We had a big party plan to come and enjoy a birthday party but as we walked in we throw away empty drinks in the trash and they didn't let us in the security stopped us from going in and ruined a birthday surprise worst customer service there losing so much customer kicking people before they arrive

Golf is one of my favorite sports and top golf definitely is a good place for all levels of golfers. Food and drinks and service are definitely amazing too. You get the great golfing ambiance and all the golf clubs you need included. It's a great scene for sure!

I was part of the staff events committee and we had our summer "picnic' at this location and it was a hit! We had a lot of first-timers who are now interested in returning back to Top Golf to hang out. The parking is plentiful but we were still advised to come on the earlier side as they tend to fill up. There are several levels of Top Golf and we were booked on the top floor. We had access to 22 of the stations, including on that seems to be for VIP. Music was playing and the screens are set up so you can see who in your party is placed in the leaderboard. IT was such a great perk as it allows people to be in a friendly competition. You don't have to be a pro or play golf. This is a great way to learn and practice hitting the ball. They have several digital games in which state of the art technology can record and track each ball you hit. Kids in our party were able to participate as they have clubs that are small enough for them. My 3 year old niece was also able to play as they provided a set of golf clubs big enough for her. Our package included a Mexi-Cali spread with several stations covering the floor. Friendly staff manned the stations and as well as each bays for alcoholic and bar orders. Overall, it was an amazing experience and I have seen many people (including myself) become big fans and can't wait to return.

We were excited to have our party here, my son had an absolute blast! Not only were the pods great but our server Collin was AMAZING!! He even anticipated our needs and brought us drinks before they were empty! He really made our experience top notch :)

I love the Idea of Relaxing Having A Couple Drinks Maybe a Bite to Eat and Maybe Even Getting a little active there with the Golf Sticks if you want, but for 75 a hr not including the $20 shots and the $29 wings, it was just too High of Price for the hour for me to even try to enjoy myself. The Food and the Drinks are a 9/10 though, it's just Pricey.

It was my second time visiting Top Golf but my first time ever playing. I'll have to say I was definitely nervous which I think affected how I played (Lol!). It was nevertheless a good experience. I love how they have different type of golf clubs to use. Their "Sure Thing" golf club is the way to go for first timers like me! I also really enjoyed how they have various games we could pick from. Angry Birds was a lot of fun! Overall it was enjoyable and I hope to be back again with better golf swings!

this is the worst place to work along with spending your money here. the management treats their staff horrible all the servers and bartenders hate working here. the food is horrible, its not properly made. don't waste your time and money. the turn over rate in server & bartender are very high here. don't waste your time getting a job here you will quit in a month. you wont get enough shift and you will be splitting your tips with the support staff throughout the whole venue and you will receive any help what so ever and management will tell you to get over it or there is nothing they can do about it. you will hate your job.

Overall, Topgolf El Segundo is a great place to spend a couple of hours practicing your swing, playing some fun games, and enjoying time socializing. The technology is pretty cool. Pretty good tracking of your ball, providing nice stats with respect to ball speed, height, distance, etc. The games are super fun. You can choose from basic driving range style, to target practice, all the way to Angry Birds, and a bunch in between. Which games you choose really helps determine how fun it is for the non golfers and golfers alike. I would have to say Angry Birds is a general crowd pleaser. The Callaway clubs that are available to use are actually pretty good quality. The atmosphere is really lively and fun. Great time socializing with friends and/or coworkers but also has been a great date location for my wife and I. The food is definitely lackluster. Bar food options are the expectation, which is fine, but quality and flavor only mediocre. Drink options are pretty good. Nice selection of beer, ok selection of wines (but that's ok given not as much an activity typically attributed to enjoying a glass of wine), and decent cocktails. Service is hit or miss. Some servers are great but others could care less. Consistency from this standpoint needs improvement. Definitely will be back to enjoy some more Topgolf in future.

