Duemani In Aspen - Beware!
I’m not a big review writer but after last night I wanted to warn others. This was the worst experience we have had in a restaurant. They sat us 1/2 late and we didn’t complain or care. After we were there for 5 min they came to table and said we had 55 min to eat and give table back. !!! That service came with $100 per person meals. A salad and a main course. Before tip and tax. Not including drinks. Waiter was very kind. The management is terrible. The manager only said I’m sorry you feel that way. !! My advice - there are many fantastic restaurants in Aspen that are happy to serve you and welcome you in. Not this place. This place is horrible.
Be the first to ReplyDefinitely try this place
This was our first time to Duemani and we will definitely be back. Nice atmostphere, excellent sommelier who steered us to our best wine of the year, great food, the chef came out to check on our experience as did the owner, etc. Definitely worth checking out this restaurant.
Be the first to ReplyWe liked our dinner but it´s overpriced.
We had a nice experience, service is good and attentive. Food was good, wouldn´t put it as exceptional, but definitely it´s
Be the first to ReplySuper place to enjoy dining in Aspen
We visited with family and had the best experience. Service is 100 points, wine selection is superb, Loved the glassware and setup of this place not to mention the staff that did a very good job.
Be the first to ReplyPerhaps the best Caesar salad ever
It was our first time at this restaurant that others have raved about and they were right. The service was a pleasure, the som was incredibly helpful but the food that I ate was absolutely terrific. First of all, the Caesar salad was perhaps the best I have ever had. Truly. I also ordered the bone in strip and it was delicious and enough for our friends to each enjoy a bit of. My wife had salmon and said it was OK but she also had a Caesar salad and raved about it as well. We absolutely intend to go back.

Such amazing, fresh seafood. Service was attentive, professional and friendly. Great wine program and a nice recommendation from sommelier Carlos. Will be back!
Be the first to ReplyDelicious food, great ambiance
We had an amazing experience in the private dining room. The food was fantastic, the wine was delicious, and the service was attentive. Our group ranged in age from 8 to 80, and everyone had an equally fabulous time. The room is the perfect size for a small private party.
A minor quibble, there were no vegetarian main dishes, and the server wasn't able to suggest anything beyond repeating the appetizers. This is so unusual in a restaurant these days! But perhaps they just couldn't accomodate me becuase it was a private room, or because of pandemic staffing or something like that. What food I was able to eat was delicious, and the meat eaters were thrilled. And, hey, there are worse things than having burrata and veggies for dinner!
Delicious food; very expensive; best wine list I've seen in a long time
The caesar salad was the best that I've had, other than one prepared at the table. The Cioppino was rich and full of great seafood, although expensive at $64. Everything was expensive. The crab cakes were excellent. The wine list was truly remarkable. Unbelievable verticals of expensive yet totally remarkable wines going back 20 years. A 1961 Margaux for $5K was an excellent deal.

We had an amazing meal. From the crudi to the sides....One of the finest in Aspen...make sure you try the Olive Oil Cake for dessert.
Be the first to ReplyA perfect dinner
This is a hidden gem. We stumbled upon this restaurant walking around covid nervous Aspen. What a great place. They found us a table quickly, the service was excellent, they were clean and careful with service and we had the most delicious wines and champagne, caviar and octopus. The steak tartare was the best I have had. We enjoyed every minute of the experience.

Loved this restaurant. Excellent food and service. Accommodating and best if all food was delicious.
Be the first to ReplyWay way overpriced for what
Way way overpriced for what it was. Ambiance is nothing special. Food is decent but not exceptional. Wouldn’t go back as there are so many other places in Aspen that have more to offer.
Be the first to ReplyTry Duemani for Italian Mediterranean
This restaurant is in the location where Rustique used to be, a total makeover with indoor dining as well as outside tables surrounded by high quality propane heaters! The food offered is an interesting variety of Italian Mediterranean and a large selection of sushi. The prices are upper end as is the quality of the food! The service is friendly and very professional and attentive! We highly recommend trying this gem!
Be the first to ReplyAmazing food and atmosphere
Sitting outside on a perfect night and enjoying the best meal. We shared the Branzino and some appetizers but the Brussel Sprouts were the highlight of the meal- the best I’ve ever had. The owner Luigi and Gretchen made us feel like family. I would go back every night.
