Great Hospitality
I'm delighted to extend my gratitude to Staff member Wati for her exceptional kindness and helpfulness in assisting me with signing up for the newsletter. Adequate Stay with Clean Rooms
It was an adequate experience. The room was small but very clean, which served my purpose well for a short stay. The hotel met my basic needs, though it lacked some of the comfort and amenities I might have hoped for. Overall, it's a decent option for a brief visit if cleanliness and practicality are your main priorities.
Good hotel with a good view.
So on my recent visit to Singapore after landing in the country at 7:40am we reached the hotel and found that our check in time was at 2pm but got an early check in and free room upgrade by Ms. Wati. She is very kind and as I explained my situation to her she gave us her valuable assistance. Also the room that was allotted to us is amazing with a good city view.
Great location of the hotel
Felicia was wonderful in sorting out a different room for us as the one we chose seamed a little small. Hotel is walking distance from Sultan mosque and Arab street. Big bus tours for red router is 5mins Walk to the but stop. Recommend to buy tickets online as buying tickets of the bus is more expensive.

I was served by Noor and he provided us a very good experience. Noor is a nice guy and very humble, he gave us the seamless check-in and check-out and explained which lobby and where are the facilities in the hotel. We will be a return customers.

The hotel stay was very comfortable. The reception staff, housekeeping and restaurant staff was very hospitable and cooperative. The food at the restaurant salt n pepper was great. The cleanliness was spot on. The amenities the pool and ironing was good.
Good stay in Singapore
A good hotel with appropriate amenities. At the center of the city. Hence, traveling and tourism is easy. Shopping is also good as some places are very near. The service is good. The food on the fourth floor is great. The rooms are clean and tidy. Breakfast has a variety.

Good hotel
We were welcomed with a smile and an early check in by Mr. Zeff Lim at the reception. We had a wonderful time in Singapore and the location was convenient to travel around Singapore. The bed was small for a family of three but we adjusted. However a king size bed would be ideal for a family of three.

We check in at 6pm and get best experience from front office Amirul who was very kind, he gave the besy service by upgrading our room
Wonderful front desk staff
We arrived early and Jeremy was very helpful and able to put us into a room early! It was so wonderful as I had a long flight beforehand. The room was nice and bed is comfortable. Checking in was very easy and the hotel is in a nice location. The views from our room are lovely!

Nice hotel for it's price. Room is well presented, clean and AC works well in the hot Singapore weather. Appreciate Ms Sabhitha's assistance at check in which was smooth n prompt. Lovely experience indeed...served in a most relaxed atmosphere. Most pleasant thanks to this team member.
GREAT STAY, WILL COME BACK
Amazing hotel, was able to check in immediately, great staff especially Mr. AMIRUL on front desk., The hotel is clean and very near to bugis and mrt/bus stations, food place and one ride away to downtown, also nearby to 24/7 convenient store.
Boss Hotel is good.
Staff response is good. Breakfast is not very good and the restaurant is too small, so the waiting time is too long, so the meal time is inevitable. There are no seats at the restaurant, so some people eat while standing. However, staff response is good, early check-in, even the room was upgraded with a city view, and even the pool towels are plentiful. Although the room is very small, I only used it for sleeping because I was traveling anyway, so the size of the room doesn't mean much to me. It would be better to not add breakfast and eat it at a nearby restaurant. It is within walking distance of Haji Lane, the swimming pool is not bad for this price, and luggage can be stored without time restrictions after check-out.
Noisy and tiny
The hotel is in a good location. Unfortunately it is super noisy on the corridor with guests talking loudly. I have an early flight and despite complaining to the reception, no action is taken. Room is tiny and this is not a hotel for relaxation.
The best service
Their Service is very good. Specially Mr. Farhan Johanis. Room is very clean & also the view is amazing. As per the price this the best deal I think so. We will stay for 2 nights. Hope for the best. Also MRT is very near from boss hotel. It was walking distance.
Relax
The view from the room is great and the staff are very friendly especially Ms. Dian from the counter. She assist us with all the registrations and given us great recommendations. The hotel facilities are great too. Recommend friends to try out

