Not what I remembered!
Lots of construction during our stay. The check in process was horrible. No one in line/ checked in at 9am- expecting a wait but I never received the room ready text. Gave up - checked in online after 2PM. Spa experience was the worst. Loud talking, laughing and noisy carts right outside my massage treatment room for over 2 hour. Horrible atmosphere. $450 of lost relaxation. Towel fridge by steam room broken. Lights out in steam room. It’s really gone down since I was last there.
Be the first to ReplyTotal chaos
Digital check-in does not give instructions as to tower for rooms so there is confusion. Long lines at front desk, coffee, bars, elevators, and total chaos everywhere you go.
Be the first to ReplyVery disappointing
I will not recommend this hotel to someone who likes comfortable living inside room. Coming from Canada, we are used to hot water. When we reached room, we were shocked to learn below rates when we called room service. Hot Water Kettle-$35 per day Cutlery for food - $9 Plate - $10 o $20 for own food. The mini bar (fridge) is stuffed with their own products and you cannot store your items in that fridge as it senses weight and the storage charge inside the fridge is $35 to $46 (don't remember exact number). But basic necessity like hot water kettle and plates and cutlery which is free across many hotels in the world, is chargeable at this hotel. The hotel policy also does not include microwave and in room coffee of tea sachets which is visible across many hotels in the world & included in room costs but Bellagio says its not in their policy. This is still acceptable. But basic necessity like hot water kettle and plates, cutlery is priced and that too at an exorbitant price. Drinking water - Many basic to premium hotels have at least 2 complimentary water bottles per day in you room but Bellagio charges $24 per water bottle and you can only stare at the 4 water bottles kept inside room. Many VEGAS lovers will bash you by saying that 'Hey, walk across the street and purchase water bottles for cheap price from stores like ABC, CVS, WALGREENS, TARGET etc." But it's not about that! It is about how inhuman can hotels by charging an hefty price for stay and not even offering basic necessities for the price you have already paid! My friend staying at HILTON GRAND mentioned that the hotel offered them a mini fridge to store their own items, 2 bottles per day, microwave without extra cost which is NORMAL and STANDARD.I would stay at a hotel like this next time for lesser price than what Bellagio charges. Bellagio only looks premium from outside and I give it to them that the bathroom is good, but we were afraid if they were going to charge us for watching TV, or charge us for using washroom items or tissues etc. Bellagio is NOT VALUE FOR MONEY. The water fountain show is much much better to watch from the street side because no one will tell you that if you are watching it from the HOTEL ENTRANCE side, the MUSIC IS TOO LOW in VOLUME and can't really understand or enjoy how the fountains are dancing to the music. BUT for the general public standing on the street side, the MUSIC IS MUCH BETTER and LOUDER and you can really enjoy the fountain.
Be the first to ReplyFirst time at bellagio and items was take. From our room
Stayed in Vegas many times with MGM and this time was first time at bellagio and my wife Macy shopping bag was taken from our room. And we always tip well for cleaning service for our room
Be the first to ReplyRoom have very bad smell
Room have very bad smell staff using perfume machine to remove the smell but make it worse very bad experience for this time stay
Be the first to ReplyMy wife loved the pool.
Good place to stay, close to everything we wanted and was very clean. Overall a very good experience.