This Topgolf open in April 15 2022 in the city of El Segundo Ca, with lot's of free parking along with EV stations. The Lakes public golf course in right next door. They take reservations or you can just walk in and try your luck, there a golf shop there with nice Items as you enter going to the front desk, there were three staff working there at the time, I had a e gift card for a hour, and a $15.00 game play bonus card in a bay, so as they were trying to explaining the process to it was so confusing with young people speed talking, never the less we made our way to the 3rd. floor. Our waitress Alyssa was very nice, polite, friendly and took her time explaining everything to me where even a cave man would understand...take points front desk. This place is really large, bright plus clean, there are 3 floors, a cover patio with umbrelllas, a few bar's and resturant , there are large HDTV screen all over this place. This Topgolf is truly a one of a kind entertainment / venue for the whole family. The rates are $55.00 per. bay and hour from opening to 12 noon, $65.00 per. bay and hour from noon to 5pm, and $ 75.00 per. bay and hour from 5:00 pm to closeing.

Stating the obvious that Top Golf is fan-flippin-tastic.
However, the management and service is really what stands out. My credit card wouldn't swipe when trying to purchase a golf glove and the manager was incredibly gracious about the issue. Our waitress was observant, friendly and so helpful addressing our dozen questions. Love this place!

Mind you, we weren't tipsy or anything, the service was taking a while. The server on the first floor said "we were told not to serve you guys." Anyways, no attiveness. Don't come here for good service. Overpriced. If you're going to be overpriced at least have good service.

Came here for the first time last night and it was pretty cool and fun. The only negative remark I have and would like to say is maybe have the servers be nicer? Noah was our server and the entire time he gave us attitude. He had attitude when we ordered food and paid. Not sure the reasoning behind it, but the entire group of 12 felt it. I asked for another round of my pina colada. He looked at me crazy and kinda refused getting me one by stated we don't make those. I looked at him crazier saying I have one in my hand I'm drinking. How do you not have them. He then proceeded to give attitude stating it cannot be made. I was extremely confused at this point. He messed up our orders multiple times and when asked nicely he once again had attitude. I can go on with more details, especially when it came to paying. But you get the point. Everything else was great but if Noah isn't happy working, then he either shouldn't be working or maybe have a positive attitude. The entire group felt uncomfortable and expressed this to each other once we left.

we tried to make a reservation but was booked so we took our chances as a walk-in where on websites says always welcome. well. never again we put our name in and they said 3-4 hour wait. we waited about hour and left waiting for the text when availabile. we gave up and went home. now over 5 hours later they text me saying ready in 15 mins. definitely not ok. they should have bays available for walkins specifically. definitely left a bad taste in my mouth for the future. let alone I asked how far in advance can you book reservations bartender said only a week and weekends always book up. terrible system.

First of all planning an event here is crazy.
They charge so much for what I'm assuming is a "fast pass" lol like Disneyland. Like an arm and a leg man! Haha ridiculous. They were going to charge me $440 for 2 hours at a bay.that was it. Nothing included. Then 2 platters that feeds 6 people for $220 hahaha cmon man! Don't do that to people. Not nice, top golf. I thought the $440 included drinks but nope. That's for 6-12 people haha crazyyyyy!! But we finally made our way here on a Sunday around opening (10am) for 2 hours like my previous event haha for 6 people. We got in right away. We ordered smokehouse burger and fries. It ran us $155 haha so I really don't understand where that $440 came from but the lady insisted she was saving me the 4 hour wait I would have to wait, so that means top golf charges $100 an hour they are saving you? You're def more expensive than Disneyland, top golf. food was ok. service. WOW! AWFUL!!!! We got in.. no utensils or napkins or plates. then when i talked to the server he told me that they are out of a lot of food items. hmmmm YOU OPEN AT 10am???? its only 11am! where did all the food go??? so i ordered kids cheeseburger took them 15 mins to tell me they dont have that but they have adult burgers? hahahaha thats hilarious. then i waited a good 30-40mins for someone to finally get me water after asking 4 different people. and i was given fries and had to ask for our plates, napkins and knife to cut my kids burger. it was ridiculous!!! maybe understaff? i dont know. service needs A LOT OF WORK!!! And make sure you guys have food... if not make a costco run or something. but get it together top golf.

