🤮 1/5 - Not a Michelin star restaurant - beware of getting sick here, staff don't care

Not a top restaurant - owners need to review their priorities. Selling overpriced meals of subpar quality with lousy service at the fastest possible turnover rates seems to be the name of the game now at Le Cou Cou. While my husband was sick with diarrhea in the bathroom, and I told them that my husband was also feeling nauseated, they said it was not their problem and presented me with the check, essentially asking us to leave without even a question about how my husband was doing. This coupled with the service staff that was worse than at our local diner - filling glasses of water all the way to the top so it's impossible to drink without spilling the water out, waiters reaching in front of you while eating to take away any possible unused dish, ultimately so as to speed the turnover of diners and maximize revenue. Constant questions about whether you're done with this and being ushered out of the restaurant without a single I'm sorry about the food that made you ill or are you feeling better now? Where has human decency gone in the pursuit of profit? My take is this restaurant is relying on the Chinese tourist trade to stay afloat - single visit guests who don't know any better beyond what is attractive decor. Beware.
