CUT was an excellent dining experience.
From start to finish, we were served with great care and consideration. Pepino's Revenge - I don't like tequila but I could drink this everyday. El Jimador Blanco, Cucumber, Basil, Lime Juice Bone Marrow Flan - A delicious starter, mushroom marmalade | red wine bordelaise | Sicilian Capers | fines herbs Filet Mignon - A Fantastic cut of meat. Creekstone | Kansas. Australian Wagyu Filet Mignon - Also an excellent cut. I'm glad I tried it, but the price difference from the Kansas cut might be questionable to some. (About $45) Stone Axe | Australia Wagyu Tallow French Fries - Excellent. Next time I will try something else. house seasoning | parsley Creamed Spinach - The Fried egg drizzled throughout was amazing fried organic egg Banana Cream Pie - A CUT signature desert for a reason. Delicious Madagascar vanilla bean crème brûlée | banana jam | caramelized puff pastry | banana sorbet From the meat presentation, to the desert, everything was on point. We had a brief chat with Wolfgang Puck, as he greeted us at our table. We were looked after at every step; Cesar was an excellent server. It was a memorable evening. Also, no ridiculous hidden fees or nonsense added to the bill. We will be back.
Be the first to ReplyThis place is great of course.
It's a little fancy for fancy sake in my opinion in some aspects. But who cares, it's fun. Service is amazing. Ambiance is great. It kind of has a trying to be chill and cool vibe that isn't totally pulled off due to obvious fancy pants place vibes.

My friends and I decided to come to Cut to celebrate one of our friend's birthday as we heard many great things about this place before coming here. Our reservations were at 7:15PM and the restaurant didn't seem too busy. We didn't leave the restaurant until 10:30PM because of how slow the service was. Our server was not attentive whatsoever. Another server had to step in and take our order because our server was nowhere to be found. The food took a very long time to come out. We waited 35-40 minutes for our main entrees to finally come out. The food was mediocre and was not worth the $500 bill we paid afterwards. Overall, we would not come back.
Be the first to ReplyCut is located inside the Beverly Wilshire Hotel.
Beautiful location and ambiance. Service was good, Food was just okay. Very pricey place. I was not impressed by their wagyu beef. It was just too rich yet not so flavorful for me. We tried different type of steaks (we spent about $500 for two adults and it was not worth it) I would come here for drinks but not for dinner.