Where to begin my server was and would be the only reason my wife and I would come back to this Top Golf, her name was Rowen and she was awesome from the beginning. This top golf was average at best we ordered the salsa and chips, it came with avocado and salsa. And it was below average. We ordered 2 pitchers of beer and i dont know if it was part of a bigger scam but once our beer came out the timer for our golf was about to run out each time. So even though we were golfing for X amount of time..it seemed a bit unfair because to enjoy your drink you had to increase your time on top of pay for your pitcher. My biggest gripe was the "workers" who were fetching the golf balls came close to where the customers where hitting, my wife is not by any means a good golfer and accidentally came closeTo hitting one of the workers. It was a complete accident and by no means couldMy wife on her best day could hit the worker with a golf ball. The worker proceeded to call his manager and have us kicked out of the Venue. We apologized to the employee and said it was an accident. After all said and done we were kicked out of the venue and told we could not come back. I spent 500$ on golf, drinks, and food and to be told we had to leave because of. Worker accidentally "almost" being hit by a golf ball was slightly ridiculous. Attached below is how much money I spent and I regret giving this franchise my money. I will not be coming back here.

But Marissa at the bar took good and made it amazing. She brought a year long saga to an end, we had a very specific drink our group has been trying to get since APRIL 2021, and Marissa said "You know its not on the menu, put I think I can make it work" and HOLY SH*T she did! And beyond that 10/10 service, super fun, great food. just great vibes.

If fun was a place then Topgolf is the spot!!!! My 9yo son went with a boys mentoring group last summer and has been raving about it since. So for his birthday we took a family trip. I'm not a golf enthusiast at all but this place is sooo much fun. Also, I was skeptical of the food....pretty pictures doesn't always equate to great food....well let me tell you, I was pleasantly surprised. The wings and tots are . The staff was friendly and very attentive. We can not wait to go back. I would highly recommend reserving 3 hours at minimum for a bay!! Thank me later.

We had made a reservation for 12:30 pm and had driven an hour to get there, only to receive a notification one minute before our reservation time that there was a system issue and Topgolf would be closed for the rest of the day.Needless to say, we were all extremely disappointed by the situation. We had made plans and traveled a long distance to enjoy some golfing, but were left with few options for how to spend the rest of our day. We didn't attempt to reschedule our reservation for another day and we didn't receive any compensation for the inconvenience from Topgolf, which was disappointing.Overall, I would say that this was an unfortunate experience, and it's understandable that we would feel let down by the situation. It's always disappointing when plans don't work out as expected, and the short notice of Topgolf's closure only added to the frustration. While I can't speak to the golfing experience at Topgolf, I would recommend calling ahead to confirm that everything is in order before making the trip, to avoid a similar disappointment.

Our bay stopped dispensing balls and we had to wait for our server to finish cleaning other bays before he could help us. Our server, Nic, was very attentive and provided high-quality service. He notified the repair service team and we had to wait another 10 minutes for the repair person to come. After fixing the issue, the repair man said they will add on additional time since we couldn't play.While checking out, we notified our server that we couldn't stay the extra time but wished to be compensated some other way. Since there was a lot of waiting for the repair, we couldn't play for 20-30 minutes. The red shirt manager was very hostile and refused to compensate us. Unfortunately, we didn't get his name. He kept gaslighting our party and refused to believe we waited that long. We already spent so much money here with over $600 worth of shots, food, tip, and etc. It would have been the perfect experience if it weren't for this manager. He did not leave us with a good impression and we do not wish to return due to his unprofessional and offensive service.

