The valet attendants, host at check-in, bartender in the lounge waiting area, drinks, food, and ambiance were amazing. However, our waitress was good. The two misunderstandings I experienced were our waitress mistakenly our oysters order. We ordered grilled, but we were brought raw. When I brought this to his attention, he advised me that he heard raw and was unable to take it away since it was already made. I informed him he was mistaken of the order, and then, with attitude, he took it away and brought out the grilled oysters. Then, for our anniversary, we were brought either Tara's or Tom & Jenny caramel candies. Like, really, we just spent over $300. I'm not sure if my expectations were set too high after hearing good things about the restaurant, but it was an experience I don't care to repeat.

beautiful, dark ambience, great music playlist and fantastic service. Food was good - i liked the kale & goat cheese salad, the mushroom app was ok. cocktails great. our service was phenomenal. duck l'orange....flavors were good but disappointed i wasn't asked what temp i wanted my duck cooked and it came out really rare. Brussels sprouts were cooked to perfection and ended with delicious beignets. looking forward to coming back!

Place has a great vibe and lovely decor, takes you back in time. Service is superb and the food really exquisite. Great time , pretty pricey!
Be the first to ReplyThis restaurant is beautiful.
We arrived at 8:05 for our 8pm reservation and were lead to the lounge. We were probably sat 20 minutes later, though our reservation size changed, and I think they had to find us a new table. The lounge is beautiful! The dining rooms are also very beautiful. Comfortable. We were sat at one of the glass tables that didn't have a tablecloth and there was an obvious crack that they told us was part of the design. We were also sat under a very dusty light fixture. Aside from that... Food was good. The bread was great. Service was great. We ordered the shrimp cocktail, clams, creamed spinach, rice, fries, steak, and chicken. The proteins were so good, the steak was perfectly salted. I'd give this restaurant 4.5/5, but it was sooo loud inside and I could barely hear my party. It was loud from everyone speaking, but the music was quite loud, on top of that. Because of that, I'm giving it 4/5. I'd return, just not with a big party, since you can't hear at the larger tables.

My wife and I went for our anniversary having heard good things so we were excited to try it! The taste of the food was great! Beyond that, this venue falls in the category of not enough bang for the buck. Lots of little details that amount to the overall experience. The table we sat at was so close to the next table that the other couple asked their waiter to move the tables. If you're looking for a high end dining experience with your partner, being so close to another couple to May ruin the ambience. That couple had a wonderful salad tossed table side for them so we decided to order the same. It was brought in a bowl and left to us to put together. We made sure it was the same one they ordered. Typically a higher end location will clear your salad plates before bringing the entrees but our waiter had to shuffle the used plates around before being able to place the entree's. The sides we ordered tasted great, but shockingly small portions, with outsized price tags for what you get. For dessert we tried the beignets and ice cream, which was explained to us as their best dessert. When we recieved our bill, The beignets and ice cream had been billed as two separate desserts. We wish we would have known that beforehand. The overall quality of the food was great. But the portions, service, and nickle & diming nature of it seemed not up to standard for what you'd expect out of a fine dining restaurant in Miami.

Hi this is my assessment of dirty French Lovely stupendous romantic place Thanks for finding this place Actually it was very family style dining In the sense You order 2 main dishes and a few appetizers for a group of 6 people And that's all would be enough Next time we know how to order!!! The waiter insisted we preorder everything This place was very pushy So we ordered a lot because we were hungry Just like when you go to supermarket hungry and you pick up a lot The dishes say for 2 or 3 people But the dishes are big enough to be consumed by double that We ate so much and so many leftovers I was feeling sick Right now I wouldn't go back there for at least 6 months

Our visit to Dirty French restaurant in Miami was a culinary delight. Every dish we savored was absolutely delicious, but the standout was definitely the chicken for 2 - incredibly juicy and tender. The ambiance added to the charm, making it a memorable dining experience. Don't miss out on this gem!