I am a frequent guest at this hotel..Front desk Roja was soo soo helpful..she really made my day...so friendly and answered all the questions that i asked..she really went above and beyond to check me in...Thank you Ms.Roja This hotel location is gret and the view on the higher floors are amazing..
Good stay
My check in was served by Dian, she is being helpful and fulfilled my need. My check in spend time is very short. Overall has a good stay, with clean and bright room with modern design. Besides the hotel location is strategic is just few mins walk from Lavender mrt.
Hotel boss value for money.
We got the family room. Good price for a family room and very good location. The only downside is the room space is abit squeezy for movement. But thank fully there was the balcony for some space and movement. Overall was good and location is a win!

If you are going to Singapore book Hotel Boss and look for FAIZAL! He made our Singapore trip so much better, he was very helpful and very kind; from helping us with our luggage during check in up to booking our Grab ride to the airport going home. 😍
Excellent customer service
Our first time staying in this hotel. The price is reasonable,, the facilities are very good.The service and friendliness of the staff are exceptional, especially Dian and Ana at the reception desk. Very recommended to stay here and definitely ill be back to stay here again
Kudos to Ms Roja, I got an early check in with high floor
The service at the counter by Ms Roja is excellent, fast , efficient, polite with smiles. The room is clean and pillow is soft and comfortable. WIFI is connectivity is good, TV programs is excellent. The bathroom is clean to my expectation. The city view is great .

Ms. Vasanthi was very helpful to me when I asked for her help. She quickly assisted me and made my stay very comfortable. She is very friendly and has excellent customer service. My experience at Hotel Boss was a really good one. I'm happy I chose this hotel for my Singapore vacation.

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered? |
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
Unsold listings bug?
Idk if this is related to the unsold listing % rule but I have listed 6 reservations and sold 5 of them and my unsold listing percentage is ~45%. For some reason the unsold listings have not been converted into sold ones. Does this happen only after the payment is released following the booking or is it an issue that needs to be addressed?

Forget trying to snipe reservations online by waking up early and booking top restaurants at Carbone or Tatiana or Cote or 4Charles. After 2.5 months of booking reservations by setting up alarms, waking up early to sell appointments. It’s very hard to cash out on this app. During cash out, you have to pay $5 fee +3% transactions fee and max payout per day is $150.
Advice to new users:
- do not mass book reservations
- fill bids only
- don’t try to book reservations online, you need connections and call the restaurant
After putting in about 40 hours of work, I’ve made about $750 sale on this platform but gotten paid $0. Take this with a grain of salt.

Has anyone found a way to get a question answered? From what I can tell there is no way to get in touch with anyone that works at/for AT. Other than the occasional admin posting a consultation offer here and there they are non existent. A lot of people have the same issue I have where we cannot cash out earnings. I cannot get my warning medal removed even though I am under the threshold. Sad to say but seems like AT is holding up everyone’s funds currently. I accepted a bid for a popular restaurant in Los Angeles only to receive a phone call shortly thereafter informing me that the reservation had been canceled due to it being listed on AT. I of course need to subsequently cancel the reservation on AT but get this warning that my status will be negatively affected for doing so. I have a prepaid reservation, but I'm allowed to transfer that reservation to others for a price that I set (up to the total price I paid).
For selling POSTPAID reservations, do I charge the buyer the full amount of the reservation when transferring? And then the buyer pays something on top of that (which is what is listed in the AppointmentTrader listing?)
Major Issue for Seller
My money is being held hostage! Can you please remove my refund medal as I am below the 11% threshold and should be able to withdraw my full daily amount now? I have been teying for a long time to get a reply on this. Major issue for people looking to do good/right like you ask and make positive sales. Being able to access earned revenue is critical and not getting any reply is very concerning for your sellers. Lot of other people having the same issue. Once below the threshold you should auto remove the warning medals.
