Kizuki Ramen & Izakaya Bellevue Reviews from The Last Year
My first time here in this location.
I love the vibe. The staff are warm & welcoming. Garlic tonkatsu & takoyaki are super yummy!! Very flavorful. We'll definitely come back here,
Always awesome service .
Very clean establishment. The prices is awesome and the staff is very friendly and professional
I've ordered their ramen twice and I love to customize it
I've ordered their ramen twice and I love to customize it with kale noodles. For a vegetarian ramen, I like this more than Danbo. Some of their toppings come with the bowl. I usually get their bamboo shoots and tofu for toppings. They have bean sprouts and wood ear mushrooms in it already and it comes with a spicy sauce. My husband usually goes for their spicy tonkotsu and enjoys that!
In terms of ramen, it's ten stars.
You can always expect it to be prepared the same way every time. I always get the spicy ramen with low sodium, although I can't really tell the difference in the sodium level compared to the regular. The service is another story. They greet you enthusiastically, but that's where it ends. Once they take your order, you won't see or hear from them until your food arrives. We've visited the restaurant many times, and it's always the same. They never refill the water unless you ask, and the only time they check in is when it's time to settle the bill. Despite this, expecting a 20% tip seems unreasonable. Nothing much to note on the ambience, it's a ramen spot.

We've been to the Kizuki location in the mall but it was our first time at this one! We both ordered the garlic tonkatsu ramen and we loved it. Definitely ask for a side of chili paste if you're looking for spice! The broth was incredible and packed with so much flavor - I love how you can get a lower sodium version. The noodles were also perfectly cooked. The service was very slow. It took awhile for someone to come by to take our order despite the fact that it wasn't busy. Our food came out very quickly, however, it also took a long time for our server to come by to give us our bill. We were there for close to an hour and ate our food within 10 minutes so ~30-40ish minutes of waiting. The ambiance is nice and casual. The tables are pretty cramped together but there's a good amount of seating. I'll be back because the ramen is so good here! I would definitely give this place 5 stars if the service was better - hopefully it is next time around!

We love the ramen there and my go to is the garlic tonkotsu ramen and gyoza. I do enjoy the karaage chicken salad and the dressing is yummylicious. The chicken is flavorful and crispy - just right!! Thinking about it makes me want to go there now.

- good service, disappointing tendon - I haven't been here for a while, but I had their ten don (tempura rice bowl) last time and was really loving it (I know it's a ramen place but I just can't help it!!!). I happened to be here around lunch time, and sir hubby wanna eat ramen so we ate here. It was quite empty around 11:30, only about 4 or 5 groups of guests including us. They have a new drink menu but I rarely allow drink calories to get on my body (unless it's bubble tea ). Hubby ordered a garlic tonkotsu ramen, less sodium with firm noodles. I got the tendon that I've been craving for. We also ordered the agedashi tofu as usual. Since the business is slow, we got our food within 5 minutes. His ramen is good, but I'm not a big fan of the broth (I thought it's too garlicky). The tofu is pretty standard, but not as crispy as usual. My tendon looks amazing, but the veggies were much thinner than before, which makes them way too salty. The only vegetable that's slightly thicker, the squash, was just right. However, the pumpkin, eggplant, and the yam were all super saucy... I think the change was due to inflation, so they have to decrease the cost of food from places you can't see (hence thinner veggie slices for the tempura). It's a shame since I used to love the tendon here, but not anymore starting from today. On the side note, the service was great during lunch time. [ Update 5/1/24] I saw the business response, and I appreciate their fast resonse. However, I was quite confused since I mentioned "thinner" as the cut of the veggies were thinner, and that has nothing to do with the size of the veggies (it's like I'm talking about the x axis and she's talking about the y axis...). Like I meant while last time it was 1.5cm thickness, but this time is only like .7cm if that makes any sense. And yes, that would matter if any vegetable is thinner than 1.5cm thickness, but I haven't seen one (at least not for a regular sized eggplant, squash, or pumpkin). It would make more sense if she mentioned variation among employees or something, which is more likely to be the cause of difference than the actual sizes of the veggies... It's also interesting since she brought up the freshness of the veggies, which is something you can't taste with fried food, not to mention it's soaked in sauce... But honestly, it's been a year since I was here last time so I doubt nothing changed, or maybe they just lack consistency, which is possible too. I appreciate them explaining things from their end, but I don't think this changes anything... I guess I did learn that I can ask for the sauce on the side though
I'm tired of always having to trek to Cap Hill for decent
I'm tired of always having to trek to Cap Hill for decent ramen, so I started looking at options on the Eastside. I feel like Kizuki is fairly well-regarded, but unfortunately, I'd say my experience was mediocre (maybe even slightly below). The pricing is average, but I wasn't particularly impressed with their noodles or toppings on the whole. Probably won't be back, especially considering there's usually a wait. Garlic Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen (3/5): This was the most okay ramen I've had in a long time. The broth is super heavy and was probably the best part. Chashu was dry and kinda flavorless. Noodles were better than in the Yuzu Shio, but nothing to write home about.. Yuzu Shio Ramen (3/5): I actually really loved the the broth - it's super light, a little sour, and nothing like any ramen broth I've ever had. Unfortunately, everything else was a let down. The gai lan is an odd choice for a ramen topping and it's bitter flavor really affects the delicate broth the more you eat. They also for some reason use a thinner ramen noodle that were cooked a bit too long and just didn't have any bite to them. Pork Chashu Don (1.75/5): Oh man the pork was soooo dry. It was really quite sad. There wasn't even that much like sauce / fat in the rice, which is typically my favorite part of this. Do not ever get this.
Ramen restaurents in Seattle exploded in the 2000's with
Ramen restaurents in Seattle exploded in the 2000's with the influx of brands promising ramen as authentically Japanese as possible. Kizuki is one of them, and they deliver. The menu features different varities of broth, from pork to chicken and even vegeterian. There are also rice bowls, salads, and side dishes like gyoza and chicken kaarage. Expect to wait if you go during peak meal times. However once seated service is friendly, efficient, and fast. Most of all the ramen is hot & delicious, and quality is consistient. Kizuki is never a bad choice for a satifying bowl of noodles.