The food is great *tasting*, the atmosphere is cool, but after being reassured they'd take care of celiac like it was no issue, and being pretty horribly glutened by a filet and some potatoes which supposedly doesn't have any contact with gluten - I have to wonder how careful or serious they took it. Also, the bathrooms are dark, dirty, red lights and black toilets, you can't see what's going on in there; and the stalls have CLEAR plexiglass doors so you can see everyone try to open your stall while they're in there, and there was quite a crowd. How do I know so much about the bathroom? Cuz I ate here. Maybe if you want the kind of bathroom vibes where you need your iPhone flashlight to see, you could get one of your 25,000 employees who wander aimlessly through the dining room to actually clean it, cuz *if* you have to *sit* in there, trust me, you won't come back The 80s music is cool, the staff was nice, but it went from a 10/10 experience to a 0 stars if possible trauma in that hellhole bathroom real quick. You did me dirty, dirty French Hey if you don't have any food allergies, this place rules; and the food is delicious: I would NOT MARK this this low if not promised it would be fine to eat there - but don't tell me you're gonna be able to take care of it and then poison me. That's all I'm sayin'

Loved it! Came on a weeknight at 7:30 and initially, the place was kind of empty, but by the time we left it was completely full. Amazing atmosphere. LOVED the decor -- there's a fun front bar/lounge if you want to arrive early for a cocktail, and otherwise the dining room is as glam chic as can be. The dirty martini was top notch (and I know my dirty martinis). The complimentary bread was divine. My mom and I shared a wedge salad and filet mignon with frites and brussels sprouts. Everything was on point!! As were the beignets with caramel sauce for dessert...drool city. We considered getting the truffle pasta special but were very grateful when the server warned us about the price. $100+ ? No thanks. Be careful of ordering any special with truffles -- ask for the price first. Red wines by the glass were very good, we tried a cheaper one and an expensive one and honestly, they were comparable. Service was also very good! Overall, loved our steakhouse experience here and would definitely return.

Honestly, beautiful place! Great grilled oysters, service and drinks but Teddy the sommelier was the best part. He was informative and carried himself with great humor and poise.
Be the first to ReplyGood food but lackluster dining experience.
You're paying top dollar easily 150+ a person & i had too high expectations. Our server started out strong but as the night went on we felt undervalued/forgotten at certain timepoints, he was juggling too many large tables. We were also placed in an aisle way after reserving this table in advance; it was not private and very loud for my husband and i to hear each other or even enjoy ourselves near the kitchen door. The decor was great as many have mentioned but the restaurant itself is lacking character, staff were professional and knowledgeable but nothing to rave about. We got the ribeye, the vegetarian mushroom dish, kale & goat cheese salad, disco dancer drink, Japanese prime old fashion and beignets all were good; i just wish for our 2 hour drive solely just for this reservation would have lived up to some of the early reviews i read. Your paying top dollar for aesthetics, location etc. i much rather wouldve just gotten cocktails here & went somewhere else to celebrate our honeymoon. We would be willing to try this restaurant down the road as this place is newer and hopefully service improves but not for any special occasion . I have had more memorable dining experiences at other upscale miami restaurants. Mushroom MillefeuilleKale and Goat Cheese SaladBeignetsBread Service FlatbreadDirty Rice

Extremely slow. I eat in all the fly restaurants, this place by far has the worst service
Be the first to ReplyCame to Dirty French on a date with my boyfriend.
For a Tuesday night the restaurant had great vibes, it had a fun ambiance and the design is beautiful. The service was great, our first server (who wasn't our waiter), Julio, was attentive, friendly and professional. We were going to order wine, however, they don't offer any selection of Italian wines which is what we felt like that night, so instead we opted for the cocktails which were delicious, eclectic and fun. Next we ordered food, I must say it was odd that we had to order everything at once, that kind of threw me off. The carpaccio was very fresh and unique, it wasn't your typical take on a carpaccio which we liked, loved the chives and eggplants. Would definitely recommend the carpaccio. Next, we ordered the lobster raviolis which we very good as well. The star of the show was the prime rib, it was spectacular! The herb crust was on point, the meat was juicy, cooked to perfection and the horseradish was amazing. Don't go to Dirty French and pass up on the prime rib, it's one of the best in the city! Overall, we really enjoyed Dirty French, great service, fresh food and a fun time!

