We Love Red Rock!
Red Rock resort & casino has everything g "senior" players might enjoy; Hotel accommodations, fine restraunts, free parking, one can feel safe here (way off the "strip" at foot of Mt. Charleston), uncrowded and better yet if one has "StationCasinos" Rewards card earn points for discounts). Also, on location is a first rate movie theater.

I stayed at Red Rock for spring break with my teenage daughters. I go to Las Vegas often, and this was my first experience at Red Rock. I can promise that it won’t be my last! This is a beautiful, fun property. I loved its proximity to downtown Summerlin and the walkability of the area. The spa and pool were wonderful. There are so many delicious restaurants located in the casino as well. Excellent customer service. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel/casino!

Couldn’t fault a thing with the Red Rock. We came to use the spa and it he facilities were 10/10. Luxurious and clean. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We also had dinner there and a quick gamble and loved the casino. Next time I’m staying in vegas I’ll be staying here

The check-in was fast and easy. Beautiful lobby. Our hallway was clean. Our room was clean. I do have to mention they checked my son, His wife and 2 children into a filthy room. Only thing clean was the linens. Used soap in the shower. Flowers and food wrappers and an empty water bottle strewn on the floors. Called front desk, they said they could send someone to take out the garbage. But my son had already picked everything up and thrown them away. Our stay was lovely and the restaurants were a very pleasant experience. The pool was absolutely beautiful. It is under restoration, but on our last day they had opened a smaller pool. It was great. Warm water and gorgeous lounge chairs. I really enjoyed Red Rock Resort.

Great hotel just 10 miles off the strip. The staff was quite personable and helpful throughout our stay. We stayed in a king deluxe room with canyon views which was perfect size for my husband and I. I must also commend the housekeeping staff as well. Our room was serviced every night without asking!! The hotel was 3 miles from the Red Rock Canyon which I highly recommend. The hotel is also close to shopping, restaurants and golf courses.
Be the first to ReplyHighly recommend but overpriced
Nice, big, clean rooms. Very spacious with all the amenities you'd need. Good and easy to access parking. Staff was helpful. Nice variety of restaurant options. Enjoyed our stay immensely, but would but stay again unless I got a special deal because the rooms are very expensive.
Be the first to ReplyRed Rock Casino, Las Vegas!
The hotel is Beautiful the Bar Lounge outstanding and so is its service. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Only down side the dealers at the tables are very sad and grumpy. Not many smiles and very little conversation. Its already tuff to lose but to have such a negative vibe at the table makes it harder. Other then that I'd stay again and would recommend the hotel.
Be the first to ReplyGreat hotel if you want to get away from the strip for a few days!
Great food options, loose slots, luxurious rooms and great staff! Everything you could ever want or need is at Red Rock. Bingo hall, IMAX theatre, high end interactive bowling alley, dedicated Keno and Poker areas. Red Rock Canyon is right out your window. You don’t have to leave for anything! I would stay again for sure! The only downfall was the pool wasn’t open, even tho I called ahead and they told me one pool would remain open for winter, when we got there they were all closed.
Be the first to ReplyNot a Resort, Just a Bunch of Rooms Inconveniently Attached to a Giant Casino
Although labeled a resort, this is merely a lot of room’s inconveniently attached to a Giant Casino. It is designed to lure guests to use of the Casino by forcing them to walk hundreds and hundreds of steps every time they want to use their car parked in the self parked lot. Food and drink offerings are mediocre and priced at least double their value. Room service rates are simply shocking. No coffee maker is provided in the room, and if you want some coffee in your room, the charge is $8.00 for a small 3 cup pot. Junk “resort” fees exacerbate the already excessive room rates. Housekeeping is slovenly. During my 3 day stay, housekeeping never even made up my room, despite my illuminating the “Make up my room” light whenever I was not in the room. Needless to say, I will never return and advise you to stay away.

