Went to Morton's last night for Valentine's Day with my lady, food was terrible, came out to about $330 in total wasn't my first time there but definitely the last, that was $300 worth of dog food I would recommend going anywhere else. My girl hated it & I hated our entire meal
Be the first to ReplyIt was our first time dining at Morton's as we were told
It was our first time dining at Morton's as we were told great things about the restaurant. When we arrived we were promptly taken to our table by the host. After that, our experience was not great. First, the wrong drinks were brought to the table for my husband and brother-in-law. They were changed once we let them know, but they were pour with a different alcohol selection. We felt rushed through the whole dinner from the moment we got the bread to when we got the check. When the main entree arrived and the servers placed the food on the table, the table's leaf on my husband's side dropped and hit my husband's knee. When they attempted to put it back, the one on my side and my brother in laws side also dropped and hit our knees. Through this, the servers never apologized and the only thing they offered was to moved to a different table. Based on the prices the restaurant charges, we expected better service.

Came here for someone special birthday and it turn out really great! Our server was Loraine and she always check up on us and made sure we were happy. They started us with bread. The lemon drop martini was good. The ora king salmon had amazing flavor to it ! Also ordered the jumbo asparagus which is delicious. The 6 oz. Filet Mignon lobster was also ordered. The steak came out a little too dry for a medium well but it wasn't an issue for them to return the steak and make another one . The second steak was perfect! We also had a choice of dessert on the house! Our picture was also taken and printed out for us. Amazing experience and we were catered to all our needs! Definitely recommend but remember it's an upscale restaurant so be expecting to pay that price.

My wife and I were in the mood for steak and had never been here. What a delightful surprise. Marvelously old school. We sat at the bar and the staff was phenomenal. I had a whiskey with a big rock. They buy them from a special supplier. You could barely see the rock. It was seethru. It's those lil touches that mean the world to us. One of the best wedge salads I've ever had followed by a perfectly cooked ribeye. My wife had a similar experience with her filet mignon and asparagus. The ambiance was perfect. Great lighting (nothing worse than going to dinner and if you wanted to, you could perform brain surgery it's so bright inside) moody, but not too dark. Felt nice and homey. I highly recommend Morton's.
Be the first to ReplyFirst time here at Morton's Steakhouse and it was great!
First time here at Morton's Steakhouse and it was great! The atmosphere was perfect for our 9th year anniversary date night. Location was easy to find and the parking was convenient. We were greeted at the front entrance and shown to our seats. We had made reservations and were surprised when we saw our custom made menu for our special occasion. Our waiter was very knowledgeable and helped us decide our dinner choices. Food was spot on delicious! The Cajun Rib eye was full of flavor and went well with our sides. Our only setback was the Mac and cheese. It was bland and didn't really have enough flavor. Asparagus was crisp and seasoned well. Although Lobster tail was cooked perfect, I wish I had more. Complimentary dessert was given to us and it made our dinner extra special. Prices were reasonable, will definitely come back!

Be the first to ReplyTonight we went to Morton's in Las Vegas.
It has been a very stressful last couple of weeks and we were looking for a "good" meal to restore our stomachs after 2 weeks of hospital vending machine food. We got to Morton's around 5pm on a Sunday night and immediately were able to sit in the bar for the power hour specials. We order a few mai tais and some apps off the power house menu. The filet mignon sandwiches, onion rings and crab cakes were amazing and the iceberg wedge was so big we split it. Steve the bartender was the perfect vibe for the night. He made us laugh and smile and brought a lightness we haven't felt in a while. We were so thankful to Steve and his perfect bartender skills (order the fruit salad Mai tai) as he gave us one night we really needed. My sister said she just wanted to stick him in her pocket and keep him around for his positive light. Morton's: you have a gem and we hope you recognize that. Thank you for everything tonight. We are very grateful.
Be the first to ReplyEverything is great! This is my first time here.
The environment is very good, the service is very good, and the food is good. It's not expensive here in Las Vegas either.

We came here on NYE, had a reservation at 5, so still early and the main dining room was pretty open but we were seated all the way in the back of the restaurant. It felt ofd to be seated all alone in the back but whatever. First off the service from our waiter was great. My bad points are going to be on the food. We both ordered steak and lobster along with sides, on of the steaks was not cooked properly so we sent it back but once it was cooked properly the lobster was overcooked from the heat lamp at the kitchen or something. It came back rubbery and was fine when it was first dropped off. When it came to the sides, the mashed potatoes were just okay and we had to send back the sautรฉed mushrooms & spinach because ALL YOU COULD TASTE WAS BLACK PEPPER! You could see the amounts of pepper on the food and it was hard to eat, even the waiter made a comment on how he could see the pepper. Overall the flavors were basic and for what we were paying it was really bad. We've been here before and it's been good but this was just horrible taste and we would not go back as you can find better places in the city, such a shame because we enjoyed it in the past.

