Service was top notch.
I got a table right away and my server was attentive. I ordered a burger that came with cheese and chips on the burger. It was OK, nothing to brag about. I also ordered a side of sweet potato fries --again, ok, but not stellar.

Better than the typical airport burger. Service was a 5 with April offering great service e with a friendly approach. The food was a 3.
Be the first to ReplyAmazingly good food for an airport restaurant.
April our server was fantastic, kind and great at expediting our and many other orders.

I really wanted to try the famous Bobby Flay Crunchburger, so was stoked to learn that while connecting at the Atlanta airport, there was a Bobby's Burger Palace near my gate. Unfortunately though, it was far from delicious. Perhaps dining in at Bobby's Burger Palace is the better option, but hey, I only had so much time while connecting in Atlanta and if you've ever been to the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, then you know that you need to be on time to your gate because it's easy to miss a flight here. Yeah, okay, so takeout was my only option here. I ordered takeout of the Crunchburger, which is what this place is known for. It's a beef burger with American cheese, potato chips and a red pepper mayo. I ordered it medium rare and the burger took some time to get, so another reason why you should get takeout if you have a tight connection. It's nice they have a touchscreen kiosk where you can order and pay right there and then for takeout. Hmm, the burger was bland. I get that it was very simple, with not many toppings. But I still expected the beef patty to be flavorful, which it wasn't. And it was also overcooked, so not the medium rare cook that I prefer, making the beef patty even more bland. I barely tasted any of the chipotle mayo, which this burger desperately needed for some flavor. Buns were dry. But hey, the potato chips were crispy. (It's been a minute since I've had Lay's.) You know, while I was waiting for my burger, I observed all the lucky travelers who had time to dine in here at Bobby's Burger Palace and all the entrees looked appetizing and everyone was enjoying themselves and their food. So I have a feeling that I would've had a much better experience had I dined in. Perhaps next time I connect in Atlanta with a much longer layover, I'll give this place another shot. C'mon, Bobby.

I ended up visiting this location in the airport and I must say, the service was friendly and fast, just what you need in the airport. I liked the the modern look and colors as well as the easiness of ordering your food. Love the style and setup for the airport, it just makes sense. I was disappointed that they were out of onion rings at my visit as I wanted the burger with onion rings on it but ended up opting for the cheese fries and breakfast burger. The fries were fresh and cooked just the way I like, fries should only be fresh cut and these fit the bill. I also like cheese sauce so I like the cheese used on the fries. The burger was much more underwhelming, I mean, it is bobby's BURGER Palace and I just love, love, love Bobby Flay. I wanted to like this place so much. The taste and flavor was there but I could barely taste it because the burger was so small, it was swamped in lettuce, the egg and all the helpings but where was the burger? Great flavor but I was just left wanting more burger, too small for the bun and just not enough food for a lunch. I definitely see where they were going here but they didn't quite make the shot.

How I heard of this place: At the airport, and in need of a quick meal to satisfy each of our tastes before (and on) our flight, Bobby's was just down the way from our gate. Type of cuisine: Burgers and sides. Ambiance: An airport restaurant, with seating as well as orders available to go, we placed our order at the kiosk and our number/name was called out when ready. The space seems easy to navigate, though seating is somewhat limited when flights are full and the gates are bustling with travelers. Fast, casual and very American. What I ordered: A Bacon Crunchburger ($9.50), as well as a Veggie Crunchburger with bacon, American cheese and potato chips, a Bobby Blue Bacon ($9.75) with blue cheese, bacon, lettuce and tomato, fries ($3.75) and buttermilk onion rings with a ranch dipping sauce ($3.95). What I loved: The burgers were amazing! So fresh and filling, full and robust. We each loved our orders and were more than satisfied with the selection. Too bad we can't get a Bobby's Burger on the west coast. Why I loved it: The food, which relatively fast, was so good, hearty and the portions generous. The cost seemed high initially, but was worth it. Cost: Average to high (all a la cart)

Food menu is solid for a airport, feels fast casual but they do serve you at a table. Tiffany was my server and she was highly professional and accommodating, super happy with her service which is a pleasant surprise for an airport.
Be the first to ReplyI dined here (Terminal B) an hour before my flight.
Upon entering I paid for my fare and took a number to one of the high chair bar stool tables. One of the patrons said the chair was free and we struck up a good conversation. I had a an ultimate burger + milk shake and that hit the spot. This place had a retro vibe. Fun!

