb. My friend had the Halibut with rice. Very good. We had the crispy shrimp and calamari app. Perfect!! I'll be back!!

Meh + Incorrect Order
We have dined here twice in the last few months. Food quality has gone down and is just ok. Service is not great outside of hostess/host. Food is ok. Ordered take out yesterday. Order was incorrect. When you contact Market via phone, you are unable to speak with a person so we were left with an incorrect order.

I've been a few times, and this last time it was just okay for me. The seating with the warm spring breeze was amazing. Our waitress was very good as well...but those were the highlights. I got a dip, but apparently, the dip does not come with anything (I mean anything) to dip in it. So you have to get the $8 bread, which was good but literally just one large piece of pita-ish bread. I also got Brussel sprouts, which were covered in sweet chili oil, maybe like 1 cup. If the oil was drizzled on, it would have been good but sweet Lord it was a lot. My friend got the chicken, which had been cooked within an inch of disintegration. The waitress took off the chicken, as well she should have. It was just ok for me. The drinks looked good...maybe that's where it ends.

Expect a wait if you don't have a reservation. Market side salad is basically tabouli. Chicken sandwich was good as was the bread and lentil soup.

Very interesting, diverse menu.
The vegan chick pea soup was delicious and filling. My drink was made very well. We sat by the window and were able to have a nice conversation. The restaurant was full, but the noise level was ok. Alex, our waiter did a good job.

Pizzas and salads are small and individual sized. It is a bit pricey. The atmosphere is fun, but it gets VERY loud and crowded!!

The market is bread is always fun to get and tastes amazing but the chopped greek was disappointing. It wasn't very "chopped" and came with 2 whole pieces of lettuce at the bottom. Wouldn't get it again

Delicious and fun! I highly recommend this place for dates and beers with the boys, just make sure you can get in there ahead of time because they do fill up to capacity quickly most nights. Thanks market!
Good meal stop
Market North End was a good spot to grab lunch in a very happening/trendy area of southeast Michigan. We were seated relatively quickly (we were there right at opening), although the place did fill up quickly on a weekday. We were seated in the completely covered patio area, but enjoyed the overall atmosphere of the restaurant. The overall vibe was open, modern, but unpretentious. All four of us thoroughly enjoyed our food, and wouldn't hesitate to return!!

Always excellent but busy
Food, ambience and service always excellent at Market North End. Fantastic and diverse menu. Consistently excellent. Of note: If you’re new to this establishment, there is no sign outside so it’s hard to find. If you’re there during prime hours, it’s always jam-packed with people. Noisy, and difficult to get a table or spot at the bar. Definitely a popular bar scene. If you want someplace quiet to dine, this is not the place. Ha!
Avoid this restaurant. Bad food, service, ambiance!
Better not to go. That was our first time and last. No any ambience inside, very small, old tables. Service is horrible. The server bring us total bill, but then she realized that she forgot to bring us main dishes. The food is bad. Between 4 of us we liked home made bread only. The rest is a very low quality. Avoid!!!
Very Good Lamb Burger, Pricey, Good Service
It’s an upper scale restaurant with high prices in a hgh-class area but you get what you pay for. My lamb burger was outstanding as were the sides and the naan bread appetizer. Good decor, we were able to eat outdoors.

* DistinguishedTree58, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* DistinguishedTree58 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to DistinguishedTree58 for any questions Peter may have as DistinguishedTree58 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* DistinguishedTree58 now uses their connections at Market North End Birmingham to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If DistinguishedTree58 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, DistinguishedTree58 receives the $200 reward which is credited to DistinguishedTree58's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Market North End Birmingham!
