The breakfast is magnificent. The dishes too. The staff is very nice. We were very well received and served by Mandana. Thank you very much. Great. The hotel is very well located and has a lovely garden. It's nice to be able to eat outside.

We have been frequenting the hotel for many years, both for the SPA and mainly for the bar and even if in the latter the aperitif formula has changed over time it remains of absolute level and pleasantness. The cocktails ๐ธ are artfully prepared and the small accompanying proposals are very interesting and clearly better than the buffets of the past even if it's a shame they no longer serve finger food at the table like years ago

Perfect 48 hour stay compared to my expectations knowing that when we travel the criterion for us is the comfort of the room and the quality of the service. Everything was on schedule. Staff sensitive to different customer profiles. Excellent bedding and soundproofing.

Top luxury hotel in Milano. Highly recommend, super sexy rooms, thanks to Arianna (Front Desk Manager) for being amazingly welcoming. We didn't eat at the restaurant, but the drinks were superb. The spa is very nice, and the gym is amazing, must make time to go while here. Valet, bellman, concierge, servers are all amazing.

This is the second Bulgari hotel we've stayed at, the first one was in Dubai. Prime location, everything about this hotel was designed with sophistication. They also have multiple books about their brand for you to enjoy. Service was overall up to standard, turn-down every night included hot drinks kep in thermo flasks, snacks, and condiments handmade in-house, all were different each night, which added an element of surprise. The only downside we experienced was upon arrival, surprisingly no one was outside to greet us or help with the bags, not until our driver took the bags in then they realize and took over, even the driver was surprised. We visited the spa and had a lovely time. Spa was not the biggest with a huge variety of facilities but was sufficient and nice. The hotel lobby has a hot chocolate and sweet station every evening for their guest, we enjoyed it as it actually tasted like melted chocolate. Il Ristorante is their main restaurant where we had breakfast every morning and dinner some nights. Breakfast was nothing short of what we would expect at a hotel of this caliber. We also enjoyed drinks at the bar with aperitivo. We were the most impressed with dinner, everything we ordered was cooked to perfection, and their in-house sommelier walked us through their wine collection. They also make Italian classics not on the menu, so just ask :) Overall, we enjoyed our stay there but it did come with a steep price so definitely a splurge. We look forward to having the opportunity to visit other locations of this wonderful boutique hotel.

Visited back in 2012. Beautiful hotel (and was quite new then) Glamorous chic and all that. Grounds are beautiful. Breakfast is good. Rooms are stylish, modern and comfy. Of course, you pay for what you get here. Great location too. More suited for couples or families with older children. We have toddlers now and I may feel less comfortable to bring them here (nothing wrong with the hotel, I just feel my young toddlers may be out of place here!)
Be the first to ReplyLovely hotel, great location in Milano
We spent two nights here. Very classy and elegant and conveniently located in the heart of downtown Milan. Staff friendly and helpful. I was impressed by the fact that the hotel had copies of major newspapers, including the international edition of the New York Times, fka the International Herald Tribune. The hotel is located in a quiet cul-de-sac that has a garden, which I believe is on the hotel grounds. La Scala is a 10-minute walk from the hotel. The shopping / pedestrian street is a 15-minute walk away, and the Duomo is only a few minutes farther. You can't beat the location. If I return to Milan, I would stay here again. Highly recommended!

Very friendly staff, nice interior but nothing major that it wowed me. The valet boys were very friendly too. Food in the restaurant was great! The wine selection was also very good. The interior was giving me vintage vibes in the restaurant. A lot of black.
Be the first to ReplyUnparalleled Experience at Bvlgari Hotel Milan
It's not every day that you come across a hotel that leaves an indelible impression from the moment you step in until the moment you leave. But the Bvlgari Hotel in Milan isn't just any hotel; it's a harmonious blend of world-class luxury and Italian flair that is simply unmatched. Let's start with their Michelin-starred restaurantโa gastronomic revelation that takes you on a culinary journey you'll never want to end. From presentation to palate, every course was an artwork unto itself, deserving of its Michelin status. The spa is another jewel in the Bvlgari crown. It's not just a spa; it's a sanctuary that transcends your typical spa experience. The attention to detail is phenomenal, and you can feel the opulence in every touch, every scent, and every moment you're there. What sets the Bvlgari Hotel apart is its position as a flagship property for the brand, and it shows. The hotel not only rivals but also elevates the standard for all luxury designer hotels and branded establishments globally. This place isn't just luxurious; it's a cut above, setting new standards for what luxury should feel like. In a world full of luxury hotels vying for attention, the Bvlgari Hotel Milan doesn't just participate in the race; it effortlessly soars above the competition. If you're looking for a stay that will redefine your understanding of hotel luxury, look no further. Kind Regards, Mark Mariano
Be the first to ReplyBar - top location and excellent drinks
The Bulgari Hotel is beautifully located. In the middle of the city, yet very quiet in a closed-off private area. We visited the bar this time and were delighted. The ambience and the drinks are sensational. If you like whisky based cocktails, the 'Il dopo' is a must try. For me personally, the best cocktail I've ever had. I'm already looking forward to my next visit for the 'il dopo'. The cocktails are accompanied by a very good aperitif platter free of charge. We didn't expect that and were pleasantly surprised. Simply TOP! Unfortunately, it didn't work out with the reservation request via the homepage. Please improve this process! That was very annoying and a pity.
Be the first to ReplyA bit of Bvlgari......
Lovely ambiance in the bar where you can dine with a relaxed setting, food was lovely, prices as expected for a 5* Hotel. Service was excellent, everyone helpful would definitely go back. Definitely a bit of Bvlgari without it being snobby.

truly fantastic property in the best private location in Milano. Call definitely the epicenter of the social scene in Milan. While the public areas are well designed, they could use a little attention. The room product is spectacular and the service is fantastic from the front desk team to the concierge team and in room staff. I visited other properties in the city and felt this was still the best choice.

