We had a great experience here.
The restaurant is nice and cozy. The Truffle Pizza was Fantastic. Best white sauce pizza I've ever had. But it comes at the steep price of โฌ50! But honestly.. when in... Paris.. I suppose it's not the time to pinch Pennies. The wine we had was great. The service was great and we had a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower. Oh! The Pesto Pasta was fantastic. And the Pasta with Vodka was Sauce was nice and spicy. Definitely recommend coming here!!

Please don't fall for this trap! This restaurant is only nice in the sense of convenience to the Lourve. I can see the potential in the cute location and graphics, but they know exactly what they are doing in terms of manipulation. My boyfriend and I made a reservation over a week ago to come after our Lourve visit. We were seated by the hot window literally squished next to two other ladies. We didn't want to gorge, so we told our waiter that we would like to order a pizza to the share (the truffle pizza, which already is a pricier food option). He stopped us right there and said every guest has to order an entree. We tacked on a pesto pasta on top of our specialty cocktails. We truly knew it would be impossible to finish two whole dishes, so we asked for a takeaway--which we understand isn't ideal in Europe because they don't like when there's an abundance of your meal left. But what else are you going to do when you have 2 huge entrees that you're paying for and sharing on top of drinks and even dessert? When we asked for the check and a takeaway box, our waiter took away our food THEN brought back our pizza without the pasta. When he came back, he asked if it were okay that he threw away our pasta. First of all, LOL. Second of all, I asked him why was that necessary when he did not mention that when he left with our plates AND forced us to order another plate. He tried to tell me "oh, it's fresh pasta, and it doesn't stay good over time, etc." --then why serve something that can't last an extra hour...not to forget, he only came by 3-4 times total. Trรฉs mal. Pas bien. Il est รฉpouvantable. He, then, insisted that we add tip because "gratuity isn't included". Beware if Ludovic is serving you near the window. He doesn't mean well.
Be the first to ReplyOk I'm giving it a 4 but it could be a 3.
Wife read about this spot and off we went. Weird entrance through the museum but there's another nicer way in. Free fall all when the doors open and we were second in line so I thought this was going to be easy. 5 or 6 table were seated before us because the other entrance is closer to the hostess desk. Get our table and waited........ for the waiter. He took our drinks and then took an order from the table next to us who sat a few minutes after us. They ate and left 30 minutes before we did. Dinner was over 2 hours. I'm assuming it's from the kitchen getting slammed by the instant opening. I ordered some mezcal special cocktail and my wife ordered a special margarita Both were delicious. Mine was excellent. We ordered the sea bass carpaccio and while we were waiting the waiter offered us the Vitello Tonnato that was a wrong order. Was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend. (Plus 1 for the waiter.)The sea bass came 20 minutes later (minus 1) and was good not as good as the veal. Mains were Fettuccini Alfredo with Truffles. Delicious. Wife had the Veal Piccata came with creamy mashed potatoes. Both delicious and recommend. So the problem was we waited 30 minutes to get the check ( minus 1) Floor manager was a little aggressive clearing our table and should smile a little. So the food was great and the atmosphere was nice, staff was meh. Oh and the crowd was all over the place , people in sweats and some decked out and some good people watching.

While visiting our daughter in Paris, who has lived there 6 years. We were treated so poorly, she booked out a week in advance. We arrived and were seated to the left of the entrance. In the sun. We asked to be seated on the right. We were told two different things. Our regular customers are seated on the right, which does have the better view and then, oh you didn't book soon enough. Basically, if you don't have copious amounts of botox, or you aren't wearing high end clothing you won't be seated to the right. We left, we have never been treated so poorly in france. I guess we all need that one rude france experience. Went off and had the best lunch somewhere else at Racines. Don't bother with this place.
Be the first to ReplyFood was very good.
Waiter was a douche. The food came out rapid fire causing three courses to go cold, he ran up the bill by giving us a market price piece of fish that could have served a family of 6 for a table of 2. He was inattentive and arrogant. There are better places to go where you will not be treated like you are a tourist and made to feel like one.

Food was amazing, service was incredible and view & ambiance were top notch! We had the zucchini flower, pistachio pasta, risotto and a delicious puff pastry desert. Everything was fantastic!
Be the first to ReplyVery delicious food and such a nice atmosphere.
Staff was pleasant considering my party and I are American. The bathrooms were very clean and the attendant was very kind. Would most definitely come back again.

We had an amazing dinner with a stunning view! Our green bean salad, ceviche and the whole fish were divine. The service was impeccable!

Amazing food and gorgeous view of the Eiffel Tower! Must get reservations or risk waiting. The truffle pasta and pizza is a must try!!

We had fried calamari, grilled octopus, truffle pizza, truffle pasta, tiramisu and millefeuille. I loved everthing! Pasta was so so but everthing else were amazing! Desserts were 10/10!
Be the first to ReplyBest pasta I've ever had.
Cooked perfectly. Seasoned perfectly. The creamy sauce was S-tier. Pizza was good but the pasta overshadowed everything.
Be the first to ReplyThe atmosphere and setting are great.
Food is okay. Service needs improvement. We ordered wine and cocktails which never showed up yet we were charged for them. Check your bill. I would go for the experience but be aware of what you'll encounter.

