The seating arrangement in the back of the restaurant is horrible. I had to brush past several people to get to my seat. The menu is VERY limited. I saw a lot of people waiting with menus and thought about leaving since it seemed like they were taking awhile. We decided to stay. We had a bit of time to look at the menu so we ordered quicky. Meatball app, burger meal, pasta with Bolognese and a salad. The food came out hot and in a decent amount of time for a crowded restaurant. The meatballs were soft on the inside but had alittle char on the outside which was nice. My pasta was amazing I ate the whole thing. The salad wasn't exciting. My friend found mold on his burger bun so he just ate the fries. We couldn't even tell the waitress because she never came back after our order. I finally flagged her down for the check and she continued to walk around the restaurant. My sister got up and asked another waitress for the check. There was also a constant line for the one bathroom. We ran out as fast as we could.

This is my first time writing a review for a restaurant but I needed to after our wonderful experience. The food was great but the service was what really stood out. Our waitress, Abby, was super friendly and the perfect mix of bubbly and witty! Not to mention her head-turning looks, very beautiful. My two sons were fighting by the end to pay and sign that check! The back room also has a great vibe. They have already mentioned going back and I think our cute waitress is the main reason... will be recommending this spot to others!
Be the first to ReplyCame in for lunch because it was in soho and nearby.
The waiter was super nice and decor was super vibey. I ordered steak, pasta, calamari, tiramisu, and a chocolate brownie. The steak and pasta was okay. But the calamari was so good!! It was made wit a marinara sauce super delicious. And finishing it off with the tiramisu was a great idea. Super moist and not too crazy sweet! I most definitely recommend.
Be the first to ReplyMy first time at this restaurant, but it won't be my last.
Delicious food with absolutely scrumptious bread. I had the meatball sandwich. Meatball were full of zesty taste, and not overpowered with spices. Iced tea was fresh. My only regret was I did not take a picture before I jumped into the meal. If you come to SOHO, make sure to oil Galli on the list.

I tried this place while visiting New York and absolutely loved the food! Everything tasted amazing I love the vibe here! It's perfect for a romantic date night or girls night out. At night the lights are dim and the music they played wasn't super loud. It is a bit small so definitely make reservations if you plan on going here. For parking you could probably try to find a garage or park along the street. Since New York is always so busy my party and I found street parking about 3 min away. The food here is fantastic! Everything was so tasty For the appetizer we ordered the fried calamari. The calamari wasn't the best I had but it wasn't bad at all. For the entree I ordered the Vodka pasta with no prosciutto. My friend ordered the Chicken Parmesan and my sister ordered The Fisherman pasta. Everything was seasoned well and tasted great! The portions were perfect as well. We ordered a few drinks and they were great! The service here wasn't that great. Our drinks and food took a while to get to our table. This is the only reason I am giving this place 4/5 stars. I still recommend checking this place out!
Be the first to ReplyService was really good.
We started off with the rice balls. They were good and I really liked the marinara sauce. I had the vodka pasta and it was very good. My husband had the garlic chicken and was not a big fan of it.

Recommended by our salesperson at Karna Zebette -good neighborhood findWith good Italian foodWent for lunch on a Saturday in Soho And glad we did--our server Orla was excellent-
Be the first to ReplyFood was okay nothing special or different.
Very slow service but busboys were ready to take away dishes as we were eating. Had mushrooms, salad, steak and potatoes. At first the bread basket was stale then I asked for more and realized it's crappy Italian bread like you get in Venice, no flavor. The roasted potatoes had the most flavor but not much. The steak was so bland, half chewy and overcooked. It really needed a sauce, some herbs, something, anything. I ordered medium rare and there was no pink. The wine was marked up at least 1000% because the least expensive wine was montepulciano d'abruzzo and Era from Trader Joe's that are $6- $10 a bottle and a glass was $15 plus tx and tip lol. Nothing about our meal was worth the $200 we paid. We had to flag down the waitress because we couldn't get the bill. The ambiance was okay, we got candles half way though the meal because we were early I guess.
Be the first to ReplyThis restaurant is beautiful but super crowded.
Someone kept stepping on my bag next to me which was annoying. I made a reservation for me and my friend for 3pm and it was totally packed even though it was between lunch and dinner. Definitely make a reservation for this spot if you want to try it! The service was good but slow (I think they were super busy because of all the people there; maybe they were understaffed?). My friend didn't like her cacio e pepe. She said it was bland and not enough pepper; she thought it needed at least 5x the amount of pepper. I liked my entree, but we were craving truffle so we ordered the truffle fries but there was barely any truffle flavor. :( so that was disappointing (and it was expensive). The drinks were lovely though and both of us enjoyed our cocktails!
Be the first to ReplyWanted to dine in this place after shopping at Valentino
Wanted to dine in this place after shopping at Valentino because of the good reviews however this place didn't stick out in terms of taste. It's your average Italian food that's extremely overpriced. I got the chicken Parmesan and the lentil soup. It was your standard dish you can honestly make at home and it would taste the exact same. The decor is nice though but other than that it's nothing special. I wanted to like it but I don't think I'd come back.

Emmanuel is hands down the best server in all of NYC! So friendly and attentive to the table. I've had friendly service before but Emmanuel has been the best by far. I'll be coming back for sure. Thank you Emmanuel! 100 stars for you For the food - pasta is delicious and there's a GF option I'll be coming back!

