We went here as it was hyped up quite a lot in various food review sites.
It's a nice looking venue, and I have to say, it probably has one of the best waiters I've come across in all of London. Very informative and great with customers!
Food was average for a high end restaurant. The prices are at the high end of indian restaurants in london: from £25 and above for mains and £32 for lamb chops! These are prices for Benares, Trishna and Chutney Mary's. But the food isnt up to there yet.
The lamb curry was good but lacked depth of flavour (I couldnt taste any of the coconut) and was not as soft as I've had before. The samosas papri chaat was ok but lacked enough tamarind sauce. The Keema pao was tasty. Overall, the food was very good compared to normal indian restaurants but was average or below when you talk about the best indian restaurants in london.
I wasnt blown away by anything apart from the cost of £70 per person for a cocktail, starter and main.