The rooms are very simple I feel like it’s better to just go to another hotel for the same price and better room quality and it would have more modern objects in the room. It has honestly been one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a hotel especially since it has become a family tradition to come every year to Vegas to celebrate my birthday and it was the worse experience I’ve had at this hotel out of all the ones I’ve had stayed before.
Be the first to ReplyFor the price this hotel service is average.
I used all services. Even though I was here for business I still took advantage of the amenities. Spa was nice. Jacuzzi was too hot to get in. No fresh fruit to snack on. For a high end spa I was surprised it was average. Gnats in the Prime steakhouse was surprising. Great location though. Construction Lise in the atrium is disruptive
Be the first to ReplyGreat service and the best hotel in LA
We stayed at the Bellagio’s for two nights during our Las Vegas trip. This is definitely the best hotel in terms of service, activities, facilities and in so many ways. The hotel lobby was extravagant and the conservatory and the botanical gardens were magnificent. Kids will love this. Fountains of Bellagio is an attraction for in house guests and outsiders equally. Hotel facilities were great. Room we booked was newly renovated room and was very spacious and comfy. They have so many great pools and they will always be full of people. Finding a sun bed can be challenging and you will have to wait for a while. We did not have breakfast but we did order in room dining a few times for the kid and it was expensive but good. Our admiration towards this hotel grew more due to an unexpected experience we had. Our 3+ toddler was playing inside the room and had a minor accident by hitting her head on the edge of a cupboard. Her wound had some minor bleeding but we worried since it was a head injury and also she was crying. There’s an ice machine in every floor and we quickly kept some ice but we also thought of informing the hotel. They immediately sent a security officer who is capable of doing basic first aid but after checking our Tod he recommended to call for paramedics for safety. We agreed. While we waited, an officer from the hotel was stationed outside of our door and they recorded all the details of the incident. Paramedics came within 10-15 mins and they were fantastic. They checked out Tod made her feel comfortable and said nothing to worry. They also gave some meds and told us to observe her for the next 24 hrs. They even invited her to the fire station next day but we couldn’t go there. This worrying experience was quickly converted to a pleasant experience by the amazing hotel staff and paramedics. Whilst the incident has nothing to do with the hotel facilities, they even gave us a 100USD voucher to be used at one of their restaurants. Thank you for this great service. I’m late to write this review but better late than never. Highly recommended for families with kids for an amazing experience and safety.

Saw an amazing Cirque show during Our stay and the pool was very nice. Otherwise, it is insanely crowded and smells like smoke. It was loud in the hallway at night. Biggest gripe was the pillows…they were awful. Room was clean. 5 star resort??
Be the first to Reply3 Years of WOW!!
Just spent another week at Bellagio - 3 years in a row of staying here. Every time it gets better. Excellent staff, great room, yummy food, relaxing pool, hot showers - it’s all good!! Can’t wait for next year!

This trip was decided instantly with no plan along with my friend, Shakeel . It was just fun trip to relax and enjoy some good food .

Location, service, restaurant variety exceptional. Beats the rest of hotels. Overall the best place to stay on the strip‼️
Be the first to ReplyLocation of our room was noisy
Our room was 9 stories up from hotel side lot. Service vehicles perform in their duties woke us up every morning around 6:30am. No exhaust fan in bathroom.
Be the first to ReplyBeautiful property, sweltering room
We originally honeymooned at the Bellagio and returned for our 23rd anniversary. The a/c in our room barely worked which meant our west facing room was sweltering. Maintenance swapped out the filthy filter but that did nothing. Instead of upgrading us, we were given a fan. We at least did not have to pay resort fees but we will not ever be staying with the Bellagio again. Very disappointed.

