We had an alright stay based only on their location to other places on the strip. Our room was nothing special and never touched by housekeeping. When tried to sleep we found our sheets were ripped and we ask for them to be changed. They told us housekeeping would get it when they serviced our room in the morning. They never did show up. Each time we reported that our room wasn't cleaned to the management they said they'd remove some of the charges, they never did.Next time we'll stay some place else.

I feel like I stayed at a different hotel then all these reviews. We had a GREAT time here. Rooms were a tiny bit dated and yes the pillows sucked but it was great for what we paid. No problems with check in or check out whatsoever. Great spots to pick up an Uber which is an issue in Vegas. Soooooo much to do in the hotel- you never have to leave (but should lol). Biggest con was the pool was closed our entire stay....

I find the employees ( especially the Doorman) to be very rude in absolutely incompetent.
Be the first to ReplyCheck in process is a wast of time.
They are using machines to check in. They will only work if you are using the same credit card that you book your hotel so they say in the end about 80% of guests aren't able to check in, expect huge lines waiting for a check in "ambassador". Giving 2 stars because they have great food options. They also charge $59 for an early check in(before 3pm).

I've never has such a terrific experience buying a band aid and a mentos before. The lady was working at the Eiffel Tower convenience store. She was so helpful and generous with her time.
Be the first to ReplyWe stayed a weekend at the Paris since it's center strip.
There were a few highlights over the weekend. The ride share location is close and one of the better options on the strip. They have a 24/7 restaurant (Club Americano) which was really convenient and has some good food. The Eiffel Tower restaurant is a great place to dine. The sports book was on the little small side but good. When it comes to the rooms, this is where it's gets rough. We had just a standard room. They don't even have queen size pillows. They give you 3 small little pillows per bed that are terrible. The room didn't have a mini bar and the cleaning service didn't come clean the room throughout the day. The bathroom has terrible lighting, bad water pressure in the shower, and didn't have any glasses in the bathroom to rinse your mouth out while brushing your teeth. Definitely worth spending the money to stay somewhere with better rooms.

PARIS, IF YOU ARE SHORT OF SUPPLIES, FIGURE IT OUT BEFORE RELASE THE ROOM! CUSTOMER SHOULDN'T PAY TO SUFFER, AND EVEN ENDURE THOSE BAD SERVICE.They didn't provide comforter at the first night, only the sheet cover. I thought that is their comforter. I was feeling so cold for the whole night, and even got sick. The second night they insert the comforter, and then I realized that it should have a comforter, but they forgot to put it. My family in another room also faced the same issue.I called the front desk, they transfer me to house keeping dept., they said it's because they are short of supplies. And shirk the responsibility to the management team, keep denying it is not their fault. I complaint to the front desk again when checkout, and they also never say sorry, never try to apologies, all I hear is they blaming it to other departments again. At the end they only refund resort fee. They told me if I want a full refund on the room, need to call Caesar cooperate office. Great! Another passing the buck around not admitting their fault. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!Anyway, they don't get rid off it so easy, the credit card company issue a full refund after I file a claim, PLUS the hotel need to pay the charge back fee to the bank. THAT'S WHAT YOU DESERVE, PARIS.
Be the first to ReplyWe stayed at Paris during March, 2023.
We are from the MidWest and have come to Vegas a couple times hoping to make it an annual trip. We stayed at Ceaser's in 2022 and loved it. Paris, not so much. Let me tell about our stay---1)Room-my wife and I stayed in one room and our two college age sons stayed in another. Both rooms were 2 beds one bath(Burgundy Rooms-2 queen with Eiffel Tower View). Our sons room was totally fine. However, our room had the following issues: the bathtub dripped, the toilet would move forward when you sat on it, and the light in the room had an outlet on it that didn't work. They sent maintenance up to fix the toilet, sink, and light. However, he said we would need a new light, and that all their tubs drip. He said we were lucky it only dripped a little and not a lot. As for the light, we called down to maintenance 6 times and never received a new light. We eventually ran into a housekeeper, Ruby, who switched out our light with the room she was cleaning. Turns out that lamp also had the same issue. I know what you are thinking, who cares about the outlet on the lamp. That lamp goes between the two beds and is for plugging chargers into. It was a big pain not to have one there. So we moved the lamp to the floor and plugged our chargers into the outlet in the wall where the lamp would have gone. Our floor: we stayed on the 24th floor. The ice maker never worked on this floor. Occasionally, when we walked by you could see water pouring out of it into the drain by the gallons. We decided not to call as it did not appear to work. Restaurants: the service we received at the restaurants were almost 100% poor. There were some exceptions. However, the convenience of them out ways the service. So we frequented them, often. Quick price example: waffle $22. Depending on your server syrup could be free or $1. Tea $5. Iced caramel latte $5. Watch out for tipping when paying for anything. Tip will be automatic at the payout screen unless you opt out. Certainly, restaurants need a tip. But there are plenty of deli type places that simply take your money after you grab your food. Casino: their casino was completely fine. However, when we stayed at Caesars last year I was able to play in a poker tournament; 30-40 people playing for $100/each. They didn't have that. So to sum up, we will not be staying here again. We paid $4,000 to stay here for 5 nights. You can find much hotels for this sort of money around here.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the service I received during my recent stay at your casino hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I had anticipated and left me with a terrible impression of your establishment.Upon checking in, I was shocked to discover that I had been placed on a pet floor without any prior knowledge. The room reeked of cat urine, and my allergies immediately began to act up. I called downstairs to request a room change, but was told that the hotel was at full occupancy and nothing could be done. This was unacceptable, as I had specifically requested a non-pet room when making my reservation. The staff insisted that they would send someone up to clean the room, but the only solution they offered was to have a man with a spray bottle filled with air freshener come in and attempt to mask the odor. This was not a proper cleaning solution and only made my allergies worse. I came home sick, which is unacceptable when paying $300 for a night's stay.To make matters worse, when I brought this to the attention of the front desk staff, they were unhelpful and claimed they could do nothing to resolve the situation. This lack of customer service was deeply disappointing and left me feeling frustrated and helpless.I had many options for accommodation during my stay, and I regret choosing your establishment. I urge you to take these complaints seriously and make the necessary changes to improve the experience for future guests. I would appreciate a prompt response to this letter, as I am eager to hear how you plan to address this matter.