DELICIOUS DINNER BUT AVOID THE WOBBLY ROUND TABLE Celebrated a birthday dinner here and everything was DELICIOUS! Our server (wore red glasses) was the funniest, kindest staff member! Will return again! Steaks- incredible like everyone says! I ordered the regular filet mignon and my gf got the Australian wagyu filet and it was a huge difference hers was perfection. Mine was tougher (if was also overcooked) see pic. Sides we loved: pureed potatoes silky and rich, Mac and cheese was the best I've ever had and their duck fat fries. Cream spinach, broccolini was just ok. Appetizers we loved: Beef tartare with the wonton nori chips were yummy and the burrata salad was divine! Desserts we loved: the BANANA cream pie w/ the cre brûlée top was fantastic and so was the baked Alaska (it was very sweet tho). I'm not a soufle fan and the chocolate bar was just one note. Only issue was the big round wooden table (we had 9) was super wobbly and kept spilling our water all night. They tried to fix the stand but it was just poorly made. They did give us free desserts to make up for it which was nice!
Be the first to ReplyMy husband brought me here for my birthday on Dec 31.
Being that it was New Year's Eve the menu was fixed. We really wanted to try the sliders but were disappointed to learn the menu was set for the holiday. The steak was flavored very good. The sides Not It! . We did have a bottle of champagne. The service was really great.. Alicia was her name. the ambience was okay. Nothing special at all. Looks like a lobby was turned into a cafeteria . Just a side note here.. There is no restroom directly in the restaurant. You have to walked into the hotel to use the restroom.
Be the first to ReplyThis place has absolutely delicious food.
We enjoyed the bread platter, salad, steak, and four of the shareable sides. Everything tastes INCREDIBLE. Service was excellent and we were very well taken care of. Great feel and vibe to the restaurant. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to have a great dinner experience.
Be the first to Reply5 star for service and the experience.
3 star for our steak. We ordered the porterhouse wagyu medium rare and it was served medium and the edges well done. We were hungry so we just dig right in. For a $335 cut of steak, I was expecting it to be served as I ordered. Our server Cesar was so great and all the other staff were very attentive. The whole dining experience was great and would be back again. Maybe order the wagyu rare next time so it comes in medium rare . Uurrrgggg, hate wasting food and I didn't want to send the food back!
Be the first to ReplyGood vibe.
Good service. Good cocktails. Good pretzel bread. Surprisingly, the steak was not good at all. Medium rare bone-in ribeye was thin, tough, and chewy. Maybe it was a bad night, but that steak should not have made it to the table. The kitchen split the steak and should have realized it was subpar. The rest of the meal was just ok.
Be the first to ReplyThe food and service were decent, not the best though.
Not worth the price. There are so many better restaurants in the area to go to for the price you pay here. There were even a few cuts of meat that were on the menu that they didn't have in stock.
Be the first to ReplyWas underwhelmed with my experience here.
The service was amazing and the side dishes were super good, but I was really unhappy with my steak. I got it cooked to the chef's recommendation and it was honestly really dry. The restaurant was also a bit dark to the point where it was almost hard to see across the table. The drinks were delicious though. There was a pear cocktail and a lychee cocktail that I loved! Overall, wouldn't give it another shot for the price point.
Be the first to ReplyOne of the best steakhouses for sure.
Very modern and sophisticated. You will definitely have one of the best dining experiences here. We ordered a lot of sides. The sliders were so perfectly made and so rich I flavor, you can get full just off eating those alone. The Wagyu beef will melt in your mouth! Drinks were amazing and service was superb! Bathroom is a little ways, however you will be in awe of the displays on your way. For a true Beverly Hills experience I recommend CUT.
Be the first to ReplyExceptional dinner!!! We can not wait to go back.
The food was out of this world. This restaurant is in my top 3 of la steakhouses. They had several servers who would clear and serve the dishes. Our wine and water would constantly be refiled without us having to ask. They were very attentive. The dry aged rib eye and Australian filet were both excellent choices. I would highly recommend both. The oysters were very sweet.Service was by far probably the best I have ever gotten anywhere. Definitely check this place out.
Be the first to ReplyOMG! One of my favorite places to eat.
The steaks melt in your mouth and the service is wonderful. The price can rock your socks so have deep pockets if you want to dine here. I love the location. The beautiful Beverly Wilshire.
Be the first to ReplyHad very high expectations.
Tried the sample platter with 3 different steaks. Absolute average, this Restaurant seems to live from its name. Had better steaks at Catch LA and Wallys Beverly Hills. Sides and service however good
Be the first to ReplyCelebrated my wife's birthday here.
We were a party of 6 with reservations at 7:15 on a Saturday night. We all arrived on time and were seated promptly. I'll start with the total cost, which was approximately $1600 (tip included). That price was for 4 quality steaks, aChicken dish, fish dish, around 5 sides, appetizers and multiple drinks. Now, know where you are if that price seems steep to you. This is Beverly Hills... the food was good, not great. The atmosphere was a bit hectic and noisy. We were even greeted at our table by the chef himself Wolfgang Puck. My 3 star rating is for the service. Our dinner took a total of 3 1/2 hours. Which is absurd. We had reservations for a cocktail bar at 10:30 which we didn't make. And got charged for not showing up, so I guess I can add the $200 no show charge to this meal. Which now puts it at $1800. Our server was nice. But not very attentive. We were neglected most of the evening. Slow with drink refills and even completely forgetting to bring drinks that were ordered. The $275 gratuity might be to blame for that. It's was automatically added to the bill with a party of 6. So that means that money is guaranteed to the servers regardless of their efforts. My party is not rich.. we are "nobody's" in the eyes of this environment maybe that's why we were neglected...I do however make a good living and don't mind spoiling my wife for her birthday. I won't recommend this place to anyone. At the cost of $1600 you'd think we'd get treated better? There's other options around to spend hard earned money.
Be the first to ReplyHonestly so underwhelming overall.
The food was just okay nothing special. Really dissatisfied at the end. Unfortunately, not worth the hype.