Looking for a wonderful venue to host a special birthday event? I'd recommend considering a visit to Morton's. Dined tonight (12/28/23) and celebrated a BD (highly recommended signing up for the Landry's frequent diner card!!!). 1. Complimentary cake with ice cream 2. Keepsake photo! 3. Customized personal menu Great services touches. The team service was wonderful, Johnathan's attention to detail, professionalism and candidly his warm personality elevated this to a 5* dining experience. We enjoyed the lobster bisque, chicken Christopher, dry aged ribeye, lyonnaise potatoes and more. Everything was hit, fresh and presented with flair. Kudos to the chef's and mgr. Complimentary self parking and valet available.
Be the first to ReplyWe took a group of 16 here this week during ConExpo.
Really bad experience. Appetizers were decent, thus the 2 stars. Then it got worse. We waited nearly an hour for our steaks to arrive, and when they came out, they were cold. Sides were cold as well. Really disappointed in Morton's, for the money we spent it was a terrible experience. They gave us free tequila shots to try and make us feel better. Won't return when we come back to Las Vegas.

The ambience of Morton's steakhouse is very elegant, romantic, and classic. The hostess and waiter are very attentive to our needs, and provide excellent service. It is a great restaurant for special celebrations between couples.
Be the first to ReplyThis place is like a zoo, so packed and so loud.
I had filet mignon, bacon wrapped scallops and a blackberries mojito. I've def had way better drinks and food. Our order took a whole hour to come out. Giving a 2 star because the dessert at the end was good.

Came here for my birthday and everybody made sure to make me feel super special! The only downside was every course took quite a bit of time to come out. We even noticed that other tables were also having this problem and complaining about the wait... But besides that I had a great time and enjoyed all the yummy food! They had a Valentine's Day special for a chateaubriand special for two with appetizers and sides. The French onion soup was so yummy and cheesy! The chateaubriand was the star of the dinner for sure! Definitely was a great choice for my birthday and I'm so happy I went.

So much wonderful flavor to be amazed by We will come here every time we're here! Kevin our waiter was fabulous!!
Be the first to ReplyFirst off I'd like so say at first we had great
First off I'd like so say at first we had great expectations for this place. We decided to eat here for our anniversary which on the menu they did add to the top which we thought was a nice touch. They also take a picture of you and give you a copy which was nice. Now back to why I gave this whole experience a three star rating. When we first sat down it took about 20-25 minutes for someone to greet us, and this is because my husband went to the host stand to ask who was supposed to be our server. After our server finally came and introduced herself at first it seemed as if she was irritated and didn't greet us nicely and took out order for our appetizers. Then the general manager came over to let us know he was sorry and there was a communication error and that's why no one was able to greet us and to let us know our appetizer would be covered by them. We thought it was a nice gesture to take care of that for us. Then while have been waiting for our apps, we decided to order our drinks and our main entrees. At this time our server was more friendly and definitely trying more. We order a cocktail and the wine flight. Which we noticed there was a big theme to the night waiting for everything. A long wait for apps,a long wait for drinks, a long wait for food. When the manager finally came with the wine flight he described all the different types I would be having that night and honestly was the best part of my dinner. Then when our food finally came. My husbands food came the filet was fine nothing to rave home about but cooked correctly at a medium plus which is exactly what he wanted. I ordered the lamb which I ordered medium, but the only problem with my dish was it was basically cold which to me means that my food was out waiting for a while that it was almost cold. I had to ask the server to ask them if they can heat it up so I wouldn't have hot food to eat. Since of course there was a wait for that as well, I was at least happy to be able to eat the lobster Mac and cheese which was delicious! The corn soufflรฉ was interesting it was definitely rich and jalapeรฑo flavor forward. Then we ordered desert right when I got my food back because we know it would probably take another 30-45 mins for desert to come out. The Morton's hot chocolate cake was yummy, but the bread pudding was disgusting it had the texture of someone who already chewed it and put it back on the plate and squared it out to look presentable. Do not order it it's a waste unless you like that texture. At the end we asked for our check, and they did take care of our deserts for us. But the long wait for this entire dinner was honestly kinda ridiculous our dinner reservation was at 645 and we didn't leave until 920. Which usually would be okay if we were enjoying our food drinks and desert and conversation to make this reservation last that long but no, if you come here make sure you don't have a show after wards because it may take hours for you to finish anything. For the price and experience as a whole we will not be back.

