Bourbon and Bones Scottsdale Reviews from The Last Year
Great dining spot in old town Scottsdale
We stopped by here purely by chance. We were lucky to snag a table as it was hopping. HUGE list of bourbons. Steaks were fantastic and well prepared. We will definitely go back next time we are in Scottsdale. Wish they'd open a location here in the Coachella Valley!
Over priced night out
If you are looking for an extensive bourbon list , this is the place to go. If , however, you are looking for an amazing steak then I recommend going elsewhere.
Indulge
Fantastic! A variety of choices but the steaks are great! Pair it with a bourbon and you can’t go wrong. Casual dress fine
Disappointing dining experience
Overpriced and not family friendly. Service expectations not met due to server attitude. Very, very noisy. Food good but not exceptional considering the price. Cocktail drinks were great but did not make-up for a disappointing dinner experience .
Overpriced
This is a beautiful restaurant in Old Town. Service was great and the bourbon selection extensive. The food and atmosphere are nice. Prepare for the prices. It was incredibly expensive for the amount of food a quality. It was a one time experience based upon the cost.
An awesome place!
Such a great place! My boyfriend and I are regulars. Awesome staff, outstanding service. Great selection of menu and drink items. Highly recommended.
Blown away (prepare for the costs!)
WOW. The steak ! The spicy margaritas! Awesome but wowee it is pricey. Be sure to prepare yourself for the prices but it is an amazing experience, so attentive, so tasty and always so very very busy!
Typical punitively expensive steakhouse.
Was in Phoenix for the NASCAR’s champ race and my friend chose this place. The staff comes around and lets you choose a steak knife, each with a style handle. The food was very good…octopus, corn, steaks, asparagus…and then some. 2 apps, 2 steaks, 3 sides, 2 deserts, 1 cocktail and 2 soft drinks and we walked out spending almost $400. We had a great meal but I’ll never understand how these steakhouses can justify these prices. Sure there are some others that are expensive, but EVERY steakhouse is. Sorry for the rant.
Check it Out!!
This is the steak house to visit when travelling to Old Town in Scottsdale. In an area with expensive restaurants, at least this one delivers on superior food (and drinks) and service We snug up to the bar for happy hour, then stayed for dinner. Our server, Rachel, was exceptional. Service was attentive and fast. Our drinks, appetizers, steaks (bone-in ribeye) and sides were delicious and plentiful. Again, while not cheap, our meal and dining experience were worth every dollar. Lastly, don't forget to save room for dessert - Bourbon Butter Cake. Not what I would usually select, but it was 10/10. Thanks for the suggestion Rachel & Sarah. I will be back!
Best steakhouse ever
Best steakhouse I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to a lot. The food was outstanding. It was pricey but wow what a meal. The service was great. They have this thing they do where they offer a selection of knives to chose from. It was a neat little twist.

When you sell a reservation that has a prepaid fee AT takes a commission on that fee. This doesn’t really make sense because it’s an expense the seller incurs not part of the profit that is shared.
For example:
Carbone NYC fee to book table for 2 is $108.88
If you sell it for $200 on AT you get $140 from them.
Your net profit is $31 and AT collects $60 in fees.
It would make more sense not to charge commission on the upfront fee as this creates a disincentive and results in higher costs for buyers.

Agreed. Ultimately not addressing this month after month is clearly resulting in a drop in certain venue’s rankings & sales.
