Restaurant is now named “Indus Malabar”
To start with, the restaurant now has a new name, the “Indus Malabar”.
I was invited here by a friend, and very happy about that! Very friendly welcome, and great food. I chose the lamb saagwala (lamb with spinach, fresh coriander and Indian spices of course) and it was great: spicy, but very balanced flavours, with soft and succulent lamb. The portion was just right; generous but not too much (I would have over-eaten myself, if it had been more, because it was too good…). We ordered two different naan breads (garlic and kheema), both were very good, and the portions were generous. I stole some of my friends’ Rogan Josh… that will be my choice next time. Because I will definitely come back here! I’m glad I live nearby… but I would drive to Zaventem if I lived in the center of Brussels, for a great Indian dinner!
Friendly and good food
Very good food and waiter friendly and with good advice, only thing is dessert sweet like in india which is not really my style. Try the fresh made ginger drink !!

What a great chef
Chefs and waiters always change in this restaurant. I already wrote some good reviews but now this place really has an amazing chef. All dishes were very good. He also served bindi badji 😇The former chef claimed he could not buy them while They sell it on the market in town. The former waiter was not too pleasant either. This team is very good again. Wonderfull chef and a very helpfull waiter. Keep on the very good vibes
Horrible maitre d’, average
Horrible maitre d’, average food and if you’re lucky they might get your order right. My recommendation is avoid.

Overpriced dishes.
You have to pay extra for a small amount of rice with the chicken for 3€.
Even drinks are too expensive.
A small cola at 3,50€.
Nice food and a good meal
Visited with a friend from work. Had onion pakoras, a prawn madras and a lamb dhansak to share with rice and roti. Dishes were fresh and lamb was nicely tender. Would happily go back.
