An original experience!
What a table! I had never had such an experience with the originality of a meal which skillfully combines the pleasure of the diversity of flavors and dishes of a tapas evening with the culinary level of a Michelin star. In total, the dinner actually allows you to taste around 50 different dishes. The work is colossal, both for the preparation and for the service. The latter is impeccable with waiters and a sommelier who know how to perfectly adapt to their guests. The cuisine is more than inventive and of course delicious. The formula allows you to enjoy the moment while also enjoying the very fine wine list that the restaurant offers. A really nice discovery that I recommend.
When too much spoils the good
Meal on February 16 at noon. I deliberately let a month pass before writing this comment. Each of us in our library of flavors only keeps those that really struck us. I remember the production which very aptly bears this name but I am unable to bring out a particular flavor from my memory. The abundance, although pleasant at the time, does not leave great vibrations. While the staging is artistic and demonstrates enormous research and great work in the kitchen. On the other hand, an extraordinary memory of the cooking of the different fish served, what perfection. The wine pairing, although it offers some interesting surprises, remains very basic in terms of the wines served and unworthy of the price. Surprised that such an establishment does not consider desserts as a dish since no beverage is offered with the desserts. However, Occitanie offers a very beautiful palette. So a month later more than perfect fish for two around 450th!!!
Exceptional
Exceptional Came with family for a birthday. We were transported by the quality and creativity of the different bites. It’s an explosion of flavors and a culinary feat. Phenomenal research work. The 4-course menu is already very very copious despite the finesse of each bite and each dish.
A big problem…
We love this restaurant and have come back with pleasure. With its multitude of appetizers and sweets that accompany the chef’s delicious dishes, it’s a renewed pleasure. The food and liquid pairing is judicious. The downside was hygiene; Already, upon arriving, we noticed that some plates placed on the table were not clean and we found the origin: throughout the meal small pieces of paint and brick were falling on our table from the ceiling. Work is required.
Unforgettable
A real experience, I don't understand how we can only give 3 points like the previous comment.. Around thirty different preparations, an impressive, artistic, sophisticated presentation. Raw or combined tastes, tasty and surprising combinations , always delicious. Accompanied by beer, wine, magic cocktails. A sensational farandole. Perfect staff in the room. A gigantic job in the kitchen. An unusual place. Exceptional.
Disappointment, really too much!
8-course show menu at €168. Well cooked, but no wow effect. We had a very bad experience with the profusion: initially 2 waves of 8 “appetites”. Delivered orally in 30 seconds, we then eat without having remembered everything, and so we no longer know what we are eating... we put on, we put on... With the menu, four courses of breads/brioches/cakes are very good but if you taste too much, you're full very quickly... And if you resist a little (like us), it starts again barely started and it's a real waste. Each dish is doubled with a “delicacy” intended to accompany but ultimately incoherent and redundant (example of mussels with chorizo served alongside snacked scallops). Finally, the food-wine pairing is a “food-liquid” pairing with wine of course, but also beer, and cocktails…. Interested, I tried the experiment which turned out to be disappointing, particularly with the cocktails which had difficulty pairing with the dishes. In short, we came with a very positive a priori but we didn't have much fun, having eaten too much, and without remembering an exceptional moment, a real disappointment for a double star. The icing on the cake: one of the cocktails offered was butternut + chestnut liqueur. It was “tingling”, probably a sign of fermentation… We reported it, and we were told that it was normal: doubly so, unacceptable…

Worthy of these 2 stars, both for the location, its cuisine and its service. Confidential address where they know how to find food and drink pairings and which could surprise more than one person. Seafood products are in the spotlight and a special mention goes to cooking fish. Exceptional cuisine. The appetizers are incredible as much for their flavors as for the multitude and the presentation. An experience to live… A beautiful story of culinary pleasure to share…

A moment out of time. A warm and elegant welcome. A pure joy for the taste buds, a rush of flavors in each dish, a feast for the eyes.
2 stars for a meeting of flavors and originality
An impressive and above all original culinary experience, what joy! Welcomed very warmly, our table was in the basement, facing the wine cellar, the waiters are very friendly with a sense of humor, The presentation of the appetizers is very spectacular and succulent, the service is impeccable, they take care of making us have a good time and it's very pleasant, the dishes are exceptional, even the coffee and its sweets, we have had a great time, to do again!
Discovery for a birthday
We came for a birthday in this place and we were pleasantly surprised, lots of discovery of tastes and a gargantuan menu for a Michelin star (we had difficulty finishing) a big thank you for the welcome and the quality of the dishes

Thank you for the question, if a seller is working on answering your bid, you cannot cancel it until their time is up and the bid is released back to you. The full amount of funds then go back into your AT account. Typically a seller has 48-72 hours to complete the bid.