Everyone went above and beyond to assist us with our stay!!!! Breakfast was superb and delicious. Special mentioin to the hostess of the restaurant. If you travel to Milan Bulgari hotel is the place to stay.

Bulgari name is remarkable by itself and it has its charms and glory, however, having a dinner there at the year end, with that kind of crowded environment, i didnt expect that kind of super outstanding service and treatment by a very nice homogenous team which i really think that their services are equal to the quality of the brand "Bulgari". the team is consist of the brain Elena, and the right hand Nicola, and the left hand is Sandro. raise hat for them all the way from Bahrain to Milano.

A warm welcome awaited us at the stylish and chic Bulgari Milan. Upgraded from a junior suite to a deluxe suite with the friendliest, most accommodating check-in desk eager to please and be of service. A wonderful welcome indeed! The hotel is conveniently located a short walk from Via Montenapoleone, Milan's finest shopping street. Duomo and other major attractions are within walking distance of the hotel. The suite was beautiful, but the bedroom was cramped. There wasn't much space around the bed, but it had a foyer, a guest toilet, a separate sitting area, a tiny walk-in wardrobe and a spacious bathroom with the most generous Bvlgari-branded bathroom amenities. We only had breakfast at the hotel, which was included in the room rate. It was generous and decent but wasn't extraordinary. A highlight of our stay was the spa. There is a pool in the basement, and the signature massage was perhaps one of the best I've had in a very long time. I would go back and stay just for this. This is my only second Bulgari hotel after Shanghai, and both properties exceeded expectations regarding their excellent and faultless service. I cannot wait to try another Bulgari hotel!

Stayed for 4 days during the month of December. Location unbeatable, the hotel itself stunning, the rooms so clean and with all the amenities you may need. What really made it for us was the staff, a truly 5 stars team that genuinely care of their guest experience, they made us feel so special and so well cared for. We still talk about it often even a month after we came back home! We canโt wait to be back!!
Be the first to ReplySNOBBISH SERVICE POOR FOOD
I am a big fan of BVLGARI and I own a few bags and jewelry from this brand but I was deeply disappointed in their restaurant. This review regards their restaurant by Niko Romito but we got mixed feelings about this hotel in general. Me and my husband wanted to start our wedding anniversary with breakfast at BVLGARI. When we approach hotel security told us to get trough the outside to the restaurant patio instead of letting us in trough the hotel lobby, probably because we are not hotel guests. OK. We were greeted by waiters with very serious faces, nobody smiled. Everything was so stiff and sour that I was afraid to place my cup in the wrong spot because waiter would replace it lol. The place itself felt very snobbish. When I went to bathroom I almost was followed by the staff. 2 egg benedicts with alaskan salmon, coffee and detox juice cost us 100 euro, which I have no problem to pay if it's worth it. But breakfast was below mediocre. The eggs were cold, instead of english muffins was just round of white toast with 0 side dishes. Charging 34 per plate for "egg benedict". I think people in Milan maybe buy it but we have much better egg benedicts in USA. The size was absolutely unacceptable for 34 eur per plate, boring presentation and bland flavors. Also detox juice for 18 eur absolutely absurd. They just put this prices because they can. It was nothing extraordinary in this food nor even presentation. I give them credits for nice BVLGARI dessert with anniversary candle. That was very nice of them but overall experience was very bad because of service and food. Now I definitely know I wouldn't like to stay at this hotel if everything here is so snobbish. We stayed at many 5 star hotels in the world - Ritz, Fairmont, Four Seasons.... but this uncomfortable feeling I got for a very first time.

Worst bulgari ever. Bad AC bad service. Never again. Payed 2000 euro per night for a hot a room that I couldnโt sleep in. Been in all bulgari hotels this one is the worst from all hotels and bulgari line.

It's a beautiful hotel with amazing rooms, staff, location and garden. It's nice that it's a bit hidden from the busy streets. Highly recommended and would absolutely come back next time I'm in Milano!

So close to the heart of Milan and yet secluded in a hidden garden. The moment I arrived I felt like Iโm home, the smiles and the way the staff at the door and reception were greeting me. Check in was smooth and warm, I was taken into a tour of the hotel and room. I appreciated how they changed my room to a garden view by simply requesting so. The room was very chic and spacious with a walk-in closet. I liked the colors , the decor and the fresh clean smell. The bathroom was well appointed with a big shower and a nice bath tub. I liked how the room was full of windows including the bath tub corner. House keeping was on top of things. There is a cute simple swimming pool area with a sauna and a steam room in the basement which was nice for relaxing. The restaurant in the hotel is a must, I think itโs the best spot in Milan to be seated in the garden specially when the weather is nice. The food was really delicious and the dessert was special. I highly recommend staying there if you are in Milan.

From the minute you arrive to the minute you leave, nothing is more important to the staff than you. An absolute first class service in an outstandingly clean, modern and extremely classy environment. A perfect location for people watching whilst relaxing, switching off and enjoying a taste of luxury. Not an everyday hotel for the majority of people but for a special occasion (honeymoon in our case) or a one off treat, a fantastic experience. An added bonus for us was the lineup of high end vehicles that we could drool over & dream about!