I thought this would be better than standing in line at the Dunkin Donuts for 30 min and treat myself, but I don't think there's enough value for what you receive. I got a simple breakfast burrito, didn't come with any sides, and a cup of coffee. My bill was $18.. looking back I wish I just stood in line at Dunkin for a matcha latte and breakfast sandwich.. the burrito was good, wheat wrap with eggs, avocado, bacon, chipotle salsa.. it wasn't heavily loaded or anything but it was good, just not $14 worth.
Be the first to ReplyBurgers awesome.
Service great. Food came out quick and cooked well. Fries are so-so. Get the onion rings instead.
Be the first to ReplyI only ordered a drink to go and waited 10 minutes.
The atmosphere was cool and comfortable and I wish I had time to sit and eat a burger but I didn't. They seem to be very unorganized and it wasn't nearly as busy as it usually is when I'm visiting ATL airport. I had to finally ask if they had received my to go drink order and the lady looked at the workstation and said "yeah, you're next" Hmmmmmm.
Be the first to ReplyBurger was typical airport fare.
Burger toppings were ice cold. Service was pathetic. I'll avoid this place next time I'm on B concourse.
Be the first to ReplyNot your typical airport food.
Yes, they have to give you plastic silverware but the food is uncompromised. I opted for the BBQ Burger and fries, and it was excellent. Service was on point and it felt like visiting a restaurant, not a quick stop between B25 and B10 like other options on the row. Highly suggest spending your layover here....
Be the first to ReplyFor review 1400, I pay homage to the BEST burger I've ever
For review 1400, I pay homage to the BEST burger I've ever eaten from a chain opened from one of my favorite celebrity chefs who helped put the Food Network on the map. From Bobby Flay's early days with the exciting Jacqui Malouf, the hilarious Jackie "The Jokeman" Martling and his cast of characters like Frankie the Butcher and various other food "experts" that he had explain the finer points of cuts of meat, spices and cocktails to cooking many amazing dishes on the grill, I learned a lot about cooking and eating from his shows. I still chop onions the way he does (definitely not as fast). Anyway, after 25 years of knowing about Mr. Flay, I finally had one of his burgers and I must say it was worth the wait. I don't know what blend or seasonings or method he used, but the burger was both structurally sound and also fell apart when eating it at the perfect medium temperature. I went with the bacon crunch which had cheese, bacon, potato chips and Bobby's sauce. It did not need any of that, but they were good additions. The only time I had ground meat that behaved in that way was a perfect Italian meatball where it's both solid and tender at the same time. That's not easy to pull off. This is now the standard of which I judge all future burgers in my life. I know there are other locations and I'll add to my meat radar when I travel. Most of the "quick" places to eat at ATL don't have seating, so I liked that I could order my burger and have a seat and enjoy it vs. having to find a place to eat it. It's in the B Terminal and I was flying in and out of C and ventured over to here from my gate. It was about a 10 minute walk (or you can take the train) so not too bad. I went from my gate in C terminal, to BBP and back in about 40 minutes. It's weird that you order at a counter, then sit down to get served and pay, but WGAF when the food is that good. Aside from licking Bobby's fingers clean after he's done cooking, that burger is one of the best tasting things that I've had the pleasure of having in my mouth. This is a must stop if you have time at the Atlanta Airport.