I've hosted a couple events here, including one large late night party, and it was beyond perfect. The staff was so helpful, friendly, personable, and wanted to meet as high of standards as I wanted. We also got so many compliments about the venue for the party as well. Couldn't be happier with our experience.

This place has so much promise! They are great for groups and were very accommodating for a large party dinner reservation. One of the girls even spilled her drink and they brought her a new one! However that was the highlight and it was all downhill from there. The appetizers came out the same time as our food which is never a good sign. We were missing one dish and they let us know it was accidentally sent to the wrong table. Another salad came out with the wrong protein. The worst part was the steaks were cold. Not just room temperature but they had a slight chill. Overall the food tasted good but it was hard to get over the poor service and the lack of care in how the food came out. We brought up our concerns to the manager and they did offer us a free dessert platter - see the photos. It was a nice offer but would of rather they just took off something we already had on the bill. Overall I'd say the food was decent but service and care left a lot to be desired.
Be the first to ReplyThe atmosphere was fun and hip but extremely loud.
Like "can't hear what your date is saying do you both just end up shouting" type of loud. If you want a fun dinner vibe before a night out, this is a fun spot. If you're looking for any other ambiance, keep searching for a res...

Very cute restaurant and super dark and dimly lit for a date. The pasta was actually pretty good-although a bit on the pricey side, I got pesto pasta! I finished the whole plate-although a small portion in my opinion. I also decided to get a drink and tried out the berry serio, my friend as well. I was pleasantly surprised because I'm usually not into berries-drinks but it was really tasteful and refreshing. I'd definitely come back-great ambience with the neon sign and it was a pretty big space and I'll try something else. Price is only thing really that may be an issue.

Great ambiance however the service, wait time for entrees and check, and portions were poor. Servers didn't check in with our party at all and we had to constantly flag them down to request missed items, order more food or drinks, or obtain the check.

Overall: Cute little place, Great vibesAmbience: Young crowd, lots of dates, saw zero kids, some birthday events. Music was hip-hop, a bit loud but we were away from the speakersMenu: Go for the rice balls. Skip the calamari and the magic mushrooms, they are not worth it. Calamari was soo not crispy even though we ordered the fried version. For entree, we ordered vodka with chicken, beef ragu, funghi, and salsiccia. All were delicious! Drinks: Peroni on draft, it's rare! Also their Moscow mules are great.Service: Five stars. Thanks for a great evening!
Be the first to ReplyWorst service of all time.
We spent over $600 and our waiter couldn't be bothered to pour our wine. Food was fine.
Be the first to ReplyStopped in here for lunch while shopping in SoHo.
Very cute ambiance, the inside is well lit, with brick walls, and cutesy neon signs (front part of restaurant and bar separated from the back part of the restaurant). I ordered the gnocchi and found it to be very average; nothing to write home (or Yelp) about. The main let down of this place was the cleanliness- as I started looking around, I saw the air vents COVERED in layers of dust, as well as the dirty windows with tons of foam and tape on them. The service was also sub-par (not even sure who our waiter was, because we had to keep asking other ones for help). I appreciate the wide selection on the menu of both food and drinks, but I probably would not return (until a serious "Spring Cleaning"). Did not feel the food was worth the price either.
Be the first to ReplyAwesome vibe.

Be the first to ReplyExtremely disappointing - not an allergy-conscious
Extremely disappointing - not an allergy-conscious restaurant. I asked my waiter to find out if a few pastas could be made without garlic (I have a garlic allergy). First, she immediately said "yeah we can make it." I asked her if she was sure or if she could please confirm with the chef. She went to the kitchen and came back and said the pastas can be made without pepper. I reminded her my allergy is to garlic. She said it's still okay and I can get any pasta with marinara sauce. Keep in mind that marinara typically contains garlic. I ordered the cacio e pepe and again stated no garlic. When my food came, I was given noodles with butter and a few sprinkles of cheese. Cacio e pepe is traditionally served with butter, a lot of cheese, and a lot of pepper. Pepper was missing from my dish. I sent it back and asked for it to be remade. The waitress came back 10 minutes later with the same plate. Again, no pepper. I ended up having to request a pepper grinder and hand crank it on myself. The pasta is was not even good. Not to mention, my date's pescatore pasta was disappointing as well.
Be the first to ReplyWe found this place using Yelp and restaurant had GF
We found this place using Yelp and restaurant had GF options. We made reservation which I would suggest on a weekend since it was busy. Visited NYC over 12/9-12/12 weekend which was unseasonably warm so we chose to eat outside, but the inside looks very instagram worthy and cute. Our food was okay, just went with gf pasta dish and kept it simple because there was lots of confusion when ordering with waitress when trying to order gluten free. It was almost like she was confused on that even being an option in their restaurant. Lots of worries around the food being right. At one point they brought us out food that wasn't ours and insisted it was and even set it down when we said it wasn't right. we sat there and waited, then they came back and took it away and apologized. The service was very slow but it was a Saturday night so not sure if that was reason. We had a show to get to after dinner so I had my credit card out and ready as soon as our food got there because our waitress just seemed to disappear for a really long time and I wanted to be paid and out on time. I have been very generous throughout the pandemic tipping, but in this case I did a standard 15% unfortunately because overall the meal and experience felt like a debacle. Maybe at another time of day service would've been better, but I am going to say if you have Celiac and have to eat Gluten free this isn't the place for you. Nothing but a gf pasta dish and they could not guarantee it wouldn't be cross contaminated. sorry giving 3 stars.
