Simply perfect.
Simply perfect. Nice place, with vintage notes that makes it warm and welcoming. The owner has proven to be very professional but at the same time has the right informality to establish the climate of conviviality that a dinner requires and put the customer at ease. Exceptional culinary experience in all its courses and sensorial nuances of aromas and flavors. A cellar with few equals for quality and variety, certainly capable of satisfying every kind of palate. I hope in the future a tasting menu that also includes a pairing of already selected wines. Note of merit to the chef o!tre who for the cuisine for the humility... not all the star holders at the end of the dinner come to ask if they liked it. Location with attention to the smallest details that provides a skilful screen to the outside. Excellent care for the dishes and attention to experimentation, always appreciated. The service in the room is also excellent, never intrusive and always courteous and attentive. It is an experience, to be considered much more than a simple lunch. You are accompanied on a journey towards new tastes and refined perceptions. Contact with the chef is the final suggestion that leads into his world.
Nice story
The room is tastefully furnished and leaves a nice feeling of freedom. The girls in the dining room were excellent and served us with courtesy and the right professionalism without ever being intrusive. The red mullet wrapped in brioche bread and the rabbit liver pâté is certainly the dish I appreciated most. However, the whole thing is worth a visit. The wine list is very beautiful and rich with a choice well outside the comfort zones and therefore absolutely worth mentioning.

Driven by our curiosity and passion for cooking, we decided to take advantage of the offer reserved for under 35s for Mondays and Tuesdays in March: a mini tasting consisting of 5 courses with 3 matching glasses for 80 euros. Over the 5 courses we were pampered with a taste of focaccia and Umbrian oil, a welcome aperitif, a pre-dessert and some small pastries before coffee offered by the house; Even if I expected it, it's always nice. In an area where you wouldn't expect to find a high-quality restaurant, which perhaps makes it a little special, there is L'Acciuga. However, the decentralized area ensures easy parking, excellent for those arriving from outside like me. The place is very beautiful, with refined and modern furnishings, spaced tables and elements that give an extra twist. The kitchen is open, as is the well-stocked cellar, both elements that are also beautiful to look at. The service was what amazed me the most, attentive and always present without being intrusive, I felt a bit like I was at a friend's house and I think that's how you should feel when you go out for dinner. A special thanks to the dining room staff who made my evening very pleasant. The dishes offered to us were all up to expectations, well studied and with a lot of work behind them, all balanced, with clean and non-baroque plating that encouraged tasting without arrogance. The bread basket was good and accompanied dinner well. We were informed that the chef was not present and therefore would not be coming to the table, but his team managed the kitchen to perfection. The glasses we were served matched the flavors we encountered well. The cellar offers many labels for the more curious. I hope to return to this restaurant soon and try new cuisine creations

I opted for the offer dedicated to under 35s, valid for every Monday and Tuesday in March, which for €80, an absolutely honest price, also includes cover charge, water and coffee included, in addition to the three glasses of wine mentioned above. Eventually the chef came to the table, and we had a nice exchange. Absolutely worth trying, Imho.

Very pleasant dinner. Impeccable service without ever being intrusive. Interesting dishes with innovative and truly delicious flavours. Excellent wine list. Absolutely worth trying.

Eating in a starred restaurant is an experience that must leave you with a memory or at least something... this is anchovy! Every time it surprises you, every time you want it to last forever. For me one of the best restaurants ever! Keep it up!

I am not discussing the quality of the raw materials but the choice of combinations is, the dishes are not always palatable... it has never happened to me that I did not finish all three chosen dishes... in addition to the fact that the other diners also did not find a dish that says: I want to try again or come back!