For a place that reflects a famous chefs reputation I expected more. The table service was great, the wait to seat not long, but from there the goodness stops. The food is overly salty. So salty, the Salton Sea called and wants their salt back. If you want salt with a side of burger, this is the place.
Be the first to ReplyI very rarely leave bad reviews but after two good
I very rarely leave bad reviews but after two good experiences my third was really bad. I ordered the vegetarian burger and it was burnt to a crisp. The toppings were haphazardly assembled and not fresh. The smoothie I ordered came out 5 minutes after the burger and tasted like cheap softserve ice cream. I know this they are capable of much better!
Be the first to ReplyI was expecting a different breakfast experience than what
I was expecting a different breakfast experience than what I got. They do serve breakfast, but it's non-traditional. I ordered the scrambled egg on a bun and it came with potato chips and some kind of bacon. No jelly no salt no pepper. The eggs were good, but everything else was mediocre except for the coffee. It was excellent!

Quick layover in Atlanta and this place was fast and delicious! I just ordered the burger and it was fantastic. Perfectly cooked, juicy, big patty with melted cheese. Very satisfying!
Be the first to Replywe had 5 kids with us.
wanted to get a table and they wouldnot let us sit the kids first- they said they had to stand in line with us while we ordered. we left. so ridiculous and rude. i won't support this establishment.
Be the first to ReplyMy onion rings were burnt.
My burger was overcooked and dry. I had ordered medium . The bun was stale and also dry. The only good part was the bacon and the service. In short in this throw down Bobby lost credibility with this meal. I can't believe I am saying this but Burger King is better ! Very disappointed and Bobby needs to send over someone to check quality control in that kitchen ! Would recommend passing on his Burger .

Was hopeful about this place based on the reviews but it didn't work out for my experience. Sat at the bar and the bartender was friendly. The burgers were really average and not hot when served. The buns were tough, they didn't have onions as an option to put in your burger and the food took a long time to come out. All the food was stacking up on and getting cold and the staff that brought the food out didn't seem interested in getting food to their customers. I think with all the food options at ATL this would be in the bottom 10% places I would revisit.
Be the first to ReplyThe lady taking orders directed me to the bar.
The guy at the bar wouldn't take my order and directed me back to the lady who wouldn't take my order. Couldn't tell you what the food was like because I couldn't place an order. Not sure how there system works, or doesn't work in this case but seems like they haven't figured it out yet. The bartender seemed to be more interested in being on his phone. I guess they sold enough burgers for today that they didn't need to sell me one.
Be the first to ReplyI had about 1.
5 hours to kill and was happy to find this place just a few steps from from where I recognized my hunger. I ordered the Bobby Blue + Bacon Burger (with grilled chicken). It was DELICIOUS but too small for the price. I only ordered the sandwich and a cup of water because I thought the sides (only options were different types of fried and onion rings) would zap my energy too early in a long travel day. At a fast food place that doesn't carry the name of the infamous Bobby Flay, a $13.50 bill wouldn't leave me still hungry. BUT this place very much does ride in the name of Bobby Flay. It runs smooth and efficiently, the staff is friendly and beyond helpful, and the seating is airport (accommodating for quick in and out) appropriate. It was a great experience, and I will likely eat here again to try different options on the menu. For the record, if you like bleu cheese, this is a winner! I learned that it used to be made with crumbles but now they use sliced cheese which is less messy. There was no mess and all the flavor; I'm a fan!

Morning layover and they didn't have enough potatoes to serve. It was only 7am, how are you going to be out of potatoes girl. They wouldn't let us sit down and wait for our order and the server was ketchup nazi, wouldn't give extra ketchup. Who's this rude this early in the morning. Girl, find somewhere else to work if it's that bad. Also the burger I ordered wasn't that great.
Be the first to ReplyEh....it was not what I hoped for. From the time I sat down
Eh....it was not what I hoped for. From the time I sat down at the bar, I felt like it was the usual robotic, script reciting bartender that I usually get in the Atlanta Airport. It's like the servers/bartenders don't have any personality and are just going through the motions of the day. If you as a server/bartender aren't happy in your position, please seek other employment. This particular bartender didn't check on me or many other people sitting at the bar. She constantly had to be flagged down if you wanted something.....ketchup, salt, a refill, etc. Probably won't be going back. One and done.
