Amazing all around food experience! We will definitely go back. The pumpkin soup was spectacular as well as everything else. One of the best desserts we've ever had as well.

Was a nice ambiance, the service was good, the was okay but it was definitely overpriced for no special reason.
Be the first to ReplyThroughly enjoyed our lunch at Evelyn's.
Went out of their way to make our young boys feel included in the lavish meal. Not sure we'd return to Ft Lauderdale, but if we do, we'll be sure to stop by again.

One of the best waiters I've ever encountered! I wish I could remember his name, but he was stellar. Truly made the whole experience. We ordered a ton of food and everything was great!
Be the first to ReplyThe service is the most outstanding part.
Consistently excellent no matter the day or meal. We were treated like royalty. We also enjoyed the ambience of both outdoor and indoor seating. The breakfast buffet is great; solid options. Loved the smoothies, too! The meals from the kitchen were a solid good, but we weren't blown away. We typically love Mediterranean cuisine but these flavors were just a bit off for us.

Impeccable views, great service and delicious food, what is not to love. We started the night with some drinks, I had a spicy margarita and my best friends had a martini and one of their signature cocktails- the plantation punch. All were perfectly crafted. For starters we had their classic hummus with pita and the pumpkin soup. The hummus was already amazing but then our waiter brought over a hot sauce and encouraged us to try a drop and mix it into our hummus on our plate- game changer. Our entrees were equally as delicious, if not more so, we had the Australian wagyu beef skewers (2) which arrived on a fun presentation. Definitely recommend this dish! And finally, my favorite part of every meal- dessert. We tried their cardamom doughnuts and tropical fruit pavlova. I couldn't pick a favorite. Our waiter then overheard me say it was my birthday and he brought us a delicious crème brûlée. Overall, amazing food and service. This restaurant may have just easily climbed up to my top 5 favorites.

I made a reservation for Easter Brunch at Evelyn's with the expectation that the Four Seasons Ft Lauderdale would be exceptional. To say the least, it was the most disappointing Easter me and my guest have ever experienced. No effort was put forth on Easter decorations theme, the food was average and the presentation was sad... a few Easter eggs on cupcakes and wilted tulips as table garnish. I would not mind paying $150 pp as it was presented when I made the reservation but we could have gone to any 2-3 Star rated hotel to have the same. Four Seasons... you can do better.

Beautiful view and top notch treatment. Would return back again!

Be the first to ReplyPhenomenal Experience.
From Carlos with his warm welcome at the entrance to all waiters and staff, you feel welcomed and pampered. The truffle hummus is epic and the fig and pomegranate fusion salad is unique. Mouthwatering flavors overlooking the ocean. Evelyn's is excellent in every way. A must do experience in East Fort Lauderdale.

One of the only true 'gourmet' restaurants on Ft Lauderdale Beach. Beautiful ambiance, understated sophistication. Impeccable service always from all the staff. Delicious seafood, Mediterranean fare, desserts, great cocktails, wine selection. Love this place. Local foodie here. Placenot suitable for small childrenin my humble opinion.

Evelyn's Mediterranean upscale luxurious Restaurant, located inside of The Four Seasons Hotel steps away from Fort Lauderdale beach. I had the pleasure of having lunch outside on their patio, with nice views of the pool. Stephanie, was my waitress, who provided me with excellent service. I ordered the Pumpkin Soup for my appetizer & for my Entree, I had Evelyn's delectable juicy Burger paired with French Fries both fresh to order. I enjoyed pool views, while sipping on my Chamomile hot tea. It was so relaxing. Stephanie went above & beyond the call of duty, by contacting the Spa, so that I could make a reservation. I give Evelyn's Kudos, for their fantastic overall amazing service. My perfect Lunch, is what I call this Solo date. The restaurant was nice and clean. Valet parking for a fee. Go book a lunch date for yourself or with friends or family it won't disappoint.
Be the first to ReplyBottom line: Blah.
We gave this restaurant several chances but ugh. Food: Tried everything from the "bagel" and butter that was so hard you can't spread it to the short ribs for dinner. Short ribs- slimy and too fatty. Couscous- dry and undercooked. Even at the pool we tried to share a burger and they forgot to spilt it. Mess after mess and definitely not up to our Four Season Standards. Service: Our first waiter was great and our last waiter at the pool were both amazing! The guy at the pool did everything he could. He was definitely what we are used to considering that we frequently stay at Four Season properties. Ambiance: The restaurant itself is very well decorated and it's not very loud at all. Again our first waiter was great and he even got me a light wrap (pashmina) since it was chilly in the restaurant. The two stars are for the amazing staff. Thanks!

Mezze to start was very good, but it went downhill from there. One order was dropped altogether, a salad was overdressed and soggy from waiting too long in the kitchen, and a side broccolini dish came out cold. Coffee was undrinkable, first watered down, then bitter, two times. Service was spotty. They couldn't bring out side items a few times. Definitely expected more from the Four Seasons!

Had breakfast here, it was nice service was good but out of all the four seasons I've been to and this being the newest one I really could not find anything special or highly impressive about it at all
Be the first to ReplyFood is phenomenal.
Potatoes, Arugula Salad, and truffle hummus are a must.Service is exactly what you would expect from the Four Seasons.

Food is pretty good.0Ambiance good, but lighting on outdoor deck is awful.

