I would give 5 stars to the 2 people working the booth.
One to take orders and one to make coffee. Waited 25 min in line (the line didn't took long but moved so slow) and spent $33.55 for one black coffee, one chocolate bun (that was cold and hard as a rock), one blueberry brioche that was so dry like it was sitting out for days, and one fruit cup. Disappointed that the pastries weren't served warmed up and that they were so dry and hard. The coffee was the best item out of the 4.

My husband brought me the blueberry brioche with a glass of milk for the last two mornings and love it. He said the service was prompt with pleasant service . It is takeout only with no seating. Worked for us. We had rather eat at the table in our room.
Be the first to ReplyOrdered 2 Lattes and we enjoyed them.
The coffee and steam milk ratio was good. The barista though needs to smile and be more happy. All in all not bad.

EDIT- The manager called me this morning and promptly apologized for her staffs behavior. I was not expecting a phone call or an apology. I really appreciated the extra step that was made. ---------- They close at 9pm. Walked in for 2 people at 8:05pm She sat two men right before me and came back and said they will no longer be taking walk ins. Big issue with that. Will be speaking to a manager

Got two regular sized coffee for almost $30?!!! Tastes like shit and was charged a disgusting amount just to add oatmilk and ICE. Yes, correct; we asked why two drinks was almost $30 and the barista said that they charge to make your drink iced. Go to Starbucks and get 3-4 drinks for this price instead
Be the first to ReplySadly this was a disappointment.
Waited for 25 minutes in line while patrons took their time to order and server took their time to fill orders. Coffee was Starbucks which is everywhere on Vegas so nothing special. We ordered the raisin croissant, chocolate brioche, and ham/cheese croissant. They were out of ham/cheese sandwiches by 10am, which we would have preferred to try. The raisin croissant was ok, but only saved because the raisins had some moisture to them because the croissant was cold and dry. The chocolate brioche was dense and dry as well. I feel like these were days old and not freshly made like you'd expect from a pastry shop especially if you're trying to emulate France and has Guy Savoy's name on it. The ham and cheese croissant was ok, lots of meat but lopsided on the croissant and again cold, dense and stale. Skip this one and go to eggslut or the bellagio pastisserie.

This little pastries shops sits in the corner of the hotel when you check in. A place to stop and grab a coffee and sweets. I bought Croissant and brioche cinnamon, it was super good. Only one person behind the counter. Since this is a grab and go, we have to find a table around the casino to sit. Highly recommended.

You can get a good cup of coffee and pastry at Brioche, but with no chairs or tables, it's mostly take it to the room or on the way out. Coffee is rich, Nutella brioche and buttery croissants are good quality, even better when warmed up. There are a number of bakeries off-Strip just as good, so locals probably won't go out of their way. Prices are what you'd expect for a convenient to-go counter in a resort lobby, but they are odd. You can buy coffee and a brioche individually for $12.98 but if you get the 'coffee and brioche combo', it costs $12.99. How magnanimous, Mr. Savoy. And their overhead menu looks like it was created by a used car salesman (check photo). I've never been a fan of ending every single menu item with a .99...just call it a $7 croissant instead of $6.99. "It's only there just to fool the public," Smokey Robinson once said. Luckily the Michelin award winning talents are on display at the namesake restaurant because this one's okay, but not amazing.
Be the first to ReplyGood variety for breakfast.
The coffee is delicious! A little wait, but worth it! I'll be sure to be back.
Be the first to ReplyWay overpriced even by Vegas standards.
A ham and cheese croissant was 15 bucks and trust me the croissants at Paris are not special or different. Pass on this place and go somewhere else
Be the first to ReplyI didn't know whether to give this 3 or 4 stars.
3 because the selection was so incredibly small and because the the staff was not exactly friendly. Usually in Vegas you run into a lot of friendly people who want to make sales but. It in this case and that's ok.4 because the brioche are amazing flaky yummyness. At least worth the try. There's a million places to eat but if u want authentic this is very close to it. I would go back for a small treat!

