Luv2eat Thai Bistro Los Angeles Reviews from The Last Year
I had the crab fried rice , moo-jing, and the egg rolls.
All fire definitely going to come back !
Cute little Thai place with great soup.
Wasn't very easy to find, but was worth it. The service was great, and the food was very tasty
One of my favorite Thai restaurants in LA.
Always good food and friendly staff. Nice and clean ambiance.

Top notch Thai food for sure! It's a nice place to sit and eat at night or during lunch hour. Seating is kind of close quarters. I normally get the Crab Meat Fried Rice and I also get the Pineapple Curry w/ chicken! Beware of the spice levels here. There are spice warnings at the door. I drizzle some of my curry sauce onto my crab fried rice and I am in heaven usually!! I'm a strawberry milk lover and the pink milk is similar to strawberry milk! It's sooo good! The ladies there are really nice. I love this places Thai food so much.

Found this spot on the Michelin guide and we thought we had to check it out! On reaching there was a wait on a Monday night which validated our feelings on checking this spot out. It was an absolute hole in the wall spot. Being vegetarian we got : - Egg rolls (5/5) - Red Thai Curry (4/5) - Tom Kha Soup (3/5) - Green Eggplant Curry and Roti (5/5) - Papaya Salad (4/5) - Thai Basil Fried Rice (5/5) We chose a medium level of spice which ended up being perfect for a group that can handle really spicy food. The food was flavorful and hit the right spots for our need of wanting comfort food after a really long weekend. Caution : The portions are MASSIVE which we did not realize when ordering. The food we ordered could have been enough for 7 people instead of 3. We took away the leftovers and I guess we'll be eating Thai all week.

The food was so good! Tasted great and everything was greater than expected. On top of that, the food came out so fast, the service was above and beyond. However, nothing beats the friendliness and kindness of all the employees and Chef Pia who came towards the end. They made the experience 1000x better. First, they wanted to take their time in providing a better seating arrangement for us. The ambiance was also very nice and clean. Then, they were just super nice and friendly considering the amount of food we ordered. ON TOP OF THAT, they celebrated a coworkers birthday and offered us a slice of cake. Probably one of the top restaurants I've tried in LA. 100/10 food 1000/10 service 1000000/10 experience!

The food is amazing! Tried specialties and classic ones, all delicious, but be careful with the spicy level. Also the table is kinda small, can't put many dishes on it.
Very impressed with the food and favors.
I order to go and didn't take pics like I usually do. It took about 12 minutes to receive my food. I look forward to coming back maybe to dine in or to go. I agree with the positive Yelp reviews.
Sad to say but this place is not IT anymore.
I ordered takeout and got very sad bland food. Even the worst Thai restaurant i had was better than the food we ordered. The quality has gone down. I will not be ordering from here again..... SAD

I called to make reservations and they accommodated my 2 big groups of 8 and 6 people. It was our first time in the restaurant and the place was nice and clean. The service was also great and the server recommended a few dishes. The food was amazing and tasted great. We ordered family-style and shared Chinese sausage fried rice, chicken pad Thai, beef pad see ew, Chinese broccoli with crispy pork, crying Tiger, Jade noodles with crispy pork, BBQ pork and roast duck. Everything was delicious. It was so delicious that I ordered food today for my son to pick up even when the restaurant was 18 miles away from my home. I definitely recommend this restaurant and will go back again. The food tasted better at the restaurant than at home.

Absolutely fantastic Thai food! We arrived at lunch time on a Sunday and were seated immediately. The staff were attentive and the food came out so quickly. Highly recommend the papaya salad. Phenomenal. The green curry was also outstanding. Only complaint is the spice level. I know it's typical that Thai food is spicy. But if they offer levels of spice, "mild" shouldn't have me sweating bullets. I do love spice but it was almost too much to truly enjoy the food. I'd be happy to go back. I'll be craving that papaya salad.

