Holsteins Las Vegas Reviews from The Last Year

Stopped in after walking all the way down the strip on the way back up the strip. Sat at the bar. Service was excellent. My berry drink was delicious. Wife's rum and diet was nice too. Also got a gin and tonic to go. We only got appetizers as this was an afternoon snack. Philly egg rolls were well seasoned and juicy and tender. Wish it had more cheese dipping sauce. Brussel sprouts were wonderful- if they cut them just a little smaller they would be perfect! Pricey and the music was but it's in the Cosmo so that's expected. The burger, parm fries and s'mores milkshake that came out to the lady sitting next to us looked amazing! They will be what we order next time.

I first ate here in June of 2011 and Holsteins was fantastic back then. My then gf and I came back from that trip raving to our friends about the Cosmopolitan and Holsteins. I ate here again in a few weeks ago in April and was massively disappointed with both the burger and the fries. The quality of meat on the burger just wasn't great and the bun wasn't very fresh. The Parmesan garlic aioli was extremely salty to the point of being barely edible. The shake was very good and the waitress was on point. I didn't have the heart to complain, this place just isn't what it was. The pricing is similar which should tell you what you need to know about what has gradually happened to the quality of the ingredients over the years. I think the economics of this concept just no longer work, you can't build a trendy burger place around $35-40 burgers with $20 shakes. Makes sense why they're closing for good in July but I'll always think fondly on my original experience here when the Cosmopolitan was brand new...
Ate there last week at close to closing time.
Ordered a burger with everything on the side. When the burger was brought to us, I said to the waitress, that is an very small burger. And she said" everyone always says how big our burgers are" All I can say not worth $20.00 and looks nothing like the pics. Would love to get the corporate phone number.
I came across this place while browsing around the Cosmo
I came across this place while browsing around the Cosmo for lunch and it did not disappoint! My group and I were really hungry and luckily this place did not have a long wait like some of the others did. From the outside, the restaurant didn't look that that big but it was quite spacious once you enter. My group had our luggage with us but the host was kind enough to hold them for us while we ate. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. It didn't take long for us to get our order in but it did take a while for the food to come out. To be fair, the place was pretty packed inside. My table ordered a variety of burgers and sides. I got The Classic and it was so juicy and delicious. It was huge and definitely filled me up. I also got a side of the house salad which came with a nice tangy vinaigrette dressing. The Mac n Cheese was very creamy and the bread crumbs were a nice touch of texture. The garlic parmesan fries are a must have if you are a garlic lover! Very savory and full of flavor. If you are ever on the strip, I would definitely recommend checking this place out! The prices are pretty fair for what you can find on the strip and the portions are generous.

The hamburger is good and the philly egg rolls are good as well....but the service is terrible . it's very loud .
Came to grab some dinner before a show.
It was busy so we waited about 10 minutes before being seated. The hostess was very polite. Our server, Tori was very sweet and never let our drinks empty. Live when that happens. Now for the food. My friend had the Gold Standard and I had the BBQ Green Chile burger. To be honest, but were just, eh. Nothing special about either burger. I ordered mine medium, but it came out almost well done and it was quite dry. We ordered extra crispy fries and they tasted like they came out from under a heat lamp after sitting there for an hour. We debated going to Shake Shack, but decided against it since were already at the Cosmo and didn't want to be late to our show. Convenience, you know, but we fully wish we went there instead because we would have enjoyed our meal a lot more, for a lot less. Overall, not worth the price for a burger and fries. Service was wonderful though.
Delicious burgers - Frankly wouldn't say they were wow.
To me a burger is a burger. Anywhere you go it's pretty much the same especially when you are a vegetarian like me. Not a fan of the fries too, found them very oily. The reason for the 5 stars is the milkshake. The Oreo milkshake in particular is massive and is topped with an actual ice cream sandwich. Totally drool This place would be a super hit with kids.
We stopped in for Lunch on a Saturday, it was a great
We stopped in for Lunch on a Saturday, it was a great decision. They were busy but we were able to be seated almost immediately and the service time for food and drinks was reasonably short. The waiter was one of the most professional gentlemen I have been served by. He was pleasant to deal with and the food and drinks arrived in a timely manner. He was moving at the fastest walk I'd seen, still a walk but just barely, so any delays I could confidently say were just volume of business. There was a small hiccup with a fries vs onion rings. They brought out the wrong thing, but the waiter saw the error before I mentioned it and brought out the rings with virtually no wait. Fast enough that I will still call it perfect AND even talk about it as a positive: they handle errors in a top-notch way. Okay now the important part Taste: perfect. I had the "The Burger." It was one of the best tasting and most impressively designed burgers I have ever had. The avocado was tempura fried, which I thought was just a gimmick at first, but as I ate it I saw the brilliance. The tempura batter keeps the avocado in place rather than sliding all over and out of the burger. I you like avocado on your burger you know what I am talking about. As far as layout and design of the restaurant, it was good for what it was. I liked that it had both normal and lounge seating. The place was fairly noisy, but with how crowded it was that was to be expected. The music and/or the staff were not the source of the noise. Their mascot is adorable and artistically used (In a pop art sort of manner). The price was very reasonable for the food and service we received. Overall, If you are looking for a great casual dining burger experience, you cannot go wrong with Holsteins. I actually found it more memorable than some of the fine dining we paid for the rest of our Vegas weekend. For Pictures see my wife's review, Trish S.
The absolute best burger I've ever had.
Hands down! I had the Gold Standard burger and I am already craving it again. My husband had "The Burger" and he loved it. Service was great. Food was phenomenal. I highly recommend this place.
I ate the veggie burger and had the snickers shake.
Delicious!! They even offer a kids menu. My kids ate the mini burgers and colored. They were entertained and I could eat. That's a win in my book! We sat fast and had great service!

That's what AT sponsorships are for - and you are only paying 25% in the first year and then less in year two and three.
I beliebe @EternalAnt36 was sponsored by @PerceptiveWash44 and is now doing $25k/mo.
You can write on the top sellers profiles (type 'Top 10' in the searchbar) and then tap request sponsorship button after you found the guy or gal like to work with!
