Bellagio Hotel & Casino Las Vegas Reviews from The Last Year
First time at bellagio and items was take. From our room
Stayed in Vegas many times with MGM and this time was first time at bellagio and my wife Macy shopping bag was taken from our room. And we always tip well for cleaning service for our room
Very disappointing
I will not recommend this hotel to someone who likes comfortable living inside room. Coming from Canada, we are used to hot water. When we reached room, we were shocked to learn below rates when we called room service. Hot Water Kettle-$35 per day Cutlery for food - $9 Plate - $10 o $20 for own food. The mini bar (fridge) is stuffed with their own products and you cannot store your items in that fridge as it senses weight and the storage charge inside the fridge is $35 to $46 (don't remember exact number). But basic necessity like hot water kettle and plates and cutlery which is free across many hotels in the world, is chargeable at this hotel. The hotel policy also does not include microwave and in room coffee of tea sachets which is visible across many hotels in the world & included in room costs but Bellagio says its not in their policy. This is still acceptable. But basic necessity like hot water kettle and plates, cutlery is priced and that too at an exorbitant price. Drinking water - Many basic to premium hotels have at least 2 complimentary water bottles per day in you room but Bellagio charges $24 per water bottle and you can only stare at the 4 water bottles kept inside room. Many VEGAS lovers will bash you by saying that 'Hey, walk across the street and purchase water bottles for cheap price from stores like ABC, CVS, WALGREENS, TARGET etc." But it's not about that! It is about how inhuman can hotels by charging an hefty price for stay and not even offering basic necessities for the price you have already paid! My friend staying at HILTON GRAND mentioned that the hotel offered them a mini fridge to store their own items, 2 bottles per day, microwave without extra cost which is NORMAL and STANDARD.I would stay at a hotel like this next time for lesser price than what Bellagio charges. Bellagio only looks premium from outside and I give it to them that the bathroom is good, but we were afraid if they were going to charge us for watching TV, or charge us for using washroom items or tissues etc. Bellagio is NOT VALUE FOR MONEY. The water fountain show is much much better to watch from the street side because no one will tell you that if you are watching it from the HOTEL ENTRANCE side, the MUSIC IS TOO LOW in VOLUME and can't really understand or enjoy how the fountains are dancing to the music. BUT for the general public standing on the street side, the MUSIC IS MUCH BETTER and LOUDER and you can really enjoy the fountain.
Total chaos
Digital check-in does not give instructions as to tower for rooms so there is confusion. Long lines at front desk, coffee, bars, elevators, and total chaos everywhere you go.
Not what I remembered!
Lots of construction during our stay. The check in process was horrible. No one in line/ checked in at 9am- expecting a wait but I never received the room ready text. Gave up - checked in online after 2PM. Spa experience was the worst. Loud talking, laughing and noisy carts right outside my massage treatment room for over 2 hour. Horrible atmosphere. $450 of lost relaxation. Towel fridge by steam room broken. Lights out in steam room. It’s really gone down since I was last there.
For the price this hotel service is average.
I used all services. Even though I was here for business I still took advantage of the amenities. Spa was nice. Jacuzzi was too hot to get in. No fresh fruit to snack on. For a high end spa I was surprised it was average. Gnats in the Prime steakhouse was surprising. Great location though. Construction Lise in the atrium is disruptive
Bellagio Las Vegas
The rooms are very simple I feel like it’s better to just go to another hotel for the same price and better room quality and it would have more modern objects in the room. It has honestly been one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a hotel especially since it has become a family tradition to come every year to Vegas to celebrate my birthday and it was the worse experience I’ve had at this hotel out of all the ones I’ve had stayed before.
My wife loved the pool.
Good place to stay, close to everything we wanted and was very clean. Overall a very good experience.