We enjoy dining here, particularly my teen daughter who always loves to order the Karaage salad. There was no wait on Tuesday night so we were seated right away. Tonight I tried the Japanese curry with karaage and rice. Both were very good and it is very filling. My husband had the chicken shio ramen. Any ramen can be ordered regular or low sodium. There were 2 waitresses tonight. Both served us but we did have to get their attention a couple times for requests. We enjoy their karaage very much because it is crispy, well seasoned and each piece is quite large. Parking spaces can be tight but are plentiful if you are willing to walk.

Ordered takoyaki, chicken karaage and garlic tonkatsu w pork belly. Not bad. The host made a genuine effort to seat our party of 7 as soon as possible.
The shoyu ramen here was top teir, would order again.
The staff here were friendly and had free green tea. The atmosphere herer ereminded me of japan. would recommend
Service is great.
I've been here a few times and the staff are always so attentive and friendly. I'm not the biggest fan of ramen so don't take my word for this but I think the ramen is alright.

Got there at 8pm and there was no wait!! The pork was perfectly cooked as well as the soft boiled egg. Takoyaki had a great crunchy outside and soft inside and seasoned with a good amount of sauce/bonito flakes. Was surprised the spicy ramen was actually super spicy even tho we ordered mild. Lots of tables and bar seating available.

Need to cancel a bid, not getting a response… how do I do it? |
Click on "Take off the Market Option" in your portfolio
Working on your bid? |
Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.
Process after bid is accepted. |
Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.
Where do the Reservations on AppointmentTrader come from? |
Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered? |
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.

Give the best answerUnsold listings bug?
Idk if this is related to the unsold listing % rule but I have listed 6 reservations and sold 5 of them and my unsold listing percentage is ~45%. For some reason the unsold listings have not been converted into sold ones. Does this happen only after the payment is released following the booking or is it an issue that needs to be addressed?

Give the best answerHonest review of AT and advice to new joiners
Forget trying to snipe reservations online by waking up early and booking top restaurants at Carbone or Tatiana or Cote or 4Charles. After 2.5 months of booking reservations by setting up alarms, waking up early to sell appointments. It’s very hard to cash out on this app. During cash out, you have to pay $5 fee +3% transactions fee and max payout per day is $150.
Advice to new users:
- do not mass book reservations
- fill bids only
- don’t try to book reservations online, you need connections and call the restaurant
After putting in about 40 hours of work, I’ve made about $750 sale on this platform but gotten paid $0. Take this with a grain of salt.
Fraud
I believe this site to be a fraud. I paid $158 to get a reservation. Now they want my SS # and other private details in order to supposedly repay me.

Hello All,
I don’t know what else to do as I can’t transfer my cleared funds to my bank account. Customer support is close to non existing and not helpful. How can we keep selling here if we can’t withdraw what we have worked for. They say I have to wait 180 days. This is ridiculous!

Give the best answerPayout limits? Have 1k…
Am confused about the payout restrictions. Have nearly $1k sitting, wanted to withdraw some and am surprised to see I can only withdraw $50. If i have to do this everyday I’ll end up paying over $90 in fees just for withdrawing via ACH which doesn’t make much sense to me. Have opened a ticket regarding this, but any input or advice would be appreciated

Has anyone found a way to get a question answered? From what I can tell there is no way to get in touch with anyone that works at/for AT. Other than the occasional admin posting a consultation offer here and there they are non existent. A lot of people have the same issue I have where we cannot cash out earnings. I cannot get my warning medal removed even though I am under the threshold. Sad to say but seems like AT is holding up everyone’s funds currently. Very scary and makes me wonder….Please reply if you read this admins and can help. Tried every way possible to get in touch

Give the best answerRestaurant Bought/Canceled Their Own Reservation
I accepted a bid for a popular restaurant in Los Angeles only to receive a phone call shortly thereafter informing me that the reservation had been canceled due to it being listed on AT. I of course need to subsequently cancel the reservation on AT but get this warning that my status will be negatively affected for doing so. I've reached out to customer support about this several times with no response, not sure what to do in this station. Hoping someone can advise.
