Terribly inconsistent, I've ordered from this place 3 times
Terribly inconsistent, I've ordered from this place 3 times and every single time it was like ordering from a different place and it all just got worse every single time. 1 time was really good, second time it wasn't bad but they missed half the stuff I paid extra for and what i did get was over cooked and dry. My 3rd time the biscuit was like a rock, chicken tiny, dry and way over cooked, I almost thought they forgot the egg yet again but it was just tiny and destroyed. The garlic parm fries had no seasoning what so ever, they were cold, wet, soggy and still partially raw. Wouldn't recommend wasting your valuable time on a place so inconsistent when there are so many other options in Denver to try
Be the first to ReplyI'm ashamed it's taken me this long to review as this DBC
I'm ashamed it's taken me this long to review as this DBC is the OG for me - the first time I ever stepped foot into a DBC was at this location over 6 years ago. Located in the Stanley Marketplace, this was THE STOP for that final Colorado meal before hopping on a plane back to the East Coast. The Stanley Marketplace has tons of great small businesses and eateries as well as a brewery and outdoor activities for the kiddos so you can really make a day of it here. One of my favorite things to do is have a filling brunch at DBC and then "walk it off" while perusing the shops nearby. I find that this location is a bit more chill than some of the others I've been to, but don't let that fool you - they still have a steady stream of traffic because people flock from all over to eat here. The decor is funky and fun with a "biscuits all day" neon sign on the floor entrance beckoning you to step over into another portal. The staff has always been super friendly here and the food speaks for itself. DBC is a Colorado staple & the perfect hangover brunch. It's a great place to take out-of-towners. Be ready to come in with an appetite because the portions are hefty. At this point I think I've had everything on the menu, but the Franklin is for sure my #1. Buttermilk fried chicken (yes), tenderbelly bacon (yes), cheddar cheese (yes), smothered in your choice of gravy (OH HELL YES). Be sure to add on a runny egg as that completes the meal. Their mushroom gravy is crazy good. I still opt for 1/2 and 1/2 so that I get a taste of the sausage gravy too, but that mushroom gravy has such great depth of flavor that I could dunk an old shoe in it and still find it delicious. I'm also a big fan of their cheesy grits & their house-made jams and honey butter are out of this world tasty. The place does get busy, especially on the weekends so putting your name on the waitlist is the best move. They have a self-serve coffee station with a pick-your-own mug deal which is a cool touch. If you're looking for a belly-busting brunch that's a good bang for your buck, then DBC is the place to go. Breakfast is served until 2pm M-F and until 3pm on Sat-Sun. They have a full bar (Atomic Cowboy) with delicious cocktails. The Peachy Keen is heavy in the rotation (house-made sweet tea? yes please!)

Holy BISCUITS!!! This place was incredible!!! My family and I were visiting from California and I think I hit the jackpot with this place !! The bacon cinnamon roll was the perfect blend of savory and sweet .. everything we ordered was delicious and soooo filling .. the service was great , the location was super neat too . Definitely will be coming back next time I'm in town
Be the first to ReplyThis place was casual, low key, and tasty.
You get your drinks in mason jars and your utensils in a metal bucket. The food was easily above average but not mind blowing to the point of 5 stars. I had a biscuit sandwich. The biscuits were good and fluffy. The bacon was thick and the fried chicken was juicy. The star was the maple syrup for me.

The people who created this business and its recipes love food! All of the food i have had are amazing. My absolute favorites are the Franklin for breakfast. The fried chicken is amazing. I also am absolutely in love with the pot pie. It's so earthy and delicious and the house made fried onion strings are to die for. And for dessert the strawberry shortcake is amazing! Absolutely love this place and eat here at least twice a month and every time the food is spot on!
Be the first to ReplyAbsolutely loved my meal and the customer service was great.
The atmosphere was clean and great. Thank you to all the staff at Denver biscuit and company
Be the first to ReplyI wanted to visit the Stanley.
It's loaded with great places to eat, and Denver Biscuit Company just looked too good to pass up! The menu is very straightforward and I like that. Just enough chicken and biscuit varieties but not too overwhelming. They also have biscuits and gravy in case you want to skip the chicken. Allison, who is terriffic, took my order at the front desk to create a to go order and brought it out to me in the foodcourt area. You can also eat in the restaurant itself....it's a nice place! I had my food within five minutes of ordering it! Wow! I went for the Ellsworth. A pretty basic chicken end biscuit with pickles, spicy mustard, and honey. It was a great combination. It's not easy to pick up and eat like a sandwich because the biscuit falls apart easily. It's a very good biscuit, though. Not too dry and very fluffy! I ate it with a knife and fork with no problem. The chicken is almost black but it doesn't taste burnt, and it's plenty moist and tasty. I will likely return. I want to try the Korean Fried Chicken version next time.