Nice location/ambiance in Paris Paris - But paid $8 for a plain croissant. It was good but very pricey :(Also service could be better - was waiting in line for 15min with only one customer ahead of me and two people at the counter.
Be the first to ReplyI got the brioche and chocolate croissant.
For the higher price and name, I thought it was going to be some amazing brioche - I'd actually say the croissant was better, though even then it was just standard, similar to something I'd get at Panera. The brioche was stale and did not taste fresh, which was disappointing since I got it fairly early in the morning and would have hoped for freshly baked goods. All in all, I would not try this again and would steer towards something cheaper or grocery store-bought even for comparable quality.
Be the first to ReplyDelicious.
I had the Quiche Lorraine and Blueberry Brioche. The quiche was savory with wonderful textures between the filling and crust. The brioche was one of the best pastries I've ever had, the brioche wrapped around to resemble a muffin/cinnamon roll of sorts, with a hint of blueberry and topped with a zesty glaze.I don't eat a lot of sugary things, things sweetened with high fructose corn syrup, or things that are sweetened with artificial sweetener, so if that is you, or if your taste runs toward Snickers bars and S'mores, the brioche may not taste very sweet pastry to you. It was a perfectly sweet pastry for me though. Also, the man working behind the counter was wonderful and treated his customers very well.

Brioche was like a high-end version of Starbucks, which is both a good and a bad thing. On one hand, the food was great and tasted very fresh, despite obviously being reheated in a microwave. I had a chocolate croissant and a mocha. It is really easy to appreciate the flavor and quality of the espresso served her, and the croissant was delectable. On the flip side, just a medium hot mocha and a chocolate croissant, which is by no means a filling breakfast, totals $20. That's insane, even for Vegas prices! Additionally, the establishment was very understaffed, with only one barista present in the whole store. Get yourself together, Guy Savoy!

BRIOCHE BY GUY SAVOY Coffee Stand -Paris LV- Sunday 6/19/22Good Morning! It's Sunday. I have to admit the coffee here tastes better than Starbucks. I order a plain croissant (cashier recommended chocolate croissant $4.99), one raisin croissant $4.99 and a large houseblend coffee $7.99 - croissants authentic parisian! Why does the line to the four coffee places in Paris Las Vegas have to be so long? It's 9:40am! Luckily, Brioche opens up.

This place is a night and day difference compared to the location at Caesar's palace. The brioche were stale, chewy, and didn't taste at all the same at their other location. I'm very disappointed as I was so impressed with the Caesar's palace location. Hopefully they will improve overtime. Definitely not coming back any time soon.

This is my go to place in Vegas! The sandwiches are very good and priced reasonably well
Be the first to ReplyThe brioche was dry and barely had any flavor.
It was $6 for a pastry that wasn't that great.
Be the first to ReplyHorrible experience.
Coffee was so bad I had to throw it away and the lady taking orders was so rude I almost cancelled my order. Good thing there is another coffee shop a few minutes walk into the hotel.

Wanted a quick coffee and something to eat near Caesar's and the cafe was pack and Starbucks had a line down the casino, so I tried this spot. Pleasantly surprised! The coffee was strong and good. Got a chocolate croissant which was tasty but the sleeper here is the turkey pesto sandwich! Great sandwich that I even bought another to-go.
Be the first to ReplyVery nice I enjoyed the freshness of the croissant.
Quiche was generously filled, crust was just ok

Love Guy Savoy, strong coffee and delicious pastries what else do you need for a quick breakfast bite. Fast service was a plus.
Be the first to ReplyGreat espresso and chocolate croissants.
Good customer service and quick. They even have decaf coffee ready to go, which is rare.
Be the first to ReplyStale as hell.
I bought two Brioches. The photos looked very appetizing. The actual product? Disappointing. Best way to remedy this? Don't sell stale products! Once the pastry is the consistency of cardboard...it's gotta go!
