Im a bit perplexed, they are open until 10pm, I've even confirmed with staff earlier in the day. I showed up at 9:02 to sit at the bar and order my usual favorites from other HK locations but was told by host staff they're closed. I was confused because you can make reservations until 930pm so why was I turned away? I looked at the guests and staff and then I remembered that some things don't change. Luckily Gordon Ramsey pub and grill is in the same building, they serve beef Wellington, and my race, apparently.

Absolutely delicious! I went for my birthday and the food was fantastic. The meat of the beef Wellington melted in your mouth and the seared scallops were perfectly cooked. My boyfriend got the salmon and he couldn't stop talking about it the rest of the night. It is very pricy for how little the portions are but the taste made it worth the price

We went to Hell's Kitchen to celebrate our daughter's birthday. Its located on the second floor of Caesar's palace past Gordan Ramsey Steak. Reservations are strongly recommended, if you go on a busy night expect to wait for a bit. I booked a reservation through open table and waited about 10 minutes because we were a little early. You are escorted down the stairs or you can take the elevator down to the main dining area. You will see all the past contestants from the show and the red and blue kitchen in the back just like the show. The decor was very elegant as you would expect from a fancy restaurant. We were given menus and drink orders were taken. I had to order the staple food from the show which is the beef wellington and scallops. Presentation was very nice and plating was excellent. The meat was very tender and cooked perfectly. I really don't eat medium rare steak, but it was not bloody at all. The scallops tasted very good with the pear sauce in the side. The only downside for me was the price as it was very expensive for a family of four people. I expected that, but the total damage was about 450 at the time of this review. This is not something you eat at every week unless you a millionaire. My recommendation to Caesars is to have patrons parking validated if they are eating at one of the restaurants there. We had to pay for the parking and we did not enjoy the casino's. It would nice to have parking included if you are just dining there. Just a thought. Overall, I would say if you are a fan of the show to try this place once in your life.

Was hoping to see Chef Ramsay screaming in the kitchen, but Hell's Kitchen runs like a Swiss watch so it's clear he's in control. Lobster appetizer is spot-on. Beef Wellington is the best I've had, tender & cooked to perfection. Braised Short Rib is amazing. Dining at Hell's Kitchen is one of those things you should do at least once in your life.

First, I must say that I am a Hell's Kitchen super fan so I was so excited to try out the AC location. Did not disappoint. The restaurant and kitchen were just like you see on the show, minus the yelling from Gordon. The food was ever so delicious. I was looking forward to trying the lobster risotto....yummmm. The baked Mac and Cheese was so so good. Price point is pretty high but would definitely return and spend my casino winnings again.

Worth the trip! If you are in the area, I will recommend you eat here. There are a lot of other options in AC, but most of them won't worth your money. The hostess upstairs who takes your name and rsvp is not the nicest people and it was such a turned off. This is the only reason why I give 4 but not 5 starts. My server was amazing. I love the ambience and decor Food was great, but do expect a limited variety of options. After all, this is not the cheesecake factory. They serve what is in season and what is best. In summary, I highly recommend this place

If you're a fan of Chef Ramsey and his show, you must visit a Hell's Kitchen! We booked reservations for our family few weeks before coming so checking in and taking us to our table was quick and easy breezy. Staff is very friendly. We were told head chef Alex, show winner, only shows up to the restaurant once a month so he wasn't there unfortunately. The restaurant ambiance is just like the tv show. You get to see an open kitchen where chefs prepares your food order. The red team cooks the appetizers while the blue team cooks the entrees. the only difference here is they aren't completing and screaming. Thanks to other Yelp reviewers, I knew what I wanted to order before looking at the menu. Many complimented on the salmon with the side of Brussels sprouts, and the coconut sherbet three way desserts. I had ordered just that and it was so delicious! I highly recommend it. The crispy skin salmon is seasoned well, and the lentils and bit of salad balanced the plate very well. The roasted brussel sprouts is a hit in my book! The char mixed with the sweet and savory vinaigrette lime seasoning was something. My dessert came with a bit of show when the liquid is poured on the it. The sherbet was a great way to end the night with their drip coffee.

Our server Blaise was really nice and his assistant Jeff was amazing as well. The food menu is limited and mostly steak. I enjoyed the filet and I will say it was one of the best I have ever had. The Mac and cheese was delicious. We also had the beef Wellington which was pretty good but not as good as it looks on TV. Overall experience was great.

