Mokonuts Paris Reviews
Wonderful memorable
Delicious food, fabulous service. Incredible saffron risotto. Apricot crepe was unforgettable. So memorable and wonderful
Fantastic Lunch
After being turned on to this restaurant by our kids who visited last year, we had lunch there in November and were charmed and delighted by the food. We revisited this March with 4 friends and our initial response was reconfirmed. The food was fresh and delicious and beautiful We basically had everything on the menu, although the last of the amazing cookies were grabbed right before we could do it! We go to Paris at least once a year and we will no doubt visit everytime we are there. Cheers!
Amazing lunch!
My husband and I had lunch at Mokonuts and it was hands down the best meal we had in Paris, after staying here for a week. (The other places we ate at were fantastic - but Mokonuts was on another level.) Each course - starter, main, and dessert - was perfectly prepared and presented, and the service was very efficient and pleasant. We will be sure to return here the next time we are in Paris and happy to recommend this place to others.
Wonderful, Intentional, Memorable
Second time visiting and will absolutely be back. My first visit was a wonderful walk-in breakfast on a rainy morning last summer and I was so astounded by the quality I had to return for a proper lunch next time I was in town. Moko runs this restaurant with such immense care and no nonsense. I had a mackerel crudo with cured fish on top and a powerful green sauce, and a pork filet with salsify and a deeply savoury gravy. Dessert was the real star though- a tofu flan with black cocoa, preserved kumquats and buttery baked ginkgo pieces. Unbelievable! I had to buy a little pack of the famous Mokonuts cookies on my way out. Can't recommend enough, one of my favourite restaurants in the world. You absolutely need a reservation for lunch or supper (breakfast is walk in).
Creatively crafted cuisine
We went for lunch on the recommendation of a friend who has lived in Paris 12 years. We had the butternut squash cream soup with chunks of mushroom and pieces of goat cheese. the soup was served before the goat cheese had melted so we got a burst of flavor when we had a spoon of flavor when we hit a bit of cheese. the main was salmon that melt in your mouth; it wasn't dried; I would have guessed that it was sous vide'd except that there was a minimal delay in serving the dish. the salmon covered the best Brussel sprouts that I had ever had. Dessert was a coconut flavored pie with complex crust. This meal was one of the meal highlights of 19 days in France.
Perfect for a cozy lunch!
Book this charming restaurant for a cozy and delicious lunch. Menu is rotating and small- just order one of everything! Owners are so friendly, and you feel like they are cooking for you at their house. Book in advance!
Very disappointing
I wanted to like this place from its glowing reviews, but to me it was very disappointing. I felt rushed from the time I arrived to the time I left. The menu is very limited and didn't strike me as excellent preparation or ingredients. We had two entrΓ©es and a small salad with two glasses of wine and spent over β¬100. I don't mind the money, but the dining experience was grossly disappointing.
This is good foodβ¦
Rotating menu, prepared while you watch in the open kitchen. The food sings in your mouth. Small rotating menu, our day was a chicken and a salmon dish. Just spectacular. Starters were also fabulous. Portions didnβt leave me feeling like I needed a nap. Youβve got to go to experience. This is good food. Really.
Excellent!
Beautiful and clean food, personal and attentive service. We loved every bite, and would have come back for dinner if it was offered.

* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* EternalAnt36, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* EternalAnt36 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to EternalAnt36 for any questions Peter may have as EternalAnt36 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