Room have very bad smell
Room have very bad smell staff using perfume machine to remove the smell but make it worse very bad experience for this time stay
Rooms at other MGM properties like NYNY are more accessible
Rooms at other MGM properties like NYNY are more accessible and comfortable. The beds at the Bellagio are NOT what they were made out to be. One room was too quickly cleaned, its sink leaks onto the towels below. No cold water in one of the sinks, no robes in one room and in the other room this panel just jumped off the wall and today smells really bad around the mini fridge. Rooms are not well ventilated, and there's no way I could stay here in temps above 95. T-stat at 60, and it's still 75 in the room to the point our water bottles have condensation on the INSIDE. The front desk lady was super curt with me as opposed to other mgm properties I have stayed. Poor signage, crowded. Rude entitled guests blasting music on their smart phones. If this is the crowd Bellagio attracts... Hard pass. This facility scares me with its lack of exits and mad volume of entitled rude people who do not give af about anyone around them. Will never be back. Y'all can have it. It's obvs people stay here to show off their moderate wealth and they act it. I live in a tourist town and these people at this property are something else! I can't wait to go back to the Oregon Coast! Glad this is my last night here. EDITED 11PM 5/23: I WAS ALMOST ACCOSTED BY SECURITY TRYING TO GET TO MY ROOM BECAUSE I DIDNT HAVE MY GENERIC KEYCARD OUT OF MY WALLET FAST ENOUGH AND I WAS DRESSED DOWN TO GO TO CHINA TOWN FOR DINNER. MY FELLOW GUESTS CAME TO MY RESCUE AND FLASHED THEIR CARDS BUT GET THIS... THE ELEVATOR DOESNT WORK WITHOUT A VALID KEY CARD AND ANYONE ANYONE ANYONE COULD GRAB A BLANK KEYCARD FROM THE GIANT SELF CHECKIN STATION RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE LOBBY, FLASH THAT CARD AND FOLLOW YOU TO YOUR FLOOR. SECURITY IS PURELY PERFORMATIVE AND AS A SYSTEMS PROCESS ARCHITECT THEIR SECURITY HAS A GIANT HOLE IN IT WHERE THEIR EGO FITS. I was INVITED TO STAY at this property and was comped 2 nights and THIS is the treatment I get when I'm on VACATION. I DONT WORK FOR MGM AND I DONT HAVE TO DRESS UP FOR GOD, BABY JESUS OR A BURNT OUT SECURITY GUARD ON MY VACATION. You WILL be hassled on this property if you don't dress to impress. I passed by at least 3 sex workers escorting Johns to their room just fine but the normies stuffed on sushi were an issue. Reported to management. Never again. BUT WAIT THERES MORE: 12:30AM AGAIN THE SAME security guard, RICHARD, lights up with a GIANT cheshire cat smile as we approached the elevators and makes a scene to see our key cards while letting 7 other people past. I am being profiled, bullied and harassed because of my gender and autism and this was AFTER we spoke to the manager, Kevin. I am waiting right now to give a statement to someone from your statement team for repeated targeted harassment and discrimination.
We are staying in room xxxxx with a beautiful view.
Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. It's conveniently located by the elevator. Reason for two stars is the family next to us are not team players. They would slam the entry door coming and going. They could not control their kids. It sounded like there are two kids that do not know how to talk. They only knew how to scream and cry. We never heard kids talking or playing. Only crying and screaming CONSTANTLY!! I few times we heard an adult female screaming too. They would bang on the adjoining wall and try to open connecting door. We did not get any rest the entire week here. We asked security for help three times but nothing was done. Guest services told us sorry but there is nothing they can do. We really looked forward to relaxing in our room while enjoying the beautiful view. It was not relaxing. I just don't understand why parents with young uncontrollable children are allowed to ruin others vacation. We leave in the morning. If I would have known my peaceful vacation was going to be ruined by this chaos I would have saved my money and stayed home As I write this review at 2:22 am on May 24, 2024 I can hear a kid making noise next door. Crying. Geez. Another sleepless night. I can't get back a restful vacation week relaxing in a peaceful room. I suggest hotels place families with young children in certain areas away from couples without children. Or better yet leave your young babies home!! Vegas is for adults!! We asked for assistance three times in the four nights we are here.....

The Bellagio is a must stop place when you are in Las Vegas, at least to watch the dancing fountains and visit the Conservatory and Botanical Gardens. I did so on this trip too. The fountains never get old, the Conservatory was in transition for the Summer display. I was also in the mood for a snack and ended up at Lago, a Julian Serrano one restaurant at the hotel. They insisted that I sit at the bar (which is away from the main action). I stated that I must sit in the main dining area (there were numerous empty tables) or I would have to leave. They refused to oblige so I left (even though I will post pictures of the place). So I decided to try another restaurant at the premises and chose Jasmine, a Chinese restaurant. Would you believe that I had a similar and more humiliating experience there too? Will post that on this platform.

