Hate leaving bad reviews but I feel like they ignored me while fully staffed I called while sitting at the bar and asked if it was open and they still didn't come over

I love Hasaki Grill! I live nearby so I usually get it a couple times a week. The staff are always friendly and the food is always great. The sauce they give you with your food is delicious. They remodeled recently and the new bar is great as well. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone!! Best in Charlotte.
Food is great, but ordering, paying is congested.
The remodel is nice but the flow of traffic is still the same or worse. You basically have to step into a small closet to get your drink.
No refunds? Really?
My friends and I wanted to try this new place, sadly we didn’t have enough money for what we wanted and we found out after we ordered. Turns out, no refunds. And I had to deal with a rude worker when we called, she kept dismissing what I said and denied our refund entirely. That sucked.
Friendly staff and very attentive.
Lots of different sushi options. Habachi was great as well. Very affordable and large size portions.

When you sell a reservation that has a prepaid fee AT takes a commission on that fee. This doesn’t really make sense because it’s an expense the seller incurs not part of the profit that is shared.
For example:
Carbone NYC fee to book table for 2 is $108.88
If you sell it for $200 on AT you get $140 from them.
Your net profit is $31 and AT collects $60 in fees.
It would make more sense not to charge commission on the upfront fee as this creates a disincentive and results in higher costs for buyers.

Agreed. Ultimately not addressing this month after month is clearly resulting in a drop in certain venue’s rankings & sales.
