This was my friend and I's first time getting Korean BBQ, none of the sides were explained on the menu (bad for people with allergies) and the waitstaff was incredibly rude. We were taking our time trying each meat and side and having fun, about 15 minutes in, one of the servers came over cranked up the heat and put ALL of the frozen beef and some of the other stuff onto our grill, without asking if we wanted help, and completely crowding the grill, half of the meat she threw on there ended up getting burnt before we could make space on our tiny plates for all of this meat. She very obviously wanted us to hurry so she could flip the table. But 15 minutes is a bit ridiculous, and touching our food after it's hit the table is not only rude, but is a health hazard. By the time we decided we were "full" (absolutely done and also very unimpressed with the food as well) we only ended up eating half of the meat that was brought to us, and our tummies were already not feeling great, we barely touched the spicy sides which would be the obvious culprit for stomach upset. it honestly put us off of KBBQ restaurants in general, we can get the meat and do the same thing at home with better confidence in the safety of our food.
Be the first to ReplyThe taste is good, the decor is lacking
I can’t in good conscience give it more than average rating.
The food is good tasting, and the price is fair.
The real issue I had with this restaurant, is all the clutter everywhere. It just doesn’t look like a professional establishment.
The gimmick of cooking your food is an entertaining one, and kimchi was really good.
All in all, I enjoyed my time, but I’m not sure I’m gonna go back.
Only non-Koreans eating there.
The staff was very helpful in assisting us with what we ordered. I'm sure they got a laugh from watching us. Food was good, with varying spice levels.

Lots of good food at good prices. Large variety with many side dishes. It all tasted fresh and tasty. If I lived locally, it would be one of my favorite restaurants.
Be the first to ReplyAverage food with a drab decor.
We came to this place in search of Korean BBQ since the reviews I read were mostly positive. As we were seated, I noticed that at least two BBQ tables were held together with duct tape (not a good sign).
The interior reminded me of a converted car repair garage with the walls painted two very drab colors. The only ornaments on the walls were inket-printed pictures of their menu items.
Their soda machine was in the middle of the room.
After deciding on one of their "all you can eat" entrees, we were disappointed in a few ways:
1. We weren't asked about drinks after being seated.
2. It took a very long time to cook the meat so I asked one of the attendants to turn up the gas under the grill. It appeared that he did, but the food didn't cook any faster.
3. Although they gave you a decent amount of meat, the cuts were fairly fatty.
The side dishes, however, were a good variety and were tasty.
Unfortunately, considering the price, the lack of ambience and the other points listed above, I probably won't be back.
Good authentic Korean food
The food here is great. The all-you-can-eat bbq is plentiful and a good value. My only complaint is the staff is too busy to attend to customer's needs. Once your food is served, you have to flag them down if you need anything else.
Be the first to ReplyNice meal for korean bbq
I went by myself and wasn't familiar with the grill yourself concept. Still had a good meal as it was close to my hotel.
The beef was good quality and moderate fat, pork was nicely sliced and also good quality.
The soybean paste soup was good and tasty with good portions of tofu and vegetables.
Like being back in korea
Had a thoroughly enjoyable meal here yesterday. Ordered two portions of Set C which was more than enough for two people. The meat and sides were excellent. Think they should have more buzzers on the table though so that that brilliant idea can take off more in the states.

This small restaurant has very delicious Korean food. The staff is pretty friendly also. This is the perfect place to take your family for Korean cuisine.

There was quite a wait on Sunday night. Waited almost 30 minutes for party of 5.
The kalbi tang was quite good. The Korean bbq was a mixed bag. The brisket was good. The marinated kalbi was way too sweet. Should have got the unmarinated kalbi. Service was actually ok for a Korean restaurant.
