It tastes like juice, so just stick to the non-infused sake. The edamame has two options - salted (boring!) or with the sesame vinaigrette which isn't a great pairing. The Bowl comes with the same sesame sauce as the edamame which seemed like an odd pairing for both dishes. The sauce overrides all the other flavors in the bowl. Not the place for a noodle dish or edamame. My husband and I split the pizza roll, crunchy shrimp, and Cali roll. They weren't rolled tightly and kept falling apart. They used imitation crab. The pizza roll was drenched in a sauce that made all the ingredients in the roll obsolete. The crunchy shrimp was just lacking in any real flavor. I would expect this from gas station sushi, but not from a place that touts itself as "consistently voted the best sushi in Knoxville." I know none of these rolls are exciting, but if you can't make these simple ones appetizing then I'm not sure how the specialty rolls could be much better.