My wife and I like to come to the Red Rocks Resort for what we call a “clean” Vegas vacation. We frequent the excellent selection of vegan restaurants, hike and see a few shows. In this regard, I am pleased to report that Red Rocks is maintaining its quality as a great destination, the restaurants, theatres and other services remaining of the best quality. I would like to call attention to the yoga program in the spa, directed by Erika Trujillo. Ms. Trujillo is an absolutely excellent yoga teacher, with attention to alignment, recovery and the spiritual underpinnings of the practice. In Los Angeles, she would be a cult figure with hundreds of students .For the time being, I must recommend her wall yoga and chakra practices as a must for all yogis, and everyone who wants to keep their back supple. I would urge Red Rocks to continue to maintain this high standard in their yoga offerings.

Used to come here all the time but after tonight never again. The casino staff and the staff at the bars are really rude and unfriendly. Seem to only be helpful to regulars. Yard House is still a great place to eat but go straight home after that
Be the first to ReplyGreat One Night Stay
Our stay at the Red Rock Resort was wonderful. We were greeted at the front door and told a few small things regarding our stay. The front desk check in was easy and offered us an upgraded room. Our signature suite room was amazing. Large, comfortable and well appointed. The jet bath tub was great. TVs had our name on them. Red Rock made us feel like honored guest. The casino floor was large and had the latest games. We ate at Hearthstone and had a great meal. The pool was closed during our visit but looked very nice. Red Rock is a great off the strip luxury resort. Across the street is a shopping area. 10-15 drive to Red Rocks Conservation Area.

We’ve stayed at the Red Rock several times. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool area is magnificent but it can get too crowded and if you’re traveling with young children, you may want to enjoy the pool when the DJ is not around. It attracts the young drinking single crowd.

The family had a wonderful time here. Definitely recommend staying here. We enjoyed some time at the Cabanas, an 80's night at the Rocks Lounge and good dining options. In other trips we have also bowled here and caught a concert at Sandbar Pool.

It is a beautiful resort! I would highly recommend! The rooms were clean. The casino was clean. The only part that I did not love is that you can smoke in the casino, but I do not hold that against the resort.

We live in Summerlin and used to come to Red Rock a lot. I said used to because after today's visit, I will take my business somewhere else! Went with friends out, and after dinner at Smokehouse, we decided to gamble a little. Played a bit of Roulette, but dealer James completely ignored us, talking to his assistant, or whatever the other dealer job is. I guess he wears his mask to cover his lack of guest service, or he is simply, just rude by nature! He SHOULD NOT work in the hospitality industry. Period. Won't come to Redrock anymore. My money, my choice. Thx
Be the first to ReplyNice Resort away from the strip.
Around 20 minutes away from the strip/airport. Arrived in the evening and was there for a business conference. Walked the resort and a very nice well maintained property. Several nice restaurants to try and also a food court. Pool area looked pretty nice but was cold during my stay. Bowling, cinema, and kids area available. Casino is like any other Vegas casino. I had the mountain view which looked over the freeway and homes. They also gave the option of Strip view. The Summerlin area in Las Vegas is considered a desirable place to live and the shoping area next to the resort looks worth exploring as well as I understand some additional restaurants. Overall seems like a nice resort stay but not a bargain by any means.

this was my first time staying at RR. everything about my stay was exceptional. all my staff interactions were warm and welcoming and respectful. there are plenty of dining options for any budget and my experiences at Lucky Penny, Lucille's, Lotus of Siam and in-room dining were wonderful. I'm a poker and blackjack player; the poker room is always busy and well organized, and the pit has good tables with reasonable minimums and structures. I felt even the pit supervisors took an interest in making it an enjoyable experience for me. they also have tons of video poker options. the resort is large but laid out well; unlike the Strip I didn't feel cramped. there is a second parking garage right next to the hotel elevators, an underrated detail. I used the fully functional fitness center multiple times, and the resort is minutes away from beautiful hiking in Red Rock Canyon. I was treated well and had a great experience.

Two quirky things. First, the door closures absolutely slammed when you close your front doors. Boom! Second, the lights that surround your outdoor windows took the night view away. You couldn’t really get a good view because of the glare. Concierge staff were great. Front desk great. Bell staff great!

