Delightful Spanish tapa menu.
Excellent service and casual atmosphere indoors and out. The pork tapas were delicious, as was the beer and wine.
Be the first to ReplyWe had a very odd experience.
It took us almost 15 mins to have our order taken, we just seemed invisible to the staff. Then a member of the staff asked us if we could settle our bill before our food even arrived, we weren't sure why. Then all the hot food came before our drinks and our appetizers. The quality of the food was not great as well.

Let me just start out by saying the drunken banana bread is the BEST desert i've ever had and you may need to come here just for that. But overall, really great tapas restaurant! My dad and I got 5 or 6 things to share and it really was delicious! Nice waiters and I would definitely come back and recommend it if you like spanish food!

Big flavors. Enjoyed the food and atmosphere so much I didn't bother taking pics.

Just popped in here on a whim, and found the food to be absolutely delicious. Fondly reminded me and my wife of the time we spent in Barcelona last year.

Always bring my friends here because it's a great little spot hidden away from the noise of King's X. Very let down tonight. Say they close at midnight but decided to close early at 10. Let us order food 10 mins till 10...never mentioned they were closing early. Still brought our food in a rush, potato's bravas a bit undercooked because of the hurry. Went to go get another drink said the bar was closed and never did last call. Said they rang the bell for last call- not one of us out of 3 of us ever heard a bell. Normally when you ring a bell you yell 'last call.' Yet 2 minutes later they let 2 people order beer and said that the one guy worked there. Very rude and disrespectful after they made a huge deal to not serve us. If you're going to serve your employees free beer once you "shut it down" how bout you wait until your customers leave the establishment...and side note...please don't rush us out of there and spray cleaning agent on the tables next to us as we are still eating dinner. Thanks

Definitely on my list of my favorite places in London! Went here with my family for dinner as we're big fans of traditional Spanish tapas. It seemed pretty busy when we went, but it was easy to grab a table for four without a reservation. We got a pretty nice spread: tomato bread (simple, but tasty!), embutidos, jamon, arroz negro (probably one of my favorite things to eat there), the rib eye, and the Iberico meatballs. Everything was very tasty - I don't have a bad thing to say about anything we had. This place is great for groups and overall a very friendly atmosphere. Our server had quite the load as they seemed a little short-staffed when we went, but he was very attentive to our needs and made some excellent recommendations. Will definitely be back!
Be the first to ReplyCamino is a traditional Spanish restaurant and bar.
We ordered nine tapas. The food is quite good. Nice place for chat with friends and groups.

Came here for a work lunch, and thank goodness, because tapas can really drain your wallet. It was not too crowded for a Friday - we probably didn't need our reservation.I was pleasantly surprised by all the vegetarian options. Loved the cheese platter, but it's quite small. We definitely needed 2 for a group of 6. The arzua ulloa was really good, although not what I expected - I was imagining stringy cheese like in a mozzarella stick, but it's an airy, crisp experience. At the waitress' suggestion, we got the spinach salad - I think you can skip it.Overall I enjoyed it, but the price was a little high for many return visits.

Everything was delicious and accompanied by an excellent wine. I had the pork loin and my wife the lamb chop, both seasoned in uniquely Hibernian spices and worth trying. As expected the dishes are small, but a selection of three or so will satisfy most diners and leave you with a tab of about 20 £. We added appetizers, cinnamon ice cream, a 40£ wine, and two glasses of Sangria to celebrate the last meal of an extended trip, and our bill for three adults was 150£.

I visited Camino on a Sunday night. Good vibe in the restaurant and not overly busy. Service was a bit discombobulated however and dishes took long(er) to arrive. I also thought the dishes themselves were very basic and uninspiring. Real pity.