Be the first to ReplyFirst time going here and was absolutely impressed.
Waiting times were pretty long but it was worth it. All the food we got was great and the Bloody Mary was a nice touch. Staff was also attentive. Will absolutely return.
Be the first to ReplyNice to have something close by with great food.
Staff is always inviting and seem like they deal with a ton of different people. Which makes the people watching with breakfast enjoyable.
Be the first to ReplyI had been here a few years back, and it seems like they
I had been here a few years back, and it seems like they have added and upgraded in a lovely way. We had a biscuit sandwich and biscuits and gravy and neither disappointed. Serving were filling and they have inventive options as well as some traditional choices. They have a parking lot but I'm pretty sure you can never get a spot but street parking in that area is ok. We went earlier on a Sunday, so we didn't have to wait, but it was filling up as we left. Bright and sunny place.

Be the first to ReplyThis was my first time visiting the Stanley Market Denver
This was my first time visiting the Stanley Market Denver Biscuit Company. My friends and I met on a Wednesday morning to grab breakfast. We didn't have to wait beyond the hostess stand, which was lovely. The drip coffee is self-serve, which is also so nice! We spent time carefully choosing which coffee cup we wanted as we considered it somehow an extension of ourselves given the choice of many different designs. (It seems like DBC thrifted a variety of mugs for the coffee station.) I was thrilled that the coffee bar already had oat milk in addition to cream for the coffee. I usually feel like I have to make special requests for non-dairy, so this was refreshing to alleviate the burden on everyone involved. For food, we shared the Giant Biscuit Cinnamon Roll. That bad boy is SWIMMING in icing. It was perfect though. The roll had a good balance of crunchiness and softness that I like in a cinnamon roll. For our mains, I ordered the Franklin with the traditional gravy versus the vegetarian gravy. The fried chicken is always so tender. It's a beautiful marriage of flavors. My friend got the DBC Club and added some eggs to make it more breakfast-y. She enjoyed her meal, but she did say it had a little more sauce than she would have preferred. I definitely enjoyed the meal. Our server was so sweet too. She was attentive and took good care of us. It was nice and quiet during the week too. It is also nice to visit DBC at Stanley since you can check out all of the shops afterward too.
Be the first to ReplyDeeeelicious breakfast and lunch menu! The giant cinnamon
Deeeelicious breakfast and lunch menu! The giant cinnamon roll is a must-get. They have the best cheese grits I've ever had. The staff is consistently friendly and you can join the waitlist online which is convenient.

Friendly staff and some really good food! Even the food beyond the biscuit themed items are excellent!

Wow oh wow there biscuit sandwiches are incredible!! Chicken perfectly cooked, biscuit nice and moist. Go here, you will not regret it. Also add yourself to the waitlist ahead of time bc it is often a long wait!
Be the first to ReplyWe enjoyed a nice lunch here.
The biscuits are huge and delicious. My kids loved eating their biscuits and jam. They also loved the fried chicken. I had the Nashville chicken biscuit with the homemade pickles and ranch sauce. I thought it was very tasty and especially filling. The service was good, waiter was very nice, but seemed a little off since it seemed they were a little busier than they expected. The hostess wasn't particularly friendly either. Would definitely return for the delicious food!
Be the first to ReplyAfter doing my homework before the trip to Denver, I knew I
After doing my homework before the trip to Denver, I knew I wanted to visit this place. I mean come on, it has the word BISCUIT in the name, and it did not disappoint. I had the French toast, and my friend had the Lola. We had a seat by the pass and couldn't help but watch the food come out and be garnished and ran. It was like a well rehearsed dance. Mmm Mmm good. You should charge for that table since they get to see a show. Great coffee, good vibes, will be back.
Be the first to ReplyYou gotta love biscuits first & foremost .
.. I went to this place for the first time like 5 years ago because Guy did ... the food is high quality ... I love fried chicken and the Lola dish i had was amazing ... the 45 minute wait was well worth the time investment ... this is a 5 star event each time

Food is good, service is just up to par, but music is WAY too loud. Cool if you're alone or don't want to talk, but not ideal for a date....unless it's the morning after and you don't want to talk
Be the first to ReplyGreat service and awesome food.
Use the reserve ahead seating option so you can get a table. But if you forget, they also do quick take away and you can eat inside the Stanley. It's a super cool shopping and dining industrial building that's been repurposed. Really love this place and they employ local folks and give back to the local area.

Food was amazing, we had just gotten off a flight and we're starving for some good local food. Someone at the airport suggested this, and for our first hour in Denver it was the perfect intro. It was busy, but we got a spot at the full-service bar. Food came out quick, was delicious (lots of variety for everyone's preferences), and the atmosphere was great. Kept us full for the rest of our adventure-full day touring the city!
