BEST Greek food I've had.
Our fave place to visit when in town. Such a gorgeous restaurant with delicious food! Will keep going back!

Rude manager. Claimed they only had bar seats and so our party would not be able to be seated because we had a 16 yr old with us. No attempt to accommodate us. Do not recommend

I contacted the restaurant 4 hours before my reservation to cancel. They refused to cancel and charged me £50 per person, notwithstanding the fact that the cancellation policy on the OpenTable site was £30 per person. My partner was exhibiting Covid symptoms and needed to get tested and the results were not going to be available to honor the reservation. I understand a cancellation penalty, but to charge £100 on a Tuesday evening, when the customer gives 4 hours advance notice during a rise in Covid cases in London, is draconian and entirely disproportionate to the impact on the restaurant. With this type of attitude and policy towards potential customers is reason enough for me to never darken their doorstep.
Be the first to ReplyAmazing Greek food with a modern twist.
Sat at the chefs counter and watch food prepared in an immaculately clean kitchen. Bravo!
Be the first to ReplyFood was delicious.
I had 2 cocktails which were fantastic (rosy and the stand-off). I grabbed a few of the mezzes. The hummus was really good, you have to buy pita separate though for another £2.50. The kebabs were 2 small lamb kebabs, delicious but small. The stuffed peppers were delicious, there were 4 stuffed peppers. By far the best thing was the lachta chocolate dessert with the olive oil ice cream- like a lava cake. It was soooo good. Overall, It is a little on the expensive side for the size you get, but very tasty.

The food was just amazing. Everything hit the mark. Excellent flavors and proper portions. Super and attentive staff but not overbearing. Cool vibe and food music. Can't go wrong. Highly recommend
Be the first to ReplyPricey but excellent food - the service could be improved.
The sommelier was extremely pushy with the wine list even after we had ordered cocktails. She probably tried 5-6 times for us to order wine. The waitress was unhelpful in determining if we ordered enough and recommendations. The upselling attempts of the food delivery individuals were tacky.

I came here on a work trip, was able to secure a last minute seat at the bar, and fell in love. No reservation necessary. This was kismet. The next night, I promptly tried to go back for round two. I think I shed an actual tear upon discovering it was closed for the evening. Why have you forsaken me, Meraki?! Now I'm back in the US dreaming of a meal I can't have. How can I live without you? I want you to be my every meal for the rest of my life. I want my belly full of the simple pleasure that is your menu--a menu I only began to sample. We have so much left to explore. One night was nothing more than a tease, and I am forever left with an unquenchable thirst. If you feel the same way (that you want to be my every meal for the rest of my life), lets meet again. I'll find my way back to you. I promise. This ain't no one night stand.

We came here for a friends birthday dinner and one of our friends just ordered a shiz ton of options. I've listed everything I ate below, and believe it or not it was all completely delicious. The white cod roe definitely stood out. The flavour was so fantastically rich and was a new experience for me. Even the sides were unique and fantastic. The service was also exceptional. Taramosalata- white cod roe mousseOctopus Carpaccio- lemon oil dressing & picked onionSeabass Tartare- lemon oil dressing, shies leave & caviarSantorini cherry tomoatoes- thyme, caper leaves and goats cheeseBaby squid- lightly fried, spices and fresh parsleyLobster "giouvetsi" whole lobster, orzo pasta Sides- patates (thyme, lemon, and olive oil), Burnt cauliflower- stake cretan butter

Be the first to Replyspectacular modern greek.
we heard about it from one of their vendors who named it as his favorite greek in london. it had been open three days when we went. we had been unable to get a reservation as it was fully booked but we walked by anyway on our way to a planned curry. we were again told there were no available tables but as we perused the menu outside the hostess came out and offered us a pair of seats at the counter. the counter faces the open kitchen so we had a front row view of all the food being prepared. it is a beautiful space, clean and modern, good acoustics. the obviously brand new kitchen was efficient and well run. we were surprised to see that almost all the cooking was induction!! this meant no open flame, no heat and an almost impossibly clean workspace. the concept is small plate/tapas where everything is meant to be shared which was perfect for us, more dishes to try. we had sort of a long rolled version of spanakopita with house made phyllo, fried prawns with an amazing dipping sauce of reduced fish stock tomato and pepper, beet salad and hilopites (pasta) with braised beef cheek. everything was absolutely incredible. the meal was accompanied with glasses of greek wine which the sommelier helped out with, also (surprisingly to us anyway) excellent. anyway, it was a truly special meal and a highlight of our stay in london.