Lydia P. with perhaps her advising personnel and/or team in Red Rock catering, made our experience unpleasant and very not favorable. I spent over 40,000.00 dollars on this Red Rock event and am not pleased. The critical event was a prior postponement of our wedding by me that was contractually abided by but the repercussions and good will with expectant great customer experience on Red Rock's part were gone. After our critical (and personal) cancelation, it was an uphill battle for many months to proceed with our wedding. They told us that cancelations and postponements in the recent COVID era were common and they accomodated such requests amicably. That was not our experience. We were treated as a conract canceller and did not get calls, emails, texts or hand-holding explaining items and details that we expected for a $30,000.00 spend. We were so distasted with the wedding catering and planning and organizers that we proceeded to get married at the Wynne with a new team that went wonderfully well we had a very small audience. We then had a reception at Red Rock. We were contractually obligated to Red Rock who would not void our contract so we decided to have a big wedding reception there, just a party. It was an incredible dichotomy of customer experience between the two casinos, highlighting very simple things like the ease of being able to check into our optional and expensive suite at the Wynn that was not so at our similarly optional and more expensive suite at the Red Rock. There are five similar expereince comparisons between the two facilities that are dramatic. This entire year of planning will not be forgotten and my future bookings shall reflect this. Any person who asks me will hear this and our small cicle of friends have heard this reality. This commentary will land on google as well. We are disappointed with these happenings. Despite what happened, we are happily married and tried to move on, move forward and make the best of our situation. We are private people and painfully do not like publicizing our private life and endeavors, and are only doing this for the significant expense and hurt incurred. Life goes on. VNalbone, MD

My daughter booked a group for a 3 day weekend. Several rooms, and one suite. Things seemed to be a hit and miss at times, and upon check out, there is no one in the group department available, They don't work weekends. Seems to me that when you have groups like ours, and weddings, there should be at least one person available, plus someone to give you their clients a current statement. I had inquired about a shuttle to the strip and was told they did not offer a shuttle. When my daughter called for a shuttle, she was told the suites DO have a shuttle included in that rate. The day before we paid for the shuttle to the strip. I like the resort, pool was great, but they charged things to her account, that were for options she told them she would not cover! Having to get those adjusted was not fun and VERY TIME CONSUMING. We are Station gamblers and our host tried to get a comped room, NO GO. They didn't even comp her for a future stay!

I went prepared for rude staff – I read the recent reviews. My experience during my recent 5-day stay was completely different. Staff was welcoming and helpful (and fun). Shout outs to Alyandra (front desk); Marchelo (engineering); Nina (and all the housekeeping staff); Lucky Penny early morning staff; Thursday early morning Casino cashiers; lifeguards (including one who tended to stricken guest). Two not quite so positive comments: getting my room cleaned several days between 4-5:30 pm was not optimum and the ‘coming soon’ messages all around the Casino got old (I am here now). Tip: Even if you don’t bowl, check out the Lanes at night. What a [light] show! As you can see by the staff I interacted with, never a dull moment at Red Rocks -- that's why I always come back..
Be the first to ReplyDon’t Gamble at Red Rock Casino’
It’s a beautiful place ,but not a place to gamble ,the slots are just horrible ,they are so unbelievably tight, tight ,tight .I don’t know how the gaming commission does not fine ,this place ???This is just horrible to play slot machines!!! And the top of all off their comp system is just an insult to your character if you asked for a car do you have to wait at the front desk for a host pay for $50 comp I went through a lot of money that day it was just mortifying how I was treated🤮🤮🤮

Lovely hotel to look at, terrible to stay at. So many hidden costs, and rude, rude people. This included the people at the front desk, the maids, & the concierge desk. The exception were the guys parking the cars.
Be the first to ReplyPool area waitresses lacking
Pool area was nice but we couldn't get a single waitress to take drink and food orders. One girl kept walking by and said she was assigned to cabanas, which we understood. The girl in our area continued to try and cater to a couple of young girls on a daybed and only served them. We had $500 in Resort Credit to burn by tomorrow morning and were prepared to order food and drinks for everyone around us, including the daybed next to us. We also brought $200-$300 cash for the waitresses that waited on us. After an hour and a half without a single menu or drink being offered to us, we left the pool area without spending a dime. This was around 2pm on Wednesday July 6th 2022. We were definitely not impressed and will just continue our future stays at Green Valley Ranch instead of RR