So the initial walk in of the resort is stunning One of the main reasons i chose this casino over the others However i went to my room , really nice but there was a small roach in the bathroom when i walked in (maybe from one of the housekeeping ) i know pest control is a big issue in Vegas but still at the price i paid this was not to my liking Im not sure if i will be returning to this property Maybe the botanical garden attracted unwanted guest in the hotel Check your hotel room prior to staying
Appealing stay - the main issue being the remodel hammering
Appealing stay - the main issue being the remodel hammering starting at 6.30am above the room. No warning and just a saccharine 'thankyou' from the 'guest services'. Not to mention the lack of action by the same 'services' for obnoxious tenants shouting at 3am. This hotel is tired and indifferent.
Breathtaking flowers and design.
The teacup was gorgeous. Stayed the weekend of May 19. Staff at front desk, Spa, salon, and restaurants were amazing. Staff walking around the casino/slot machines not so much. Overall, the Customer Service was good. Very friendly and helpful. Bedrooms, oversized, and beds extremely comfortable. Bathrooms clean and spacious. Fridge had barely space for your food. Everythingelse was weight censored. The mini bar prices were outrageous. Eating on site was expensive as well. But the price seem to align with other resorts. Have the best manicure I've ever had in life at their salon by a nail tech named Lee . she was amazing. I would definitely stay here again. But it is price.
Disappointing.
We've stayed before and it has really gone downhill. The Bellagio used to be a luxury experience. There is little to no customer service and employees are actually rude. It honestly felt like they don't care about their guests. Restaurants were just okay. You'll have to constantly look for a cocktail server in the casino and the drinks are extremely weak. Noisy rooms, you can literally hear people in the next room talking, so if they're doing anything louder than that, you're getting an earful. Check recent TripAdvisor reviews. Stay somewhere else and come to Bellagio to see the fountains and conservatory. We will not stay here again.
Noodles Restaurant Las Vegas Bellagio Hotel.
Thai spicy shrimp soup is simply the best ever.
This is my second time staying at the Bellagio and it's
This is my second time staying at the Bellagio and it's always fantastic. Beautiful room with a gorgeous bathroom and lots of space. I love the chair to sit and read and the mattress was super comfortable. I was there for a conference and the spa tower was so close and convenient. My only issue was that I never felt like the room was super cool. I'd put the thermostat on 65 and the bathroom would still be hot.
Very disappointing stay.
Stayed for 2 nights spend thousands of dollars at the blackjack table. Wasn't even comped any food. Or cigarettes or anything. I booked a third night and the morning I went to check into the hotel my payment method was declined. It was a holiday and the banks were closed. I asked if I could fix it in the morning and was told no. I was assured I wouldn't be charged a room cancellation fee and sure enough as soon as I left I was charged a $500 no show fee. I have been in contact with this property for months and still no resolution. Front desk and management are incompetent. Won't be back. They still owe me $500 and will not pay. Thanks Bellagio. 5 stars my butt.
Las Vegas trip
Rooms were large and spacious. Beautiful resort, nice pools, many shops. A little pricey yet comfortable.
Beautiful property, sweltering room
We originally honeymooned at the Bellagio and returned for our 23rd anniversary. The a/c in our room barely worked which meant our west facing room was sweltering. Maintenance swapped out the filthy filter but that did nothing. Instead of upgrading us, we were given a fan. We at least did not have to pay resort fees but we will not ever be staying with the Bellagio again. Very disappointed.
Location of our room was noisy
Our room was 9 stories up from hotel side lot. Service vehicles perform in their duties woke us up every morning around 6:30am. No exhaust fan in bathroom.
Exceptional
Location, service, restaurant variety exceptional. Beats the rest of hotels. Overall the best place to stay on the strip‼️
Vegas Trip
This trip was decided instantly with no plan along with my friend, Shakeel . It was just fun trip to relax and enjoy some good food .
3 Years of WOW!!
Just spent another week at Bellagio - 3 years in a row of staying here. Every time it gets better. Excellent staff, great room, yummy food, relaxing pool, hot showers - it’s all good!! Can’t wait for next year!
April 2024
Saw an amazing Cirque show during Our stay and the pool was very nice. Otherwise, it is insanely crowded and smells like smoke. It was loud in the hallway at night. Biggest gripe was the pillows…they were awful. Room was clean. 5 star resort??