I took my family to dinner her in August for my mother's 60th birthday. We were a party of 5 and it was all of our first times at Hell's Kitchen. We sat right near the kitchen but other than the restaurant having two different color lights (red and blue), there was really nothing at all exciting about their dining room. We ordered appetizers - scallops, shrimp cocktail and the meatballs. They were all fresh and delicious. My mom liked the scallops so much that she ordered another one as her entree. As entrees, we had the chicken, beef wellington and short rib. Brussel sprouts and mashed potatoes were our side choices. We all devoured our meals and saved enough room to share the strawberry shortcake and chocolate cake desserts. The server placed a candle in my mom's dessert which was a nice touch. Over all, the service was good, the food was delicious but the prices were absolutely not worth another visit.
Be the first to ReplyParty of ten.
We sat for quite some time before being helped. They handed the table one drink menu to share amongst the 10 of us. Okay so the service wasn't stellar but baby that food was the bomb!!! I loved the Brussels and Mac and cheese the most. I was looking forward to trying the French onion soup as it was listed on the website but it's no longer on the menu. The website and what is actually offered is not in alignment. I would go back for the food but hope some things are fixed before I go back.

The atmosphere was beautiful and the staff was incredibly nice, we got to meet Alex and just a genuinely nice person. The issue for us was the food. The risotto was terrific, the scallops were severely disappointing, zero flavor or any seasoning at all, tasted like almost nothing, we had three orders of them for the table and they were not cheap so disappointed was an understatement, for such an expensive restaraunt we were certainly hoping for better when it came to the scallops

After taking the 25 cent roulette machine for a whale of a ride, I was really hungry and went over to Gordon Ramsay's Hell's Kitchen. I was hungry. So, being stag, I sat down at the bar. "Hi Boss, menu?" "Hi, thanks, yes, I'll take a menu and a cocktail menu as well." "You got it Boss."So, I ordered some type of a pear vodka drink that was in a rocks glass and the burrata salad. Both were pretty decent. I was going to order a whole meal but just didn't want to get called "Boss" again. When the conversation between the two bartenders about March madness subsided I asked for my check. "No problem Boss," said the bartender.

My first time at this restaurant and I was not impressed at all; quite disappointed actually as the food and the service were not up to the par.Started off with some famous Hell's Kitchen staples: Lobster Risotto was excellent - creamy and delicious, lobster nicely cooked. Pan seared scallops on the other hand were barely seared on the bottom and cold in the middle, I asked to have the app redone but it was not good either.Baked Mac and Cheese and meatballs were nothing special at all; neither was the sticky toffee pudding - it was just ok.My biggest disappointment and the dish I have been dreaming to try - the world famous beef Wellington- was just not good- I was looking forward to crisp pastry and that delicious bite but the pastry was soggy and the filet was simply bland. Service was busy and not attentive. I thought it was not worth $350 at all.
Be the first to Replythe good: service staff is very friendly and attentive.
they all move with a purpose along with a smile. thank you for that. their cocktails are well done - old fashion and a tequila drink were both tasty. we hung out at the bar for a few drinks before being seated. bartenders were quick with refills and quite friendly. shrimp cocktail was the appetizer we ordered. a good size for the four shrimp - lemon flavored and would order again. presentation was nice- they wrap two pair together with one another. the bad: beef wellington was cold. not very happy about that. pastry and the beef tasted OK, not sure I would get it again. braised short ribs were good. came out hot and not fatty. one or two of the small potatoes within the sauce were raw. not sure what's up with that. chocolate sin dessert was fantastic. cappuccino machine was broken. the $7 black coffee was ok. would go back- having a happy and attentive staff really helps.