Be the first to ReplySo much to share about Paris.
Specific to the hotel, the location itself is 5 star. Our room overlooked the pool (closed in winter months) Eiffel Tower, and the Bellagio fountains. Amazing. Decent walk to casinos on both sides and three casinos across the street including the Bellagio fountains. Also has a connection inside to the horseshoe casino. Room was a decent size, clean, but worn down. Bathroom was very spacious and the shower was great. Room comes with a safe and small refrigerator. Daily room service if you ask. Elevator was not working a couple of days so we had to take the stairs to another floor to catch it. Casino was great. Perfect size to start and end the day. Good diversity of slots, tables games, and roulette. It is very difficult to get a free drink while you are playing and bartenders at the bar aren't so friendly with reminders to put more money in video poker for a complimentary cocktail. The restaurants and bars were great. Wide range of quick eats to fine dining. Most had great food, friendly staff, and very good service. The Sportsbook is nice. Spacious and clean. Personally enjoyed the focus on horse betting. Was disappointed on day four that while betting the gentlemen gave me drink tickets and was surprised to hear nobody offered me them in prior days. I had been paying about $12 (w tip) each beer. Definitely was consistent with the tone of this casino. As previously mentioned, check in can be long. My concern wasn't the line but the lack of access to hotel staff when you needed anything. Overall, great stay and enjoyed the experience.

Not my favorite hotel in Vegas but will stay here again if I get a good price. It's a cute place with a great location. You can walk to Bellagio and a few more casinos easily. The rooms and the overall resort needs some updating. It looks worn out.Mon Ami Gabi used to be our favorite place to eat while staying here but lately they have messed it up. It's not as good as it used to be.

I love the casino and more! But, this review is simply for the housekeeping department while I was there for a 3-night stay on the 28th floor of Eiffel Tower-View with King-Size bed: First of all, the positive part, my bed was made everyday; so, thank you! After checking-in, there were no bottles of water provided and thus bought 12 bottles of water and then filled up the ice bucket at the ice machine. As for all following days, the ice bucket was never emptied and replaced with the new plastic bag liner for me, so the puddle of melted ice/water just simply remained in the bucket for my entire stay!I am a person who always tries to keep neat and puts things where they belong; so, trash into trash cans, used towels on the same spot etc., and was surprised to see that a used paper-cup in the bathroom did even get tossed or changed for me, and trash cans didn't even get emptied in some days.Very disappointed and sorry to say that I will not stay with this hotel anymore, the worst experience I've ever had for a Vegas hotel.
Be the first to ReplyThis was our go to hotel pre-pandemic.
Every year, we meet up with our friends in Vegas and we would always stay here. Everything we enjoy doing is in this hotel. Our last visit was at the start of the pandemic and we only came back now, March 2023. Boy were we in for a shock. Let's start with the room. The dust on the furniture was thick you can draw on it. Exhaust fan in bathroom, gone. Then they made this one big change which greatly infuriated me. They removed the two full size pillows and replaced it with three throw pillows. I kept waking up because every time my head shifts, my head falls off the throw pillow. An employee probably had a great idea to cut costs. He probably told management, "Let's save 1/4 on pillow and pillowcase costs by replacing two standard pillows with three throw pillows. This will bring down also our detergent costs!" Tsk tsk. Then the cost of everything is ridiculously high. We're very aware of inflation but we did not expect it to be this bad. Bottled water was $6. The hubby and I had coffee and pastry for breakfast for $50! A whiskey sour at the bar was $18. Do not even ask me how much we we paid at Gordon Ramsay's Steak. I'm not sure if we should still continue with our annual Paris Las Vegas meetup after this.

I have not been to Las Vegas for some years, and now I found parking to be $23. This is ridiculous. This hotel is modeled after Paris, but I would rather go to the real Paris instead.

Great location - easy walking distance to all the major hotels (e.g., Bellagio is just across the street). You get impressive replicas of the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe. Casinos - I forgot smoking is permitted, and cigars too. Celebrity chef restaurants - Gordon Ramsey, Martha Stewart, Bobby Flay, Guy Fieri (under renovation) ... Vanderpump restaurant too. Honestly wasn't impressed with food at the Martha Stewart restaurant - however great cuisine at Mon Abi Gabi (lunch) and Alexxa Lounge (breakfast). Also live music with piano duo at Napolean's - that was entertaining. No branded stores - you can go to Bellagio or Venetian for that. Rooms were ok - my shower stall was tiny. Bathroom amenities incl. shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, shower gel, and soap. Hair dryer too. The room was clean. 4pm check-in, 11am check-out ... and they charge for late check-out (e.g., $20 for 12pm check-out).Parking garage is not free - I think maybe around $25? Uber from the airport to hotel was around $36 on a Saturday night.
