Bistrot Paul Bert Paris Reviews
Scrumptious Lunch
We arrived on a hot July afternoon. Sat outside surrounded by little trees which made it cozy. We ordered the house special Cรดte du Boeuf for 2 and it was fabulous. Along with a small salad and a bottle of red wine. Service was great and we had
This was on my husbands list of places to try in Paris.
We didn't have a reservation, the place was packed, but we were still able to be sat within about 10 minutes. The steak and sauce was pretty good. Fries were super fresh and hot. We didn't order a dessert that they forgot but no big deal.
Lovely place, great food and atmosphere.
We loved our experience here. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was perfect. Such a lovely French bistro. We were a little intimidated at first, but we were treated well and our server was very nice and accommodating to our family of 4, which

I read the reviews and was a bit hesitant to go but my husband and I decided to give it a try anyway from friendโs suggestions and we are so glad we did! We walked in late at night and although busy, they were able to get us a table after a short w

This was the worst experience during our honeymoon in Paris.
They only accept reservations by phone, so we started calling weeks in advance. After numerous attempts, I was finally able to get a hold of someone, only for them to hang up on me when they couldn't understand the spelling of my name for the re

Classic neighborhood bistro
Good quality cooking in this bistro, which has been around for many years and is well known by the French residence of the neighborhood. Prices slightly above average, but itโs well worth it and the food is delicious.
A total disappointment
Found this restaurant to be very disappointing. Starter of girolles was gritty and tasteless, which is quite a feat. But the worst was my steak with peppercorn sauce which was the toughest most inedible piece of meat Iโve ever had the misfortune of

Neighborhood Bistro
Recommended by a local for a local bistro atmosphere and food. It was bustling on a Friday night. The food was good as was the wine selection. Staff was fine. One of the servers noted that the customers are mainly American. We sensed that as well. Ov

Cant stop thinking of the sauce
I dream of the peppercorn sauce... I have never managed to try one as good as this. What is it! The fries were perfect, and the steak. Brisk yet efficent french service, very tightly packed seats, but just so good
We just left
Highly recommended so we went for dinner - lacking in atmosphere, rude/abrupt staff and limited menu. We left and went to a restaurant around the corner - we preferred the vibe and friendly staff elsewhere

A top bistro
The bistro atmosphere sell the restaurant when you walk in -- busy, food smells, bustling of waiters, and noisy (but not too noisy!). The steaks, of course, are their specialty. We had the cรดte de bลuf and it was very nice. A nice bottle of wine co
Best meal I had in Paris.
Steak is good quality meat, the sauce makes it supreme. Good fries, good wine, and tasty deserts. Service was top. I'd definitely return.
What a phenomenal meal! This place is always booked.
The front staff was able to accommodate me despite not having reservations. I decided to skip appetisers since I knew I was going to have a Filet with peppercorn. Note: My fellow Americans may want to order the steak bien cuit (well done) and it wil