Evelyn's at Four Seasons: you win!! The service=perfection, the food=made with love and care, the atmosphere=relaxing. We went for lunch for my moms birthday and they did not disappoint. We started off with the Truffle Hummus and home made pita. The pita was freshly baked, served right out of the oven and on a warm plate. The hummus was light, creamy but firm and the olive oil tasted almost freshly pressed. Add on some truffle mushrooms and heaven awaits you. There's a reason this is one of their most recommended and popular dishes. It's a must have. If you don't like mushrooms, try the classic. It's just as good. Let's keep going because we kept our tastebuds busy. Next up was the Australian Wagyu Beef with table side presentation and Evelyn's burger served with sweet potato fries. C'mon now! Tender, perfectly cooked and delicious. Before I get to dessert, I absolutely have to give a shout out to our server Akash and Assistant Server, Stephanie. They really made my mom feel like a queen and I may have Gad some Tiara vibes myself. Attentive, kind. Ready to answer any questions and just truly good humans that take pride in what they do. Ok,ok, let's talk dessert....one word Pavlova. Not just any Pavlova but a Mango Guava Pavlova with a guava sorbet center. Say Whaaaaaaaa!?! That's right. This is a definitely a great spot for a special occasion or a special treat. We'll be back...and next time, we try the spa as well. Well done!

Located on the second floor of the beautiful new Four Seasons hotel on Ft Lauderdale beach. Inviting views of the resort pool and the Atlantic Ocean with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Eclectic menu consisting of middle eastern and Mediterranean offerings mixed with south Florida favorites. Freshly baked naan bread too. We tried a fresh lobster roll and special salad accompanied with the fresh naan. Very delicious as was the custom house made gelato for dessert. Service was typical Four Seasons perfect. A very lovely place to have lunch and more!

Located in the Four Seasons it's more casual than you'd expect. I'm going with 3.5 stars because the food was good but not great. I would have given it 4 stars but for the extremely loud music. It was ridiculous. We were actuality screaming at each other. Finally management got the message and pulled the plug on the guitar player and lowered the music over the speaker system. Even still it's a loud restaurant. You're better off texting your dinning companions than actually trying to talk across the table. Service was a bit slow but very friendly and professional. One other negative that contributed to star reduction was the chincey pours at the bar with high prices which is a bad combo. I don't understand restaurant thinking. You charge a high price and pour out a chincy measured drink that turns people off so we refused to order another round of $35.00 whisky. Had they given us another 1/4 ounce so it looked like something was in the glass we would have ordered round two. Now you have 4 drinks at 35.00 each versus 2. But hey you saved that 1/4?ounce of overpriced whisky! In sum I'm neutral on this one and would go back but would not go out of my way to do so. Hopefully they figure out the acoustics and get the bartenders some arthritis medication so they can tip the bottle over a little more.
Be the first to ReplyTo be honest it was average.
The crab leg was very difficult to eat and the chicken thighs were just ok. Hard to get in the restaurant due to the location. Don't sit outside unless you like eating with wind blowing across your face
Be the first to ReplyWe tried the food here while we were at the pool.
We shared the crispy seafood jalea, which is basically fried calamari with shrimp, and Totopos de maiz, which is the chips and guacamole. The crispy seafood was the best dish, decent portion but lacked flavor. The chips and guacamole were basically the same, the guacamole lacked flavor and needed salt. The chips were almost inedible, zero flavor, not a hint of salt, but extremely greasy. Our hands were literally coated in grease. Not sure how the signature restaurant in a Four Seasons would allow this to be served.

Blown away by the delicious food and warm hospitality at Evelyn's. Very unique and interesting menu with a Moroccan, Israeli, Mediterranean flair. The attention to detail was refreshing including all staff we interacted with learning and then calling us by name. Evelyn's seems sheltered from the service crisis most restaurants are facing. If pressed, the only negative was the temperature of the restaurant. It was a cool night and the door placements create a wind tunnel which was chilly. Food and drinks $$$$

Perched on the third floor of the Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale, Evelyn's features a beautiful, beachy interior and a lovely outside patio adjacent to the pool - both boasting ocean views of course.Evelyn's serves Mediterranean food; enjoyed the chips and guacamole, lobster roll (it was perfect with a light buttery brioche bun and lemon gremolata), hummus. Portions aren't huge. The service is very friendly (if not a touch slow), but maybe that gives guests a chance to linger in the relaxing setting. Note: The FS charges for parking which I suppose is par for an oceanfront hotel but a bit irritating given we patronized the hotel.

I was excited to gather up my ladies and go to lunch at a new beachfront restaurant. There's a lot of V (vegan) and GF (gluten free) notes on the menu, to my delight, so I felt this would be a good choice as upfront labelling is something we should see at all restaurants! First we tried to get reservations on open table and it said they were full. So we called and got reservations slightly later than initially requested. But when we got there, there was only 3 other tables with guests. A few more arrived within a half hour. So it was not full at all, but likely short staffed. I can't hold that against anyone these days. Overall service was less than attentive, but everyone was nice and respectful.View: While you can see the ocean, you get more of a pool view here. But the ambiance is very nice, and I loved all the local photos hanging up. I heard amazing things about the hummus and while it was really good, the classic needed a little more flavor. So I tried the chefs homemade fermented hot sauce with it. Wow. Tasty but hot. Use sparingly! He sells it if you want to buy a bottle. We shared the trio of dips, including the roasted red pepper and the eggplant and it came with all sorts of veggies and pita. I was able to get a warmed gluten free wrap cut in pieces. The ora king salmon skewer was amazing!!! I really loved that. My friends got a chicken schwarma wrap and a stuffed pita with side salad. Two of us got the side of rice which was cooked in coconut milk - so tasty! I had leftovers of the rice and took the extra hummus home too.Nut allergy warning - they do put walnuts in the red pepper dip, so you may need to ask if those are already mixed in. Pistachio is on the rice too, but that's definitely able to be left off if you ask.Overall, I'd go back, but the prices were high for not having the view I expected. I am happy that the beach is getting new restaurants though, and understand that there will be another one at street level in the same Four Seasons building soon.