Thankful Morton's worked with me and my date to enjoy a nice dinner before a wonderful concert. We needed a reservation but they were able to accommodate us without one. For that reason they get 5 stars. The restaurant itself is quite dark for my taste but you can still see the menu with some assistance of your phone. The opening bread and butter is delish! My steak was delish cooked to my liking - medium well done and drink as well. The Spanish coffee has alcohol and definitely not of my taste so I ordered a regular coffee. A steakhouse is not a place to order hot coffee but theirs was pretty decent. Also all sides are not sold together so be prepared to spend a pretty penny for two. Approximately $250. Worth the price and experience. Dinner item ordered: Lobster Bisque Soup 16oz Prime Rib
Be the first to ReplyI ordered a filet medium rare and it came out rare.
I sent it back and it still came back rare. Did not send back for a second time. I ate what I could and took the rest home with me. I ended up severely Iill since the steak was not brought to a safe internal temperature. The price you pay for a steak you would think they would be able to cook steaks correctly. They mess up your steak and buy you dessert as an apology.

Morton's is about 10 minutes off the strip in Las Vegas, but that doesn't prevent it from being busy. We took a friend here for his birthday and the evening was top notch. We had a 6:30 PM reservation and were seated right away. Our server stopped by right away and took drink orders which arrived promptly and were perfect pours. The Proscuitto Wrapped Mozzarella was a great choice for an appetizer. For the main course I had the Salmon which was delicious and the birthday boy ordered a New York Strip which he thoroughly enjoyed. The table shared Sour Cream Mashed Potatoes and Brussel Sprouts. The potatoes were good, but I really didn't enjoy the Brussel Sprouts, they needed more seasoning. I make them at home frequently and think mine are better. Overall it was a nice evening with pretty decent food.
Be the first to ReplyThis is a rating of the bar and happy hour (power hour).
Review is a few weeks old. We went on a Thursday. Atmosphere is comfortable and classy with a Sinatra vibe....no athletic clothing- so wear something nice... Service- you wait a bit but bartender and everyone had a good attitude.Menu- Regular one is extensive and power hour had some good snacks, adult beverages, and beer/wine.We ordered Sliders $12 - simple yet good.Crab Cakes- $22 discounted to $18- good tasting- you get 2 * best item if you like crab...Chips- $8- good portion w/ side blue cheese dip- Shrimp Lou salad- $12Selected Martini's- $10We really liked it. It's limited and a bit on the higher side for happy hour but pretty good. Menu is still current and up to date. Power hour runs from 5-630pm and 7pm depending on the day.
Be the first to ReplyDelicious steak.
Like the side dishes too! Lobster mash potato and "the Troy"( mushroom and onion)
Be the first to ReplyGreat food and great service.
This restaurant went above and beyond to make my birthday dinner amazing. Our server (who was also the bartender) was very knowledgeable about the menu. Thank you!
Be the first to ReplyThis location in Las Vegas has very poor service.
However I write a review in support of the chain, for 'other reasons', as they defend their guests. Ill say no more.
Be the first to ReplyIf I could rate it a no star i would.
Was there with my wife for anniversary. It started out well. The hostess was very nice and pleasant and waiter was accommodating. However the food was overcooked and over priced. If the restaurant was going to charge a premium for their food you would want to be close to perfect. I've had better Filet at a local casino.

**Update**We've waited more than the 10 business days promised to receive a response from Anna/someone at Morton's regarding our experience. I have lowered my rating to 1 star based on this experience. Very very disappointed with the service received. --Original Review--Tonight's experience was absolutely lackluster. Very disappointed in the food and service. I was hesitant to eat at Morton's in Las Vegas as I've heard from numerous friends that the food is not so great and the service is subpar. Apparently they were right and nothing has changed. I'm not sure who our server was but, he had a difficult time understanding us and disappeared for long periods of time. We waited 20+ minutes for bread and drinks. When our appetizers finally came, the ahi pokรฉ tasted fishy in a bad way, we were missing an appetizer, and the shrimp cocktail was incredibly over cooked and tough. We requested our steak pre-cut and received them in whole filets. This would have been fine except they took all of my utensils, said "enjoy your meal", and never returned. Glad we ordered a small entree and side as we just wanted to leave the establishment as soon as possible. This was our first time visiting this location and it was very disappointing.
