L'Osteria München Reviews from The Last Year
Splendid food
Splendid spot for delicious Italian food. One of the best chain establishments. The meal was amazing especially the pizza, bruschetta, pasta and tiramisu.
Pizzas were delightful
The pizzas were delightful. Everything tasted phenomenal. Excellent meal and delicious food. The appetizers and desserts were great too.
Tasty pizza
Large portions, delicious pizza and salads. But without a table reservation, we waited in line for about 30 minutes to be seated. There are only 3 waiters and 1 administrator for a huge restaurant, they couldn’t cope.
Succeeded
Very nice atmosphere and a good large pizza. The service was friendly, quick and courteous. I'd be happy to go back. Highly recommended
Was fine
As always, the food was very good; great service, lovely atmosphere! Thank you very much, we'll be happy to come back!!!!
Great interior, Atmosphere and food
I came for a visit to Munich and this place had a great positive vibe, special interior, full of guests and good food. Highy recommend
Bella Itaia in Italy's northernmost city
I was put off by the size of the restaurant, but Armin was really great and prompt in his service! Everything was perfect! Service, pizza, dessert It's really great that you can cut the giant pizzas in half and put different toppings on each half. Ten of us had a great evening!!!
Again any time
My visit to the L'Osteria restaurant in the Künstlerhaus was very satisfactory. The service (Laura) was attentive, friendly and very competent, including in her advice, and the food exceeded my expectations. The pizzas are particularly recommended, authentic and taste excellent. A pleasant atmosphere rounds off the positive experience. I'm looking forward to my next visit.
A visit is definitely worth it
The food was super delicious - the service friendly and super fast - the ambience and location of the Künstlerhaus simply perfect
Shocking service, decent food
Upon arrival the staff at reception were clearly rushed and slightly stressed. We were seated at a small table for 4 and our orders were taken. One of the drinks (draft Coca Cola) was horrible and just tasted of soda water, we mentioned to the waiter who tried it and told us it was fine? We asked for a new one anyway however it was clear that the glass was just topped up. It all went downhill after this, the starters arrived at the same time as some of the mains, which would have been fine, however the table was not big enough to accommodate 2 pizzas, 2 pizza garlic bread, 1 pasta and 1 bruschetta. After finishing our meal we were completely ignored by staff. I went to find the toilets and was ignored by a member of staff and then told “just go straight”. When I returned the finished plates were still on the table, my boyfriend and friends advised that they had tried to get someone’s attention for the bill but had been ignored. We tried to get a staff members attention for 15/20 minutes and continued to be blatantly ignored. Eventually we were able to get the bill, the waiter was so rude and just told us “goodbye”. Now I am totally understanding when a restaurant is busy that the staff can be stressed and rushed off their feet, however the 3 tables around us all had much better service than us, their plates were cleared almost immediately and they were offered a menu for desserts. Very very disappointed.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Can come from a lot of places, people who don't want to get charged their cancellation fee or people who just have them and cant go.

almost all restaurants aren't affiliated with AT and I'm guessing it's mostly people wanting to not pay cancellation fees.
