Disgrunted Experience
Went for their set lunch, ordered 2 sets Ribeye (1Medium, 1 Rare) + roasted Bone marrow + a glass of white Frontignac. Medium Steak was way off, came out almost rare - medium rare Both steaks was so tough, me and my wife was literally sawing the steak off. Was seated at the round couple seats, which is very uncomfortable due to the height of the table, and the ultra low seat. Air conditiong was non existence, we were rushing to finish the meal, so we can get out of the place quickly. Given the price of the food, the experience and food quality was abysmal

Fabulous food, amazing atmosphere and meticulous service. Highly recommend the Tomanhawk steak, Grill aged Snapper and Signature Mac & cheese.
One of the best steak houses in Singapore
Overall this is one of the best steak houses in Singapore. We were not disappointed with anything we ordered. The pepper steak & porterhouse were tender & juicy, lacking a bit of char though. What we loved most was the sides, the Mac and cheese was the best we have had. The cream spinach was so so & the sweet potatoes in bacon & blue cheese was amazing. The sweetness of the potatoes blended well with the savoury & caramelised salted cheese. We wrapped up with the apple crumble which was really a big portion good for four. Tips: sign up for Triple Plus to enjoy 25% on your birthday month.

Had the tomato soup, bone in striploin and Mac n cheese, corn for sides, as well as wines. They were all excellent, delicious and well done!! Been to Bedrock many times and the food has also been consistently good! 👍 Service was also very good and friendly. Fantastic experience!!
Exemplary Service and tasty food
An excellent team providing efficient and friendly service and the food is delicious. Ching, both as a hostess and a Server is wonderful, both by demeanor and her thoughtful and excellent recommendations. The Baramundi that we ordered was exemplary and the fresh bread (more like a mini Naan) was truly fresh, soft and tasty. The butter and fresh roasted garlic were excellent accompaniments and the chili padi did wonders to satisfy the spicy pallette. We will surely be back because of Ching.

We received warm personalized from Ching. She suggested good recommendations. Ching is knowledgeable in the dishes as well as well versed in wine pairing Will bring friends back again for her good service and food well done
Wonderful dining experience
Starters - lobster bisque and crab cake, Main - lobster pasta and USDA aged rib eye and sides steamed broccolini and mac&cheese. All the food were spot on in terms of taste, doneness and presentation. Would like to compliment Ching; she is attentive and ensured we had everything we needed throughout the meal. In addition to the excellent food her positive attitude made our dining experience enjoyable.

Food as always and expected was delicious and seasoned well. Got the Angus Rib eye and it was cooked and seasoned perfectly. Service was efficient, attentive. Anne and Caicun took really good care of us checking if everything was in order from time to time. They are very professional, polite without being too obtrusive and made sure we enjoyed our meal. We will be back.
Still my go to place for good steak
Returned to Bedrock (Somerset Branch) - had the onion soup, oysters, lobster, tenderloin steak and asparagus as a side dish. Onion soup was wholesome and tasty with generous chunks of onions and ham, oysters were fresh and tasty, the tenderloin steak was cooked to perfection (medium rare and do ask for Dijon mustard), asparagus was still crispy and crunchy. The staff were warm and super friendly. We even received a complimentary dessert.

Poor execution and bad customer experience, not refined
I was here with my husband for his birthday celebration. It has always been our yearly affair during his birthday week, we would wine and dine throughout the week leading to the actual day. It was a Monday and the restaurant allows BYO, free corkage (wines, champagne). We brought along a bottle of vintage champagne and another bottle of red wine to go with our steak. We were approached by a senior gentleman, (in terms of age). We thought we were in good hands as seniority means wealth of experience, but we were wrong. Not only there is no initiatives and proactiveness, when told he seemed to throw tantrum as if to suggest that we owe him a living. The champagne is not at the appropriate temperature, thus required chilling in an ice bucket. Without checking with us, he just opened the champagne and start pouring for my husband and me, until my husband have to tell him to stop pouring as to let us verify the serving temperature first before continuing. And when my husband said the champagne is not ready yet, it needed further chilling, we could hear the slamming of the bottle in the ice bucket, indicating displeasure. We just arrived not too long, and you can imagine our mood and evening being spoilt by this gentleman. We ordered a lobster bisque, an onion soup and, crab cake to share. The quality and taste was disappointing. The lobster bisque lacks flavour and complexity, the french onion soup too salty (I am someone who can take saltiness and my palate belongs to the heavy style of flavour) and the crab cake is soggy and do not seem to be freshly made. So you could have imagine by now, what kind of experience we are going through. As we did not want to make a fuss, one could not help but to wonder, is this the treatment in a restaurant with a concept of high end dining, posh but poorly executed due to bad customer service experience. As for our main we ordered a 500gms aged T-bone to share with 2 sides. The meat is good, done as per our request (medium/rare). But at the end of the whole affair, it kept me wondering if i would return to this place again? While the brand and concept of this steak house spelled premium, posh and high end, i have experienced other steak house similar to this in terms of quality of produce and excellent customer service. Places like Bistecca Tuscan steak house and Wooloomooloo both have premium products and excellent customer service too. The management really have to look into why consumer have to dine here and what is the unique selling point, otherwise it is really not difficult to find another restaurants which fulfills the same criteria in terms of produce, price point, ambience, good customer experience. When we left, we felt like an unwelcome guests, no appreciation, no eye contact. As a Singaporean who love to wine and dine, i always defend for the people from the F&B industry, and rebut the notion that customer service is sucks in Singapore. I always belief if we show respect and treat the service provider with kindness, one would always experience an enjoyable moment dining, this time round guess i will have to relook at my own sentiment, maybe my kindness is being taken for a ride this time round.

If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered? |
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
