Oyster Bar Las Vegas Reviews from The Last Year
I highly recommend going to this place.
I was a little skeptical myself wondering if it would live up to the hype but it definitely did. It was worth taking an Uber from the strip to eat here. All the seafood was fresh. Seating is very limited so you have to be wise at what time you plan on eating here. It's open 24/7, I recommend going for breakfast to beat the lines.
I wanted to start off by saying how much I love oysters.
Since I am in town, I had to give this place a try; I was super excited. I tried coming on a Saturday, and it was horrible. The line did not move. I was waiting 2 hours in a half. I gave up. So I tried, today... Sunday. Now 9:30 AM was perfect. I waited thirty minutes only. I ordered 3 oysters shooters for $15.00. It was okay. Nothing spectacular about it. Then I ordered a dozen oysters. The blonde employer had ask her colleague to bring more oysters... the guy grabbed the box, and then dump the oysters right on in. She shucked right in front of us. She was quick. I was quite empress. The oysters were huge. The only thing I did not like it was that, not once did she cleaned the oyster. My hands were so dirty as I was picking up each oyster and had to scrape off dirt. I was disappointed. Then, finally, the pan roast came, and OMG, it was so delicious that I almost forgot how upset I was about the oysters not being cleaned... Overall, the service was great. Oysters.. were huge, but not clean. I probably won't eat oysters again for the next year. The pan roast 10/10.
Ok 2 hours later and.
... BOOOOOOOM Still the best and we have tried the other two casinos oyster bars and nope and nope I have to be real tho...last time we came same 2 hour plus wait but that chef wasn't as good not sure who he was but today's chef and we have had him several times but didn't catch his name until today I saw him and said we were in for treat and yup chef Easy was on point as usual glad we came in on this monday Happy birthday next monday chef
Don't come here! Always a long wait! Very limited seating.
Adults only. It's always worth it! I'm addicted. Every time I'm in town I have to come here to eat. Get the Pan Roast if you come here, you won't regret it. Don't come by yourself, so you and your friend(s) can take turns standing in line and gamble while you wait. Better yet, don't come so other people have less wait. Be prepared to wait two hours if you're going anywhere close to normal dinner or late dinner.
My number one spot every time I go to Vegas.
Think the best time to go is during the week midday lunchtime good luck on the weekends. It goes pretty fast line, but sometimes there's a party going on at the group. Should take up to an hour two hours or so. It's worth it though damn food is amazing.
Could waiting 3 hours in line ever be worth it? The palace
Could waiting 3 hours in line ever be worth it? The palace station Oyster Bar answers with a strong YES! Everyone whom I talked to about the PS Oyster Bar said that it was better than its counterparts in the other station casinos, and they were right. Everything tastes fresh and delicious. There wasn't a thing we ordered that wasn't above expectations. They are running this place like the military but if it had better bedside manner. The server and cooks were very friendly and efficient too. We started with a half dozen oysters and New England Clam chowder. The NE clam chowder was packed with clams and delicious flavor. And all without the worst part, New England. The Oysters were freshly shucked right in front of us and tasted so great you'll forget you were inside a smoke infested dark casino with each slurp. Next we ordered the Shrimp Scampi linguini and the Pan Roast combo. The shrimp scampi was garlicky, spicy, and with jumbo shrimp. Better than most seafood/pasta restaurants I've had. Ironically the Oyster Bar is not known for it's oysters, but rather the Pan Roast, and once you taste it you'll understand why. What's a pan roast you might ask? I have no idea. but I know its delicious. I had just been in New Orleans the week prior and this dish brought me right back. We got a 7 spice and as a spicy food lover, this was just enough to make my forehead glisten with sweat. Comes with rice, but order a side of pasta to make this even better. Food was incredible and worth the wait at least once because it truly is better than the other locations. Bring some headphones and a portable phone charger, cuz you're gonna wait a while. They also don't let you sit on the floor while you wait.
The best pan-roast ever! Whenever we head out to Vegas,
The best pan-roast ever! Whenever we head out to Vegas, Palace station is often our first stop...if not the last one before heading back home. I hate the lines but it's always worth the wait. Forget everything else on the menu (jambalaya), go for the pan roast and you can't go wrong!!

Despite the often long 2-hour wait, this place is a gem for pan roasts. One of my Vegas favorites. My go-to combo includes a dozen oysters and the Palace Pan Roast, topped with lobster. Pro-Tip: Go with friends or family, take turns waiting in line while others explore the hotel or gamble. Never disappoints in my opinion and a place I always look forward to visiting.
Palace Station Oyster Bar: Not All Hits Las Vegas
Palace Station Oyster Bar: Not All Hits Las Vegas institution, Palace Station Oyster Bar, is known for its affordable seafood. While the ambiance and service remain stellar, my recent meal was a mixed bag. The butter garlic mussels, a popular choice, were disappointingly bland. The watery broth lacked garlic kick. The Bouillabaisse, packed with fresh seafood, was let down by an excessively salty broth that overshadowed the delicate flavors. If you visit, consider exploring other menu options to ensure a satisfying experience.
Palace Pan Roast! There are tasty and very filling eats
Palace Pan Roast! There are tasty and very filling eats here at the oyster bar. For stewed dishes, you can choose a spiciness level from 1-10. I recommend getting a dozen oysters also. I mean, you've waited this long and it is an oyster bar. Unless you're coming at like 6AM, expect a long wait. I'm talking like 2 hours. Is it worth it? I honestly don't think so. The coolest thing is the way they cook your dish in front of you in those pots that swivel. If you're set on coming here, plan to come in a small group and you can take turns waiting in line while others gamble or something. I would not come in a group more than 4 since it's a small space not meant for big groups.
Not the original Oyster Bar but Awesome
Although this is not the original Oyster Bar, fabulous Blue Point oysters and great dining experience sitting at the bar!
Worth the wait
This was a unique experience. The line to sit at the bar was nothing like I have expereinced. For 18 seats there was an hour and a hlaf wait, and I hear that is a good thing, as it is usally 2 to 3 hour wait. Be prepared.....the food was delicious and the staff was very friendly and insightful. My family and I had a great time eating the combo pan roast and the boulinesse* seafood, with the succulent seasonal oysters. The conversation witth the chef and staff was also very entertaining. I will say this is a must and you have to go, but be prepared to wait...remember therre is only 18 seats at this bar area.
Where are Raymundo and Jackie??
Does anybody know where Raymundo and Jackie ended up after Harrah's closed? I would like to go to wherever either are them are working on my next visit.

It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!