Great service and the best hotel in LA
We stayed at the Bellagio’s for two nights during our Las Vegas trip. This is definitely the best hotel in terms of service, activities, facilities and in so many ways. The hotel lobby was extravagant and the conservatory and the botanical gardens were magnificent. Kids will love this. Fountains of Bellagio is an attraction for in house guests and outsiders equally. Hotel facilities were great. Room we booked was newly renovated room and was very spacious and comfy. They have so many great pools and they will always be full of people. Finding a sun bed can be challenging and you will have to wait for a while. We did not have breakfast but we did order in room dining a few times for the kid and it was expensive but good. Our admiration towards this hotel grew more due to an unexpected experience we had. Our 3+ toddler was playing inside the room and had a minor accident by hitting her head on the edge of a cupboard. Her wound had some minor bleeding but we worried since it was a head injury and also she was crying. There’s an ice machine in every floor and we quickly kept some ice but we also thought of informing the hotel. They immediately sent a security officer who is capable of doing basic first aid but after checking our Tod he recommended to call for paramedics for safety. We agreed. While we waited, an officer from the hotel was stationed outside of our door and they recorded all the details of the incident. Paramedics came within 10-15 mins and they were fantastic. They checked out Tod made her feel comfortable and said nothing to worry. They also gave some meds and told us to observe her for the next 24 hrs. They even invited her to the fire station next day but we couldn’t go there. This worrying experience was quickly converted to a pleasant experience by the amazing hotel staff and paramedics. Whilst the incident has nothing to do with the hotel facilities, they even gave us a 100USD voucher to be used at one of their restaurants. Thank you for this great service. I’m late to write this review but better late than never. Highly recommended for families with kids for an amazing experience and safety.
I can't say enough about Rosale at the front desk.
She is a gem! My husband's 65th birthday and she treated us like we were royals. She made the experience a 1000/10. Thank you so much!
We stayed here for 4 nights 5 days.
This was a wonderful hotel conveniently in the middle of the strip. Very elegant, clean and staff was friendly. Our room had a gorgeous view of the famous Fountains. Perfect. We couldn't have asked for anything better and will be staying here again.

This hotel is centrally located on the Strip which is "convenient" to several other locations (though convenient is a bit of a stretch when talking about anything in Vegas - there's always a walk). MGM properties are now connected with Marriott, but there are kinks they still need to work out with respect to how perks/benefits work. Status on Marriott did not provide us with a significant upgrade on room (just a view of the fountains - which is a nice view (and of Paris) but you cannot hear the music. You do hear the booms of the fountains - but the fountain shows are usually done before your Vegas evening will be (unless you're going to bed early - whaaaat?). The room is comfortable, showers are glass and have no door so it can get a little chilly. Non-smoking floors doesn't mean that your neighbors or previous occupants won't be or had been smoking (apparently people just pay the fine and smoke anyhow). Soaps, hair products and lotion are all large bottles (per the new trend to help save plastic use and be reusable). We had expected but were surprised that other vanity amenities were not provided (you might be able to request, but we didn't). We had one day where housekeeping skipped - I guess we left a little late for lunch but they didn't come back. No turndown service is provided as well. Both sets of elevators for the spa tower and the main towers requires a bit of a hike through the property to get there. Time from rooms to the front door of the hotel is roughly 10minutes give or take - so factor that into your transit time. There is a tram that connects the Bellagio to the Crystal shops and then to the Park MGM. The run fairly frequently so it's a good way to move from the central part of the Strip to the southern part. It's roughly 3-4min between the stops. The pools are nice including some with fountains. Service at the pool was not terribly fast, but very nice. Fun things to see at the Bellagio other than the fountain - the chocolate waterfall and the conservatory/garden.
Booked a suite at Bellagio (paid) for a few days this week.
During check in we got our room keys and went to our room on floor 24. Waking into the room the sound of construction above us was deafening! There was no mention to us during check in that there was construction on the floor right above us. My husband and I both had calls for work and could barely hear anything. It is absolutely crazy to take people's money (Bellagio isn't the cheapest place) and then put them in a room that is directly under a construction zone with absolutely NO MENTION of this during check in. Definitely avoid this place if you plan to be in your room (asleep or awake) between the hours of 9am-4pm.
The gist.