I was in here a month ago for a business lunch and was pretty surprised by what a good find Dirty French was. First off it features Super Cool decor. Check out my pictures on this. The vibe and feel of Dirty French almost deserve 5 stars by itself. I had a Nicoise salad on my lunch visit and it was exactly what I would expect for this dish done well. We received excellent service on my visit. The hostess and waiter were both great. I would be happy to go back any time. If I do I will likely rewrite this review and add more details. This place was interesting. If I lived close by I think I would be here often. Bon appetite mes amis.
Be the first to ReplyI never write reviews on restaurants, but Dirty French
I never write reviews on restaurants, but Dirty French Miami was too good not to! Honestly, I thought it was going to be a typical "go there for the experience" place but it was so much more. The food, drinks, service, and experience were all outstanding. Shoutout to our server Angel! Loved him, but everyone and everything was amazing! This is at the top of my list if you're visiting Miami or even if you live/are from here.
Be the first to ReplyMaximalist ambience with an upbeat 70's and 80's playlist.
While the atmosphere is high camp, the service is elegant, attentive, and technically perfect. Ask for Francisco and Edwin. And save room for the beignets and the chartreuse cart!
Be the first to ReplyAbsolutely terrible experience.
Dinner took 3 hours and we had to ask about our steaks for over an hour. We eventually tried to cancel all of them, and then they continued to say they were "on the way." Finally, the staff accused us of stealing cutlery. Management was useless in helping out or making the experience better.

Where to start? From the moment you walk in the staff is ready to meet your every need. The interior is beyond cool, gave me 1970's vibes, and the playlist was perfect. As good as all of that was the food is even better.
Be the first to ReplyVery pretty, good ambiance.
But it's too loud. Not conducive to the conversation. Good for a romantic dinner where you have to mean in and whisper something to your dare directly into the ear.

I had a phenomenal experience, partially thanks to our waitress Cheyenne. Her service was impeccable and enjoyable. The osetra caviar was delicious, along with the raw scallops and the curry lobster. I really enjoyed the French Indian flavors in the lobster and the mushroom. The Waygu was delicious and I really enjoyed the dirty rice. Sadly we had no time for dessert because we had a show to catch but I can't wait to go back. I recommend going with a group of friends. The music and decor is a vibe itself.

Dirty French is known for its bold and unexpected flavors, so you can expect to see a mix of traditional French dishes with a unique twist. A popular dish to try is the duck confit, or ratatouille. Overall, dining is a memorable experience. Just be prepared for a more formal atmosphere, higher prices than at other types of restaurants, and a focus on expertly-prepared dishes and high-quality ingredients.
Be the first to ReplyProbably one of the better steakhouses I've been to in
Probably one of the better steakhouses I've been to in Miami and I've been to a decent amount. Great vibes and has the best interior design and decor as well as lighting too!! Love the design details in there tons of floral and pattern pattern. Great color story and the overall design plan, millwork, channeled upholstery banquets, and bar design was awesome. Reminiscent of old Miami or Palm Springs! Super cool if you are into design like I obviously am. The food was great too we had a giant Tomahawk, filet mignon, seafood tower, tons of cocktails and sides. The bread and cheese they bring out is phenomenal. Loved the espresso martini and beignets to finish it off! Our captain was awesome, she was super cool and knew the menu and everything perfectly and offered great recommendations. Service there was a bit slow in the beginning, we hung in the bar because our reservation was for 9 PM and we didn't get sat until 9:45 PM. That said, it was super busy so I get it. Bar and dining areas are super cool! Even the bathroom is dope! Definitely a fun time with friends all around! I would definitely return. Thank you
