overall, 3 out of 5 + friendly stuff, good manager, nice atmosphere - overpriced food and drinks, small menu, simple decor * matcha tea latte costed 19$. the most expensive one that i've got, and the worst that i've tasted. it was impossible to drink - too strong, absolutely horrific taste. i would give this place 1/5, if not a kind manager, who decided to remove this drink from a check * almond croissant was okay; yet as you can see on the picture, it was more of almond crumbs. quite delicious, but nothing spectacular * nice, simple decor. open roof, which is perfect for miami weather. but i expected something more beautiful, unusual. i mean.. it's dior, right? i'm sure they could've worked on design much better definitely not the place where i would like to return. i guess it's fine to visit it once, simply for the experience, but nothing special about this cafe, so i don't recommend spending your time and money here

I've been wanting to visit the cafe for some time now and finally went for my birthday this past Saturday. We were a party of 4, and upon arrival at noon, we were told that the wait time was 30 minutes to an hour. You may want to ask to look around the store for that time, as we got extremely flushed just walking around waiting to get in from the Miami heat. When we got in, zero photo opportunities. Bouncers everywhere like someone was going to steal something. The paper mache type lion that is typically around the Dior sign had been shipped off to corporate for a "refresher," so you pretty much just had the 4 letter cardboard cutouts. The frozen coffee that's supposed to come in a champagne flute now comes in a large desert glass cup. No CD logo in any of the drinks cause they were advertising their STAR logo and all drinks just had a star. When asked about the quality of the coffees that each of us had, I described them as chocolate milk shakes and melted chocolate ice creams. One of our friends said the cappuccino was just average. We paid $105 for 4 coffees. At $25 a pop for non alcoholic coffees, this was highway robbery for a place that no longer has any photo props. Major tourist trap. Avoid at all costs! We wound up going elsewhere for brunch cause we knew we'd get a better bang for our buck.
Be the first to ReplyDelicious coffee and beautiful outdoor seating.
There are few enough chairs that the service is very quick. Our waitress was super nice. Today was a perfect day for it - the weather was so nice!
Be the first to ReplyIt is pretty here, but the prices are outrageous.
I spent $75 on two drinks. they tasted like any other drinks.
Be the first to ReplyI went to Dior with a group of 5.
Small little roof top patio. Need to walk to the back of the downstairs elevator to up. Greeted by a friendly host. I ordered the Frappuccino. Kinda chocolatey and mocha ish, milky. Drinks were very basic; $20 something for the drinks there. I also tried the tuna tartare with avocado mash and some thin flat bread with some yuzu ponzu soy sauce ($50 kinda expensive for the cheap quality of tuna). Employees were nice and helpful. This was a one time experience kinda thing.

I wanna start with the service because thats for me the most important things I care about. and the staff has delivered a great service. very friendly. the great you with a good smile. Promply my food was on the table. communication was amazing and the server was attentive enough. The food for instance was very tasty. I love the presentation. Fresh product and the smell is vey appetizing. I really enjoyed the Lobster Ravioli. Tuna Tartare was my favorite, and for dessert i had Dior Amour Grlato; OMG!!! It was so good. I can't wait to enjoy on my sweet tooth day. I will be back soon

One of the places you must go to when you're in Miami! Amazing experience and atmosphere, very welcoming staff. Massimo really knows how to make the guests feel welcomed! The croissant and cappuccino are a must! Will definitely visit again!
Be the first to ReplyAmazing place and staff.
You have to try the croissant! Tania and Massimo are the best.
Be the first to ReplyThankfully I went on a Monday so there was no wait.
Usually it's about 30 minutes~1 hour wait time. I had the acai, a Frappuccino, and a j'adore. Total was ~$90 with the automatic 20% gratuity you're charged and an additional 2% gratuity. Wouldn't come back unless I had the money to, but it was a nice tropical bungalow vibe up there.

It's solely for the hype & the aesthetics which as a creator is my job to try these kind of places but I will always be honest especially when I'm spending my own money. We got Avocado toast, a croissant & 2 lattes & the bill was over $100 might I add that nothing had flavor and the menu was very limited. The lattes were bland and so was the avocado toast. The service was also not the best. Cute little spot for pictures though. (Upstairs of the women's Dior store in Miami design district)
Be the first to ReplyTotally worth the wait.
It has a very limited menu, but everything was delicious the staff was very nice

It's amazing place to have a chill time at & a very classy spot. And don't get me started on there coffe perfect place
Be the first to ReplyFun experience here.
They don't take reservations so you either wait outside or you know someone at the store. Insanely expensive at $80 for 2 croissants and 2 coffees but it's an experience to take pics and say you been there.

If i can give 0 stars i would dont even waste your time here im writing this review as im waiting 20 mins for my balsamic vinaigrette and i ask 2 waiters and a manager who is just staring at me in the face doing nothing the worst service from a restaurant ive ever received in my life i will never be returning even if the food was for free !!!!!!

Fabulous vibe! Great hot chocolate! Excellent service, but the second they brought out the Costco white napkins, that killed it for us.

Walked in right when they were about to close, but luckily the security guard let us up and said they were able to seat us. After going upstairs, we were not greeted at all. One waiter walked right by us and did not even bother to assist or look in our direction. A couple minutes later, another waiter came, she was so nice and patience with us. It's a cute place to meet someone for coffee or just a chill area mid day. The decor is cute, good for photos, not much seating, but the coffee was bomb. Everything else was eh.
Be the first to ReplyCute spot for an afternoon pick me up.
The wait was only ~15 minutes for a party of two. When you arrive upstairs it's very confusing as to if patrons are to seat themselves. There was a gentleman who worked there (but wasn't dressed as an employee) who only selectively assisted guests when they arrived. Restrooms were not actively monitored and had no paper towels. The latte was delicious. Best tasting espresso I've had in awhile. Almond crossaint was also good.$50 for two coffees, and a croissant + gratuity. Cute for photos but doubt I'd return when in town

To be honest, just went to see the hype and the hype was not real lol. It wasn't as glamorous as it seemed like in social media. My pix featured is the Instagram and this review is the vs. reality lol. First they do not take reservations. There is always a line and you must stand to put your name down. They will text you when your table is ready so you can go shopping while you're waiting. You have 5 mins to get back or your reservation will get cancelled. There is only 1 bathroom (unisex) and always a line too. Everything is overpriced and nothing out of the ordinary. My Breville coffee I make at home tastes better. lol! The service is also subpar and the cafe is tiny. If you come from a small town, I guess go and check it out. If you're from a bigger city- SKIP. Not worth your time or money. This goes for all the designer cafes in Miami.

Went to check out the Dior cafe after it was recommended to me by a server at the Versace mansion. Such a cute place to take photos. The drinks and desserts were very esthetically pleasing. I only gave it 4 stars out of five because it was extremely hot up there (July) they had fans but it didn't seem to help much, and the steep price of $25.00 for one coffee is a bit much. Plus it is rather a small compact space. Overall if you are looking for a photo op this is great! Other than that, not much to offer there. Cute for a one time visit.
Be the first to ReplyNice relaxing rooftop restaurant.
Classy and elegant walk through Dior store to get to elevator to the rooftop. Gourmet coffees and croissants to choose from. Lunch and brunch available. The employees were kind and helpful. More costly than other coffe shops.

I had the açaí with berries and the heart dessert was made with pistachio inside I'm very impressed. It's a cute place to take pictures it's very pricey tips is already included it looks like there's only one waitress for everyone to order but others are cleaning and serving food. It was very hot out the fan was not working in our table.
