Absolutely delightful
My husband and I had the pleasure of staying here in the Royal Club for 4 incredible nights. The whole experience has been simply perfect- the level of service throughout was outstanding! This hotel is very clean and comfortable, excellent food quality along with delightful friendly staff. The pool is beautiful, no aircraft noise either which really surprised us. We would highly recommend staying in the club rooms, an endless supply of canapés, refreshing drinks, afternoon tea and scrumptious cakes before pre dinner drinks in the relaxing club lounge. We would like to express our gratitude to Gerald and team along with Nelson in the club lounge - you have made our stay with yourselves very special (thank you for introducing Indian wine - a new favourite!) We would also like to give thanks to head chef Kamlesh, the passion for food presentation and quality was admirable-taking time to gauge feedback from your guests goes such a long way, your food is divine as is your work ethic:) We shall definitely be returning in the future - for those looking for a quality hotel experience - The Leela Mumbai is the only one to book……enjoy!

The Leela Mumbai is a Grand, Opulent hotel with a touch of Royalty !! The cleanliness and location is perfect !! Our stay from the beginning to the end of our week at the Leela was amazing !! We were upgraded by Akash at front desk . Our grateful thanks to Pargat Singh Kalisi who went out of his way to arrange my medication even though it was so late at night . Kindness, care and attitude is very important when one is in another country . Pargat you are a unique and warm soul !!! Lokesh from citrus is still as amazing and caring as ever!! Wonderful guy !! Hats off to Manish from the IT dept!! He was so helpful and considerate when we were having issues with the internet! A big shout out to Shreyas from housekeeping !! He was always so attentive and helpful … always smiling and obliging !! Thanku Christian for driving us around and being so polite and helpful . All the above mentioned persons went beyond the call of duty to see that we were well fed, happy and relaxed !! All have perpetual smiles with great personalities !! Superb hotel
This is probably the best hotel, near an airport,that I have stayed in, in the world. Incredibly helpful, organised, everything went like clockwork. A relaxing day round a beautiful pool, a lovely dinner and a very efficient transfer to the airport. Exactly what you want when flying off the next morning.
Six degree
Great experience with my friend at six degree. Enjoyed thoroughly and were very well served by Ms Arpita. She has great communication skills and she exemplifies great skills. She did a great job. Thank you very much.
Best in town
the Leela hotel was the perfect place to stay. close to the airport and with all the best services, the spa, the swimming pool, the yoga classes and the excellent breakfast. with my group we tried all the restaurants available for dinner and I must say those were excellent too, in particular the Chinese restaurant with the best spring rolls ever tasted. thanks especially to Pargat Singh who organized an amazing tour of Delhi and Agra for us.
Best Airport Hotel in Mumbai and Peerless Concierge Service
Nobody likes staying in a transit hotel at an international airport, they are where you don't want to be in between places that you want to be. We transferred from Varanasi on our way back to London. How very wrong I was to think that of the Leela at Mumbai Airport. From the moment we arrived, during the heatwave at the end of Feb, we were greeted like old friends, whisked up to an extremely comfortable bedroom, down to the spa, where the nice manager gave us dressing gowns and directed us to the delightful, secluded swimming pool. The only cloud on our horizon was that my wife accidentally left her expensive hat in a shop in Kokata Airport. We rang them, It was meant to be sent to the Leela by courier a week before so that it was there for our arrival. The charming, immaculate concierge, Pargat Singh, sadly told us that this had not happened. "Leave it with me Sir, I will sort this out!" We had a fantastic Chinese dinner and I went back to the concierge desk. Pargtr Singh the immaculate concierge was still at his desk, on the telephone. "I have found the hat, it is still in the shop in Kolkata Airport. Give me your UK address and WhatsApp number and I will have it shipped to you Sir". We had a great night's sleep. We left the hotel at 07.30 and were checking our bags in at the BA counter at 07.35. A week after we returned to London, I had a WhatsApp message from Pargat telling me the hat had arrived in the UK now by courier from The Leela. Ten minutes later my wife texted a picture of her wearing it in London! Extraordinary service from an extraordinary member of the Society de Clefs D'or. the men who actually run the world! Thank you The Leela Mumbai Airport for being such a haven and Thank you Pargat, you are unique.
Stay at The Neela Mumbai
Fantastic service and highly recommended. The Royal Club staff members made the experience even better with their courteous approach. Gerald at the Royal Club was exceptionally helpful and went out of his way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Will recommend staying here anytime.
Mumbai leisure and shopping
All great. Rooms and facilities are excellent. All the staff provide great service and there was nothing that was a problem. Room service and management are good. The service at reception is also good and they sorted out all our deleiveries with no issue.

Beyond amazing experience !
Though a short business trip of a day , the stay was super comfortable and luxurious for much needed rest. Special mention - Keyur who went out of the way and ensured the delivery of AirPod which I left in the hotel restaurant. Amazing experience. Exceptional service, great facilities, and the Royal Club rooms on the 7th and 8th floor are worth paying for. Lots of extras, free drinks of any kind between 6-8pm. Old fashioned values, customer is king and we were well looked after. Will certainly return. Loved it here.
My stay at the Leela Mumbai
The rooms are superb. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of their facility. The floors and rooms are very secure. You must use your room key in the elevator to unlock the panel so you can access the floor you are staying on.
Value for Money. Centrally Located
It’s value for money. But it’s not the 5 star experience that is indulgent. The rooms are good, but the fixtures are old. The breakfast is good in terms of what they have, but not excessive. Coffee was the major downer for us, because none of the ones we tried were good. Staff is extremely nice.

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