Get the drunken noodles and moo ping! The moo ping comes with 4 very big very juicy pork skewers--they are quite fatty though so you might want to eat it with rice or salad. The drunken noodles have a delicious amount of Thai basil and we got them with duck today. I can't wait to eat the leftovers later~ Their Thai iced tea and Thai iced coffee were also deliciously sweet and creamy. Service on a Sunday morning before the lunch rush was quick and efficient.
Everything was delicious so you can't really go wrong no
Everything was delicious so you can't really go wrong no matter what you end up ordering. Crab curry - the crab was hard to eat, so it's like, while you have to get it since it's the star item, it's unfortunate if you do while dining with casual friends who aren't necessarily dig-into-brittle-curry-covered-crab-with-your-hands-and-spit-out-shards-of-shell level close. Hat Yat Fried Chicken - It definitely looked very novel, but at the end of the day it was fried chicken. Extremely crispy though. Drunken noodles - Classic, delicious Eggplant with basil and crispy pork - A sleeper hit; the crispy pork was amazing! Salted fish fried rice -- good but where was the salted fish?
I love to eat at Luv2eat.
This is my go-to place to get Thai food since it's close to my house and they're great catering to gluten allergies! I've been here many times but this was the first time trying laab with chicken. We got it with medium spice and it was just about the max amount of spice I could endure without being uncomfortable. It was so yummy though and I feel encouraged to branch out on thai dishes I order! Amazing restaurant that I'll continue going to over and over again whenever I'm craving thai food!
Hands down the best Thai BBQ restaurant in LA.
They're known for their Phuket curry (will definitely try next time). Kids and wife devoured all the jade noodle, moo ping, crying tiger and hat yai fried chicken. Service was fast and staff were friendly. Cozy and homey ambiance with plenty of seatings. Highly recommended and a Must Try Thai restaurant in LA!
Food 10/10.
Came here with my family and we got seated and served really quick. Its a nice vibe in the restaurant and the Tom Yum soup is soo good. Would most definitely recommend to my friends. I already brought my girlfriend here and she loved it.

The food here is amazing! Best Thai food I've had in a long time! The specialties are the way to go here, but honestly everything we ordered was delicious. Our favorites were the fish curry kanomjean, kua gling and jade noodle.
Very unassuming when you first get there but service is so
Very unassuming when you first get there but service is so fast and food comes piping hot. Can NOT skip the moo ping if you do you're doing yourself a disservice. Fried chicken was great but the Jade noodles left something to be desired really- overall great thai food and will go again to try some new things and get the mooping as its my new favourite dish on earth. Also HUGE portions for a decent price too
Stopped in here on a Tuesday night around an hour before
Stopped in here on a Tuesday night around an hour before they closed when I flew in for the start of the Netflix is a Joke fest. The place was full and a list of people waiting. Honestly, knowing what I know now, I would have waited all day if they asked me to. If you love Thai food, this is some of the best I've ever eaten. The Chef's special Crab curry was amazing. I ordered it Thai hot. (Not for the faint of heart) Also ordered the Moo-ping app, also amazing. The dipping sauce, I could have done shots of. My wife ordered the Kua Gling, another smash hit. For being in a strip mall the inside is very inviting and comfortable. I ate the food too fast to take pictures. If you're in Hollywood and love Thai food it's a must eat. I have to add, portions are big enough for two people. Which I like because then you can taste it all.
Friend took me to dinner on this hole in the wall joint but
Friend took me to dinner on this hole in the wall joint but what a delicious treat. Service was quick and it should be when there's hungry mouth lining up outside. For the decor, you are there for the food not the ambience. The FOOD is the star here! Every single dish was mouth watering and delicious. Great job and well done! The Michelin guide thing is just an icing on this place. The place really held up to its name I Luv2Eat here everyday!!!
Best Thai food
We went here on our first night in LA. The walk there wasn’t the best but it was a relief when we arrived to see a packed restaurant. From start to finish the service was brilliant. The food was the best Thai food we have had since we visited Thailand. The portions were huge also .
Good food and great customer service!
I highly recommend this restaurant. The food is well worth it! My husband and I decided to try Luv2Eat one morning. We were looking for somewhere different and this was a great choice!
Cozy restaurant in plaza
Getting there is a bit sketchy but once you find the plaza, you will feel relieved! The portion are big and food was good. The service was very prompt and attentive. The Thai iced tea was great!
I did not like...
I didn't like the restaurant. Already, the menu is huge, several pages... which suggests that almost nothing is really homemade... Impossible to have around fifty "homemade" dishes, or I take my hat off. Regarding the dish, I took the famous "Moo Ping": the meat was not of very high quality and there was a lot of fat. Maybe that's how this dish is prepared, but I just didn't like it...
Very good Thai food. Got it delivered and our order was perfect.
Delicious food delivered to our hotel room. The portions are large and the quality is perfect! We thoroughly enjoyed the food.
