No more with this place.
My what three years can do to a place. This place used to have the best manager. She was on it. Now they are bad bad bad. Throughout several mobile orders they have messed up. Ordered the small wraps and get there to pick them up only to be told they have been discontinued. No they haven't, they are on 5e menu. Well this store doesn't offer them any longer. Ok well we paid for them so now what. Chicken littles for the rescue however they made them both the same instead of as ordered. Ordered the mashed potato bowl and there was maybe five grains of corn and two chicken nuggies. Pathetic. Ordered again and got there to be told hey we're out of spicy chicken. Ugh. Ordered again, they forgot the fries and argued that they weren't ordered. Pointed at the receipt that showed fries for her to huff off and slam the fries in my hands. Cigarettes fell out of the back pocket of the other employee just to sit there on the floor in the kitchen. I will not give them any more money. Constant flubs and not having what was ordered. I am out.

Let's start with the fact that you don't empower your managers or customer service reps to be able to make things right for an unhappy customer. Before ordering from my local KFC in Dunedin, FL, I checked their hours of operation. Online info said they close at 10pm. I checked because my son got off work at 9pm from a nearby retailer, and I thought it would be easy enough to swing through and pick up some food on my way to pick him up from work. He usually rides his bike, but it was pouring all day so I drove him. I placed an order online with the intention that 1) the food would be available - none of this "Oh, we're out of fries/nuggets/biscuits", and that 2) it would be freshly made and hot. Well, my first mistake was ordering from KFC. The food, when we got it home, was inedible. The nuggets were dark brown, dry, and hard enough to break a window. The secret recipe fries? Nope. We got mashed potatoes with gravy instead. Yes, I ordered the fries because they're actually good, and since you got rid of popcorn chicken, the fries are our favorite thing on your menu. Unfortunately, we didn't get those. The sauce cups that were supposed to be included? Nope. Didn't get those either. I called the store twice, and no one picked up. I was livid so, in a nasty downpour, I drove back to the store with the food because it wasn't yet 10pm, and I thought I would be able to walk in, give the food back, and get my refund. You know, like you can do at any other store or restaurant in the United States. But guess what... the store closes at 9pm, not 10pm. How is it possible that a national corporation owned by a Fortune 500 company can't get their website right? I had to pound on the window and door like a lunatic to get someone over. Finally got the manager to the door. He was, by the way, the person who didn't check my order before giving it to me earlier. More likely he did check but didn't care. He informed me that he wasn't able to give a refund, and I had to call the 800 number. I asked him how he, as the manager, could let food of such poor quality go out the window, and the only thing he said, "Uh huh." He should be fired. I dumped the bag of food and two drinks in his hands because I was not going to put that garbage in my or my son's body. I called the 800 number and 20 minutes later, after answering way too many questions about the food and the service, after being put on hold 3 times, I was informed the only thing the customer service rep could do was create an incident report and send it to leadership to investigate whether or not I should receive a $21 refund. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? This corporation is willing to lose customers over $21. I have been a regional trainer for Hilton. The corporation, not one of the franchise hotels. I've been a manager at Hilton, Little Caesar's (when I was 19, by the way), and have been self-employed for two decades. Never have I experienced (or even heard of) such a terrible "the customer is always wrong" policy. Now I have to wait for someone in "leadership" to read the report, investigate, and determine if I'm entitled to my $21 refund. Utterly ridiculous. You should be ashamed of yourselves for putting a customer through this. Frankly, I should receive a full refund plus another $100 for the time expended dealing with your corporations terrible policies, awful food, and uncaring manager. The only person in any of this debacle who deserves an ounce of praise is the customer service rep who kept her cool while I vented at her on the phone. She deserves to work for a company that actually cares about their product, their staff, and their customers. Unfortunately, that company isn't KFC.

We avoided this location for years due to terrible service. Recently I saw they had tenders so I decided to order on the app & pick it up. The tenders are awesome! The nuggets are also pretty good. The mashed potatoes are instant but with their gravy, that's what I go back for. The Mac n cheese is usually dry & tasteless. Sadly they have gotten rid of their baked beans. They used to be really good. They've also gotten rid of the wedges. I unfortunately found this out when I decided to go trough the drive thru for a quick lunch. I ordered a 5 tender combo. Those fries were NASTY!! Soaked in grease & not even edible. The guy gave me sweet tea, I ordered unsweet. I also received no sauces, even though my receipt says 2 were in the bag. I received no biscuits, although my receipt says biscuits were included. no honey, no napkins, no straw... however, if I would of ordered ahead of time, maybe it would of been right? Idk? Maybe the guy in the drive thru was just lazy? It's very possible. He spoke so slowly... kinda like that cartoon sloth. So I paid $10 for 5 tenders... that was a ripoff! Nothing else was edible. It sure doesn't compare to the kfc in Jamaica... just wow! Anyways, I will say if you really want KFC, order on the app & pic it up. I don't think the drive thru staff care at all about service. They can't even put napkins in a bag. I honestly do recommend their tenders & mashed potatoes with gravy. I just suggest you order from another location or pre order & hope a manager double checks it before you arrive.

All I can say is this place is a DUMP and is the worst KFC I have EVER been to. The food is ALLWAS old and the tables and bathrooms are DISGUSTING! I am not sure if this is a franchise ort owned by KFC Corporate but this is the worst example of a fast food restaurant I have ever seen. It is time to take a wrecking ball to this place and open a Chick Fil A or a Popeyes chicken. KFC needs to look at these reviews and pull their head out of their A*s and do something because this location reflects very very negatively on their name.

Very poor food! We stopped going there over a year ago, when our chicken was saturated in fat and obviously re-fried! You know, the meat is like leather and the fries were see through fat containers! Then, the food has a repulsive smell, I found out from an employee that they don't change the oil in the fryer when they should! He said they use it for about 2 months before changing! The foods in our box lacked flavor, were hard as rocks, saturated in oil and frankly I would hate to see tge kitchen, but I may have an inspector surprise them! Please don't eat there, there are plenty of chicken restaurants in Dunedin.

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.