Donna, our waitress, was amazing! She was extremely polite, patient and made us feel so comfortable. My parents are amazing cooks and never feel the need to eat out, so I was skeptical that they'd enjoy it. But she ensured it was a welcoming experience for all of us! They enjoyed their food. My mom loved the rack of lamb, and my dad enjoyed his steak. The setting is beautiful, the architecture and design of the place is to die for -- pay attention to all the details. However, I am fixated on Donna's quality of service; we have eaten out everywhere including the Harrah's Gordon Ramsay restaurant, but her level of service is incomparable. The men who brought out our food and removed our wares were extremely polite and down to earth. The staff here is unmatchable. The food quality is of course as great as expected. Thank you, Donna
Be the first to ReplyCelebrated my boyfriend's birthday here this past Thursday.
We were really hoping to see Alex the winner of the latest season of Hell's Kitchen, unfortunately he wasn't working at the location as of yet. We still rather enjoyed the ambience and the service was amazing. The Lobster risotto and Wagyu Meatballs were delicious. Definitely a 10 out of 10. Now for the main course I ordered the Crispy Skin Salmon with a side of their mashed potatoes. The salmon was definitely crispy but lacked some seasoning which was disappointing. The mashed potatoes taste like they came straight out of a box. I'm not sure if it was the way they were prepared, but definitely a no thank you. The birthday boy ordered the Short Rib with a side of the Mac and cheese. The short rib according to him, was very tender but also lacked seasoning and the Mac and cheese wasn't anything to rave about. Over all we had a great experience which is probably what we paid for. Would love to return once Alex gets there to get more of that Hell's Kitchen feel.
Be the first to ReplyThe service was amazing.
The staff was great and friendly. The set up super nice. Everyone faces the kitchen. Same set up as the tv show. Ok, now the food, I would have to say it's nothing special. I can't say it's the best I ever had. It was very average. The prices are crazy. I don't believe it worth the price. It's one I been to, check off and probably would not go back. If they lower there price I would reconsider. It's just too expensive and not worth it.
Be the first to ReplyHad dinner for our anniversary here last night.
We had dinner at Gordon Ramsey Hell Kitchen in Vegas a few years ago. Great food and experience so we had high expectations. My wife had Seared Foie Gras which was small but very good. I had the oysters small but very tasty. I also had the Caesar salad mostly the tough parts and the dressing tasted like it was from a bottle. We both had the Beef Wellington very dry and not much taste. They had no Latte or Cappuccino. They give us a half glass of champagne each for our anniversary. When our waitress asked how everything was we told her and she just walked away. We did have a bottle of wine Syrah Grenache petite Syrah Blend. One of the best bottles of red wine.
Be the first to ReplyCame here with two other couples for a nice dinner out.
We knew it would be expensive, that's just something you figure when going to a Gordon Ramsey restaurant. We started out with a very large seafood tower. Everything was good on it, but I would have kept off the mussels since they aren't really that good, cold. We got the lobster risotto which was very good. I got the beef Wellington and was honestly underwhelmed by it. It was a bit over cooked (once you cut into it) and wasn't crazy flavorful. The star of the show was the Gouda mac and cheese - VERY good. I wish I just got that as an entree. It was a nice atmosphere, but not sure I'd come back. Kind of a one and done type place.
Be the first to ReplyI would let Gordon Ramsay call me an idiot sandwich to eat
I would let Gordon Ramsay call me an idiot sandwich to eat at Hell's Kitchen again. Let's start off with the ambiance. There was a bar on the casino floor and the full restaurant downstairs. You are greeted by all the competitors from the show on the wall, which I thought was a nice touch. I was obsessed with the red and blue kitchens - if you've watched the show, you'd get it and reruns of past winners playing on TV. Now, what you've all been waiting for, the food. We started off with the iconic seafood tower special and y'all the lobster was to die for, the burrata was creamy and the scallops, omg i could eat these everyday. For entree's we had to try the legendary beef wellington, and while it wasn't my fave, it was cooked PERFECTLY - something most show contestants couldn't achieve. The lamb chops and lobster risotto tasted as though they were prepared by gordon himself. Lastly the freaking dessert, I'd like to inform you all that sticky toffee pudding and I are now in a committed relationship. And the coconut 3 ways will change how you think about coconut. The staff was incredibly nice and super knowledgeable. As a huge fan of the show this was one of my favorite dining experiences to date and I can guarantee you we will be back.

I wish I could give this more than five stars it was that amazing! The food was ridiculously good and our waiter Blaise was super attentive and friendly. It was PACKED for a Monday night on off season but we didn't wait long for anything. The ambience was very upscale and modern. I highly recommend the sticky toffee pudding. It is definitely worth the hype probably my favorite thing out of everything we ordered.
Be the first to ReplyHigh expectations and very disappointing.
Filet was overcooked and short rib was more like a mediocre pot roast. Ate at the bar because they couldn't find our reservation. Bartender was very good. Cool vibe at bar but very loud
Be the first to ReplyMy boyfriend and I are big fans of the show and always
My boyfriend and I are big fans of the show and always wanted to have a chance to try the classics that we see all the time on there. When we found out they opened a restaurant modeled after the kitchen on the show, we had to come. It's inside the Caesars hotel. From the moment you get there, they set the Hell's Kitchen mood. The hostesses, servers, and everyone that works there really makes it their mission to make sure you're having a good time. They check in on you often, give recommendations and have a friendly demeanor. The food was great! We had the seared scallops and lobster risotto for appetizers, the lamb and beef Wellington for entrees and the Mac and cheese as a side to share. I also received a complimentary dessert since I was celebrating my birthday! We got margaritas for drinks which were tasty but not very strong. Other than that everything was delicious and just as we had imagined from watching Hell's Kitchen. I hope to be able to come back one day and try different menu items.