CUT Beverly Hills is hands down the best steakhouse I've ever been to. The restaurant is a true culinary masterpiece, offering an unparalleled dining experience. The ambiance is sophisticated and chic, with an elegant and modern decor that sets the stage for a night of indulgence. As a DEN, I can tell you that the Wagyu beef at CUT is out of this world. It's so tender and juicy, it practically melts in your mouth. And don't even get me started on the dry-aged beef, which is packed with intense flavor and a unique complexity that you won't find anywhere else. But it's not just the beef that's amazing at CUT. The sides are also to die for. The truffle fries are crispy and golden, with just the right amount of truffle oil, and the creamed spinach is rich and savory, with a velvety texture that perfectly complements the steak. The service at CUT is also top-notch. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable, with a deep understanding of the menu and the different cuts of beef. Our server, in particular, went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable.Overall, if you're looking for a high-end steakhouse with exceptional food, service, and ambiance, look no further than CUT Beverly Hills. It's a bit pricey, but it's worth every penny for the truly unforgettable experience.

Food was absolutely amazing! Celebrated a birthday and visiting from Houston, Texas! Service was impeccable! French and swarm service were top tier! Charles, the General manager and also david touched on our tables as well and helped with service! The friendly, inviting, professionalism and sexy decor were just non stop smiles to my face!

Highlights for me were #1 (which is a premier cru that was up against DRC Richebourg and La Tache, and was the overwhelming fave of the group, despite it's difficulty to identify); and #5 (Dujac Clos Saint-Denis), which reminded everyone why we love burgundy so much (ethereal, femme, flowers, balance -- this wine had it all). Full report (including menu the Selosse flight not included here) at acmefoodwine.comCUT really rocked the food - possibly the best it has ever been. Remains one of the great restaurants in Los Angeles.

Wolfgang never disappoints! Everything was so delicious! From the steaks to the host and the drinks ugh been coming here for years and it's always as tasty!
Be the first to ReplyI had a wonderful experience at CUT Beverly Hills.
I would recommend this steak house when you're looking for a place to celebrate. Jill was a very professional and friendly server and Charles, the manager was very kind as well. I recommend ordering the tuna tartare and steak tartare for appetizers. Their rib eye was delicious and their sides are amazing. For dessert, I recommend the banana cream pie. 10/10 recommend.
Be the first to ReplyFantastic bone in filet.
Great atmosphere. Been here a few times and it's consistent and can't miss every time.
Be the first to ReplyCame here to celebrate two occasions.
The place was a bit confusing to find at first, since it was our first time there, but once inside the hotel the location was easy to find. When we went to the stand to check in, it was not the most pleasant, the lady did not acknowledge us and just went to seat the other people first, without even saying a word to us. We stood there for what felt like a bit then finally a guy came by and checked us in and sat us. The food was delicious however, and so were the cocktails that we ordered. Our waiter was very nice, and so were the other people servicing our table. However we had to cut our dinner short due to an emergency, so cant comment about the desserts.
Be the first to ReplyI chose this place for my birthday dinner.
Because I think that Wolfgang Puck is an excellent chef with an excellent grasp of flavors and temperatures. Sadly, though, I always find the asthetics of the decor of his his restaurants to be on the outdated side. With the exception of his former restaurant WP24, which is sadly closed. The atmosphere of this restaurant is minimalist, which doesn't actually go very well with the elegant and historic granduer of the Beverly Wilshire in which the restaurant is located. The booths look comfortable, but the regular seating can be uncomfortable, especially for a 2 hour dinner. We both ordered the Japanese A5 Wagyu filet. My wife had the 6oz portion with a fried egg and fresh grated wasabi, and I went with an 8oz cut with red wine bordalaise. We accompanied it with the mashed potatoes and the Swiss chard. Everything was superlative, although my wife's fried egg initially came our way overcooked, so we had to send it back. Of course, service is excellent, and they quickly corrected the issue. For dessert, I had the chocolate souffle, which was the most chocolaty chocolate souffle in which I've ever had, and it was accompanied with a perfect trio of chocolate sauce, fresh whipped cream and a coffee? Ice cream? I had ordered with a latte, but sadly, the timing of the coffee did not come out with my dessert... This is kind of a pet peeve of mine... My wife had a meringue based dessert in which I can't recall the name and unfortunately food coma was starting to set in at this point in the meal so I neglected to take a picture of the dessert menu. It was quite beautiful and delicate, though, with a wide range of textures which made it very enjoyable to eat. My wife actually ate most of it, which is very rare for her to do and says good things about the overall experience. You can get your parking validated at the restaurant reception desk, so valet service is only $10. This place is supposed to be a 1 star Michelin Restaurant, and I think that it is well deserved. Service, although excellent, is still LA, and perhaps if they could improve on that as well as improve the decor and comfort of the dining room, they could earn at least one more star. I suppose that if I were to come here again I would need to insist upon getting a booth table.
