Prada Caffè London Reviews
Poor experience. Don’t waste your money .
Very disappointing experience at the Prada Café in Harrods. The coffee machine wasn’t working, so we couldn’t even order a proper coffee. Staff had no idea what was gluten free and showed little interest in helping. Overall, the service was poor
Unpleasant staff
I had a disappointing experience at Prada Cafe. The server was not very friendly and acted like she was doing us a favor by taking our order. When we asked for tiramisu, she said they had "ran out," and when I inquired about the freshness o
I won’t being going again
Looked very chic. But honestly the staff were miserable , they looked fed up and couldn’t be bothered . You would get better service else where . I wanted to ask about the cakes at the counter but I got no acknowledgment , no eye contact ! They g
The 12 Chips of Prada Café
On August 25, we had a reservation at the Prada Café in Harrods. It sounded like a chic way to spend the afternoon — but what we got was anything but. First red flag: the menu. Battered, tired, and looking like it had survived more fashion season
Nice enough but overpriced
Over priced food and didn’t compare to similar cafes such as Louis Vuitton cafe Paris & Tiffany’s New York. Venue was nice and good presentation of the cakes on display. Be aware as the chicken doesn’t get cooked to white and is still pink
Make a Reservation, Otherwise You'll Wait Forever In Queue
The Prada Cafe is lovely, and worth a visit. But make reservations, otherwise you will have to queue in a long line. It took me almost an hour to get an indoor seat. I think the biggest problem was that they did not have their upstairs seats open, wh
Nice to visit and sit outside.
Myself and my mother visited on Sunday, we asked to be seated outside as we only wanted cake a coffee, the staff all seem nice, we had 1 cake to share at £17.50, it was nice, a bottle of water is £7.50, it’s expensive but a really nice experience
Not Worth The Expense
Upmarket stylish designer cafe in Harrods. Honestly not worth the expense. Nothing outstanding here. We only had a cappuccino & bottle of peach tea. By the time they add in the cover charge & optional service charge… ouch! Relaxing enviro

Let's say Peter has a great morning and decides to take his three friends to Prada Caffè London at 6 PM the same day.
He checks the restaurant's website and sees that no reservations are available. He then looks at the Prada Caffè London page on AppointmentTrader, but finds that there are no user postings either.
That's where the community-driven bid process comes in.
Peter can place a bid on AppointmentTrader, which serves as a reward for any community member who chooses to work on securing the reservation. AT then notifies experienced users who may be able to help.
Step-by-Step Process
1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* PerceptiveWash44, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's $200 bid.
* PerceptiveWash44 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to PerceptiveWash44 for any questions Peter may have as PerceptiveWash44 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* PerceptiveWash44 now uses their connections at Prada Caffè London to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If PerceptiveWash44 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, PerceptiveWash44 receives the $200 reward which is credited to PerceptiveWash44's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Prada Caffè London!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