Was looking forward to celebrating my husband's 60th birthday made reservations 2 weeks in advance & planned his celebration around it. Just got a call 2.5 hours beforehand & they canceled stating system went down and they were closing for the day. They offered no apology or rescheduling just a huge disappointment. Now we are left scrambling to find something else to do needless to say very disappointing.

I cannot believe the audacity these people have manger was extremely disrespectful and I would never recommend this for anyone. The manger called us names and would even let us go to the washroom. Drove 6 hours and completely regret it. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!

Put us all the way in the corner. No one was there no reason to seat us there. No one came to take our order for over 40 minutes. When we ordered drinks, another 50 mins later tell me my drink isn't available. So there 1 1/2 hrs and no drink!! No need at that point. Ruined spring break plans with my son home from school! Don't seat people where you don't have servers! Worst experience at a top golf we have ever had!!!

Came here, no reservation, was told that it was a 20-30 min wait. After about 50 min, came back down to check on Bay, was told it would be another 15-20 min. Really unacceptable given that it was a Wed, and the place was really not crowded. Whether there is some policy to limit Bay rentals or not, the wait was extremely long. Staff was equally inattentive, as people were waiting in line while 1 staffer was working, multiple Staffers came and was milling around....not really attending to people in line. Bar staff were awesome, but in general, the other staff were rather blasé about their job. I am a visitor here and know how Top Golf businesses are in other locations....I will never come here

Really cool how they converted the old range to the new one. We went for a group lesson yesterday and enjoyed that part. Chase was great. We stayed for lunch and ordered a late lunch for a few of us. Unfortunately, the food took about 55 minutes to come out. The staff at the snack bar were great and more than accommodating. The kitchen was slow. I guess can be expected on a Sunday but maybe provide a communication. Staff was great, kitchen not so much. The food was meh. Typical bar type food

Came to TopGolf in El Segundo to celebrate my friend's birthday. Beautiful location. I've been to the TopGolf in Scottsdale, AZ before. I'm so glad they opened this location in the Los Angeles area. We had so much fun playing golf. They have different games that you can golf to. Our bay was located on the second floor. There was a scheduled event happening on that floor and we were told we can only have the bay for 2 hours because of the event. We still had some more friends/family coming a little later so we asked if there was anyway we could have the bay longer. The manager came out and said no problem and gave us an extra hour. This made us very happy and we really appreciated it. The staff was very friendly and took care of our parties' needs and wants the whole time. I highly recommend you make reservations ahead of time. You can book up to 7 days out. The staff came out with signs and desserts and singing birthday to my friend. We all had a great time and I can't wait till they open their TopGolf location in San Diego

AppointmentTrader is a community-driven platform where users can exchange their tee time reservations or leverage their personal relationships with Topgolf El Segundo. Buyers can make informed decisions using automated seller ratings, which reflect past transactions and reliability.
Each posting on AppointmentTrader shows you which user submitted it and along with that provides a trackrecord of that user which indicates how much experience
the user has and how many percent of their transactions resulted in them issuing a refund.
If there is no user posting that fits your schedule, you can bid on your preferred time.
Let's say Peter has a great morning and decides to take his three friends to Topgolf El Segundo at 6 PM the same day.
He checks the restaurant's website and sees that no reservations are available. He then looks at the Topgolf El Segundo page on AppointmentTrader, but finds that there are no user postings either.
That's where the community-driven bid process comes in.
Peter can place a bid on AppointmentTrader, which serves as a reward for any community member who chooses to work on securing the reservation. AT then notifies experienced users who may be able to help.
Step-by-Step Process
1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* MaternalRecord73, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* MaternalRecord73 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to MaternalRecord73 for any questions Peter may have as MaternalRecord73 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* MaternalRecord73 now uses their connections at Topgolf El Segundo to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If MaternalRecord73 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, MaternalRecord73 receives the $200 reward which is credited to MaternalRecord73's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Topgolf El Segundo!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
