Colette München Reviews from The Last Year
Pleasant atmosphere
A very friendly welcome and a pleasant atmosphere. Special requests are dealt with in an uncomplicated manner. Great taste experiences in the presentation of the food. A little more attention should be paid to the sanitary facilities.
An experience I would like to repeat, maybe in 2025!!!
Everything was great! Atmosphere, the food, design and attention!!!! If I have any doubts, the ladies are there to explain everything, even the recommendation of the wine was right
Lots of room for improvement
I actually liked the ambience a lot, but more comfortable chairs would have been more appropriate. I liked the concept too, but unfortunately I have to mention a few things that really bothered me. The restaurant is in the upper price segment, so far so good, you know that beforehand. But being on first name terms is not acceptable. I'll put up with that at the Oktoberfest or in the beer garden, but not in a restaurant run by employees who could be your own children in terms of age. Even though we're all for diversity, healthy togetherness and besties, full in shape and Digga, that's a no-go. All in all, the food wasn't bad, sometimes there were too many flavor components that didn't always go well together. Oh yes, the bread plate also comes with a bread knife because that's exactly what you put on it. Unfortunately, that wasn't possible with the normal knife. And at that price level, you're given the wine list without being asked. The guest shouldn't have to ask for that. I would have actually been happy to have tried a new restaurant, but unfortunately all the points are not worth it for me, at least for the price, because there are other places in Munich where etiquette is also taken into account. What a pity
Nice restaurant
Very nice and cozy restaurant with a very pleasant atmosphere. Very attentive service and most importantly: super delicious food. There were 10 of us and everyone loved it. We would love to come back.
Nice evening, but we expected much more...
Nice evening, but we expected a lot more from it... menu ingredients "secretly" swapped, long waiting times and rather mediocre quality. Attentiveness from the service staff is definitely expected differently in this class of restaurant and under the name Tim Raue. Unfortunately, the quality of the food often left a lot to be desired: while individual notes were sometimes overly prominent, the kid was unfortunately bone dry. Whatever the vegan "chicken" was made of (we didn't find out - maybe jackfruit?), it was also rather dry and tasteless. What I don't expect at this price and quality level is that individual menu items are simply swapped without further explanation: instead of elderflower in the second course, zucchini blossom was simply served (this was even presented when served without further explanation that, for example, ingredients were not available) and instead of shallots, there was onion (also presented by name) in the next course. In addition, some of the essential characteristics of the courses were not apparent in advance, e.g. that the elderflower (which was actually a zucchini flower...) in the "asparagus, elderflower, watercress" course was fried in a tempura coating (which would never be my personal first choice, for example). In general, there were noticeably long waiting times between courses. The lowlight, however, was when the table next to us, who had arrived 30-45 minutes after us and had ordered identical menus, also had the 4th course served before us. When we finally pointed this out to the waiter, unfortunately there was no understanding, but instead the argument that we had come at a peak time. The additional reference to the simply swapped ingredients was ignored. Although the wine was ultimately waived as an apology and we actually liked the ambience per se, for example, this unfortunately still spoiled the evening and our experience in the brasserie overall.
Top address for a nice evening
A very good restaurant in the heart of Munich! The ambience is stylish, the service is high-quality and the food is outstanding.
Successful evening
Excellent food in a tasteful atmosphere. Good soundproofing so that you could have a good conversation. Service was perfect, relaxed rather than stiff.
Many reasons to come back!!!
It was a wonderful evening! The food was sensational (we had the Colette Classique menu). The challenge was that my two companions are gluten intolerant, and the kitchen and staff catered to this brilliantly. I don't know when was the last time I ate somewhere and found such great, attentive but not stiff staff! A huge compliment!
excellent restaurant
The restaurant offered an excellent selection of dishes with fresh ingredients that were tastefully prepared. The service was very attentive, friendly and competent. Nice wine recommendations. The atmosphere was pleasant. Overall, a successful evening with culinary highlights.
Perfect
We were greeted with a smile as soon as we entered. The food was excellent, prepared with love and the service was perfect. This certainly won't be the last time we're here.

I have some reservations coming up tomorrow that have gotten lots of views but haven’t sold yet. I haven’t made a sale yet since I just joined this week. I keep lowering the price, but am worried they won’t sell. How long did it take you to sell your first reservations? And did you have success being reimbursed by AT for no-show or cancellation fees? Just looking for a little reassurance. Thanks!

You should probably cancel prior to the cancellation date per the cancellation policy. I would imagine you would only get reimbursed for a sold listing if you happen to be charged?

My first sale took about a week. But as the other commenter said stay ontop of your cancellation windows. There’s no reimbursement for those so make sure you cancel in time then just try again.