Upscale dining spot which, depending on your seating arrangements, offers views of the gardens and the Eiffel Tower in the distance. We had a pleasant lunch that contrasted greatly with the heavily tourist-y cafes nearby. The wait staff was kind and pleasant, and spoke impeccable English. Our lunch consisted of 2 pizzas and a salad. Everything was delicious. I would not make this a daily ritual but since we were on vacation, it felt good to splurge on a gourmet experience. Dinner at sundown must be amazing here, as we have enjoyed the sunsets on the lawn nearby. Stick around until 9pm and witness the light show on the Eiffel Tower in the distance.
Be the first to ReplyLouLou was honestly a little bit disappointing.
Before my trip to Paris, I heard so many good things from others and online. The reservation was hard to get, which got me even more excited. The view was great and it was in a beautiful location. The service was horrible. Very slow, and one of the servers actually took a few bites of food before serving it (at a different table), and they had to send it back. This is something I would never have expected from a. Restaurant of this caliber. The food was good, but not great. I had much better food at other places in Paris, and at a lower price tag. I enjoyed the pesto pasta the most, I would recommend trying that. I would recommend trying somewhere else before LouLou, not to mention it will be easier to get a table somewhere else. You can find better food and better service relatively easily in Paris.

Lovely setting and delicious meal (pistachio pesto linguini, Burrata and peaches, special fish of the evening with frites, dessert cream puffs with chocolate sauce) service was great until the server actually followed my husband out to harangue him for a tip (he had tipped already which is not always necessary in Paris but at a lovely establishment it's the right thing) the server asked for more!! BAD FORM and most likely would never had happened if we were French. Furthermore server insisted we order a dessert even though we said we didn't want one as we were quite full, (it was my birthday) so he "could have a reason to bring us out a sparkler" . But unlike in other places when there is a celebration it was not complimentary. Happy to buy myself a dessert but I didn't want one, and his insistence then charge was inappropriate. Not all foreigners are rubes, please do better.

The food was good, but the hostess was so rude it made for such a horrible experience. It was 95 degrees and it took a long time to give us water. Just an fyi if you want a view of the park and Eiffel Tower they only allow influencers there (another hostesses words not mine). Pretty disappointing since we book our table reservation weeks in advanced.
Be the first to ReplyAmazing dinner in the Tuileries.
Actually in the Louvre palace. We dined outdoors in June, with views of the Eiffel Tour, the Louvre, and gardens. Expensive top notch Italian. "Artichauts Violets" shaved raw artichokes, was delicate and my favorite dish of the two week trip. My tagliatelle poisson (fish) was perfect. The "tiramisu a partager" desert was probably the best I have ever had, cooked and served in an individual glass bowl, was too much for 3 people, could serve 6. Drinks and service and ambiance were wonderful. They have an excellent wine list. It is hard to get a table, so reserve weeks in advance or wait on a line for drop in.
Be the first to ReplyThe truffle pizza is amazingly great.
ย Great service from all the wonderful staff. ย Highly recommend. ย If booking ask for seats by the windows over looking the park.
Be the first to ReplyDon't rely on Yelp to find excellent food in Paris.
Do your own actual due diligence.LouLou... excellent restaurant near The Louvre. Might not be the most obvious location because you walk through a hall and then take an elevator to the actual restaurant. Very sophisticated vibe here. The best lamb I've ever had hands down. You'll need a reservation weeks in advance at a place like this.

Absolutely delicious food! Will definitely go again when I am back in Paris! Not only is the food amazing, but The place has a beautiful cool and chic decor. Also important to mention that the staff was really helpful with us tourists who did not speak french.
Be the first to ReplyPretty good food, but very crowded.
If you're a couple, they will squish you in next to other tables, so be prepared to be bumping elbows and shoulders and ducking etc. as the people next to you move their arms and get in and out of their chairs. Service is slow. Unless you come with a large group and you're ordering bottles, I would avoid this place.
Be the first to ReplyBest truffle pizza I've ever had.
Very posh atmosphere, fashion crowd. Great tuna tartare, beautiful location and good champagne
Be the first to ReplyBeautiful surroundings and delicious dishes.
I have never had a tomato dish so delicious. It is simply fresh tomato, olive oil and basil. The tortellini was so sumptuously rich covered with truffle. A gastronomic phenomenon.
Be the first to ReplyThis restaurant was awesome.
The food was really great. On a nice day sitting outside is sensational. Food was good but the scene was great. Make a reservation.

The location is really beautiful, with an excellent view a very short walk to the Louvre. In the summer, it can be quite hot, and they save shaded seats for reservations. We had a reservation and they were nice enough to seat us under the umbrella. The server was pleasant and spoke excellent English. Unfortunately the food was pretty lackluster. The pasta was decent at best. To be fair, maybe I should have had lower expectations for pasta in Paris. It's pretty pricey for what you get. I'm not into huge portion sizes generally, but this was a pretty sad experience. Definitely wouldn't come again for food. TLDR: come here if you want a nice (albiet expensive) place to sit. Will yourself not be hungry later.