.. ---Parking is $18/day. they have green or red light bulb above each parking stall to indicate availability, great! ---Before I believe the gym was pay to use, now they just make you pay for it regardless if you use or not, they also include pool, maintenance, blah blah blah. I think it was $50ish per day. i think they make a hold on your card for $150 per day... released after your stay. ---The conservatory and botanical garden is crowded during the day till 2am in the morning when we arrived it was busy! there is a window in the morning around 8 am. ---Noodles (asian restaurant) do not go there, do not pass go, do not go there. It is overpriced and disgusting. if you do decided to go there, do not take take-out... but seriously... you can find better asian food elsewhere! ---Bellagio Patisserie, worth it. go there. the gelato is delicious, pistachio gelato was hands down favorite all time! ---Pool was beautiful. upgrades for fees ---the fountain show very loud, very pretty. very crowded. recommend going to restaurant to see show. ---We originally had 2 queen beds and they did not have it so we were given a king bed near the fountain... it was basically our view was a parking lot and to the left was the fountain show which was loud... I was disappointed with what we got... also the walk to the guest rooms is pretty far from the parking. ---The room was clean. we asked to have the liquor bar locked because we had a toddler and they didnt do it... service was horrible. the cleaner would inconvenient come during the afternoon. you can call and schedule when to get the room cleaned. ---Everything was overpriced and if they had better quality things I would understand but we are talking about snickers and junk snacks that you can get from 7-11. they had a box of chocolate... i was thinking, I don't know how long thats been there and passed over... gross. ---I am glad that they had security at the elevators to ensure that hotel guests were the only ones with access to the room elevators. Will I come back, maybe.
Ended up coming back here and the trip started out amazing.
Then we were staying on the 27th floor and woke up on Monday to the loudest craziest construction ever. It's so loud it literally shook our room and the staff team didn't give a damn. Such a horrible staff and service team working here. They literally and truly do not care. For someone who holds a platinum card and comes here a lot it is super upsetting. I've posted a video showing how loud and terrible it was. Do not come here!!
Disappointed in our stay at the Bellagio this past week.
- Low water pressure - No cleaning service - Phone in the room dialed twice - Customer Service was not good
Beautiful hotel to see.
Just don't stay or gamble there. I tried to check in at 2:14 PM. I was told my room number, teh floor and that it was a fountain facing room. However, the room attendant was currently in my room and it should be ready shortly. I figured I could wait a few min for a fountain view room. I was then told because we would have two cars there, we would be charged $36 a day for parking. I kind of think It should be per room but just me. when paying so much for a room, why do they need to charge to park there. I waited until 6:20PM. it doesn't take four hours to clean a room. Adn the worst part was I could not leave as they take your paper parking ticket when you check in. Casino. The player card reprint machines don't work. "They have not worked for months". then take them out. I waited 42 min to get a new card printed, as they only had to people helping. every porker machine i sat at had at least one button not working. Never, got a drink while playing. Hod to to go teh sports bar and get a drink. But only when the bartender stopped talking to his friends. even most of the ticket redemption machines were down. and why don't they give you your change. There is no change shortage! I will not be back
First Bellagio stay, yearly Las Vegas visitor, world
First Bellagio stay, yearly Las Vegas visitor, world traveler, non-gambler, non-drinker; ie, not my first rodeo. There's no doubting the sheer beauty and opulence of the Bellagio Hotel. It is a stunning property. There are the fountains (famous, but to me once you've seen them, well, you've seen them). There are the gardens in the Conservatory. Always gorgeous and rococo. The restaurants are great. The pools are to die for. The service is Top Drawer. (Prepare to truck in things like water and snacks). The rooms? We stayed in one of the so-called Stay Well rooms, which are located on the 23rd and 24th floors. A Stay Well room comes with amenities like Vitamin C infused shower water; aromatherapy; air purification; white noise machines; a wellness newsletter; exceptional bedding; and meditation videos and the like. A fabulous idea, and our room was probably great in 1998 or so when it was furnished and finished. Apparently, rooms on the 24th floor have been renovated and that the ones one the 23rd were in progress, not so our room. Very dated chrome and puffy furniture; Brutalism media center and a TV smaller than the one you probably have in your bedroom at home. The carpet a tired dark nothingness.I know what you're thinking: you don't go to Las Vegas for the room! I hate to break it to you, but yeah some do. We have stayed the Wynn, Encore, and Hilton properties throughout the years. We luxuriate. We shop. We pool. We spend money. We also spend more time in the room than no doubt the majority or visitors; okay, so sue me. To Bellagio's credit it does own up to the shortcomings. One amenity listed on its own website was missing from our room. I called Guest Services and although they argued the amenity was not part of the room -- even when I told them it was on their own website under the Stay Well room amenities list -- they gave us a healthy food allowance as compensation. Next year will we stay at the Bellagio? Good question. Maybe. We'll see how things progress.
7:30 Fountains.
..Nonexistent 7::45 Fountains...Smoking and Busted 8:00 Fountains ...where are you, still waiting. We are from the South and we came to see some water shooting in the air. Didn't happen --sooo disappointed. We actually didn't stay at Belllagio--but it still sucked.
Amazing place
Stayed at the Bellagio a few years ago and this place is one of my favorites. It is high class. LOVED IT