Rooms were large and spacious. Beautiful resort, nice pools, many shops. A little pricey yet comfortable.
Be the first to ReplyBellagio Las Vegas is a top rated Hotel for many reasons
We stayed at the Bellagio to celebrate a birthday and opted to stay in a fountain view room. While the room itself was very nice and had a great view of the fountains and the LV strip, the room lacked many amenities found at other higher priced hotels. We have stayed at the Four Seasons (Mandalay Bay) on previous trips and found it to be a much more enjoyable all around stay. The Bellagio is a very nice hotel with numerous food venues and gaming but most likely will not stay here again.
Be the first to ReplyAnother return trip to the Bellagio
My wife and I chose to return based on previous experiences and visits. It's a great hotel in a great location. Unfortunately our check in experience this trip left me a bit annoyed and frustrated. I am a Gold level MGM Resorts member and booked our reservation several months ago in one of the Stay Well, 2 queen beds rooms (non fountain view). Upon check-in I asked if any upgrade were available, non, was the reply, however the front desk gentleman did inform me that I would not be paying any Resort fees due to being a Gold member. Thanks, I already knew that. He explained that we would have a great view overlooking the pools though, really, that to me is not a great view, yes the mountains were in the distance if we turned our head 90° and looked between our building and others close by! I use a cane which was clearly visible to him as I walked up to the counter when beckoned but no offer of a room closer to the elevators was offered. Yes perhaps I should have asked, silly me. It was offered immediately as we checked in last time? I would gladly have paid for either a nicer view or a different room but again, nothing was offered, yes I did ask, sold out! Was it because we were staying 6 nights? I really don't know. The rest of our stay was great, wonderful room service, quick delivery and very nice food. Our 2 meals in the Mayfair Supper Club were great. Excellent seats, food and entertainment. Our waiter both times, Derek, couldn't have been nicer, great service is one reason for our second reservation. Wonderful food. I highly recommend the club. The beds are comfortable and the ac system worked well. The walk in shower in these renovated rooms is a bit strange, why, well the shower control is halfway down the wall and unless you have 5ft arms you have to test the temperature with an outstretched foot! A balancing exercise. Great pressure in our bathroom. The double sinks, built in nightlight is a nice touch in these Stay Well bathrooms. The security station at the elevator halway is nice but they are NOT consistent with room key checks before head to your bank of elevators. It was required in January, as was room key required inside the elevator before selecting your floor! Yes we will return and hopefully our check-in experience will be a nicer experience. The front desk is the key to forming decisions about returning to any hotel, front desk staff and managers need to remember that simple point.

Be the first to ReplyMAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR A RENOVATED ROOM
Expected more from Bellagio. Make sure you ask for a renovated room because ours was a very room with orange curtains, calcium build up around the leaking shower and the shower head sprayed everywhere! (Needs cleaning?)
Be the first to ReplyExcellent stay!
Wonderful stay at the Bellagio, as usual Very clean rooms, exceptional service, and friendly staff. Beautiful hotel and grounds. This is my favorite hotel in Vegas. Thank you to the security for returning my lost phone to my room. Super impressed!
Be the first to ReplyCasino smoke level disgusting. Permeated nearly the entire hotel
The air quality in the casino was horrible. No choice but to be exposed to disgusting air because you must travel through the casino to get to nearly anywhere in the resort. Odor even traveled up elevator shafts. Many non-smokers even held clothing over faces because the air quality was so poor. We went elsewhere to gamble, where smoking was also allowed. The air quality was much better everywhere else we went.
Be the first to ReplyExceptional service exceeding expectations!
We planned a trip for our anniversary. From the initial contact to last "good-bye" we had nothing less than exceptional service. I was in contact with Tara M to prepare a "surprise" in our room. She was very kind and really helpful. I then spoke with Debra (sp?) regarding our reservation and had a delightful conversation with her. We checked in with the mobile app but we didn't get notified our room was ready. We waited until after 4pm before going to the front desk for assistance. We encountered Gradon, and he was quick to resolve our issue. We went to dinner and a show. Upon our return, we found the chocolate covered strawberries that I had requested along with a "gift" from Bellagio and a card wishing us a happy anniversary! Every single staff member we encountered was friendly and prepared to deliver excellent service. The hotel was clean and the room was beautiful. We had a "fountain view king" with an incredible view of the fountains. We couldn't have been happier with our stay! 100% recommend Bellagio.
Be the first to ReplyGreat service and amenities.
The staff provided a great welcome and provided excellent customer service, something you don’t receive anywhere these days. It made our experience so much more enjoyable knowing that the staff would try to accommodate us if at all possible.

It's such a beautiful place with such friendly and helpful staff all throughout the property. The restaurants and great and the casino gas great games available. The rooms are beautiful and the beds are the most immensely comfortable. We've been to Vegas many times and this is a new favorite of ours. We will absolutely stay again!!
