Ryuzu Minato City Reviews from The Last Year
Japanese-style French
The French cuisine here used a lot of Japanese ingredients, so it had a bit of a Japanese feel to it. I sat at the counter, so I could clearly see the chef preparing the food in the kitchen at the front. It was very interesting. The soup that came first was very delicious. The seafood dishes were very tasty. I also liked the mushroom dishes. The stir-fried duck and vegetables had a good taste, but was a bit oily. The dessert was light, with a fruit base. The service was very good. The waiter carefully explained each dish that came out. It was interesting because we talked a lot.
Good experience. Don't miss the foie gras with black truffle!
Good experience. Everything was well done. Although I would have expected more from a 2 star Michelin restaurant. Usually I would expect dishes on another level. Having said that, the foie gras with black truffle and Madeira wine was incredible. One of the best things I've ever eaten. The wine pairing was also spot on!!!! Service was very good.
Delicious Lunch Menu - Unique Flavors and Impressive Course
the lunch menu and each dish was special with unique flavors. I've never had a course meal that was so intricate and well thought out. The bread was also delicious, I even bought some to take home. Highly recommended!

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Can come from a lot of places, people who don't want to get charged their cancellation fee or people who just have them and cant go.

almost all restaurants aren't affiliated with AT and I'm guessing it's mostly people wanting to not pay cancellation fees.
