Sushi Ohata Osaka Reviews from The Last Year
I sometimes forget about this place.
Decent sushi. Better Hibachi. Fresh ingredients and good food. You shouldn't leave hungry. Nice to have option on the "East".
What once was one of the better restaurants in Oregon has
What once was one of the better restaurants in Oregon has sadly fallen to one of the most missable restaurants in the city. Flavors aren't there nor is the service. It used to be my go to for sushi or a night out with my family but now I will travel to Perrysburg or other places as necessary.
Food is prepared with care and fresh.
Menu selection has enough to cater to most. Service is nice and quick with a service first approach.
Food is good, the owner is amazing and so kind.
But the young waiter is always on his phone and kind of rude. Going back always for the owner. Definitely recommend
Poor food.
Poor service. Poor ambiance. Once and done for us. There are better options
My husband had 2 sushi rolls that were good.
I ordered vegetable yaki udon that was really greasy and oily and honestly a small portion for the price. Also, we ordered fried rice that never came and when we were ready to leave and asked it get removed from the bill there was a hassle to make that happen. However, there was a never ending line of takeout pickups while we were there, so it would seem people in the area really love this place. Not very impressed by the food or service here, won't be back.

When you sell a reservation that has a prepaid fee AT takes a commission on that fee. This doesn’t really make sense because it’s an expense the seller incurs not part of the profit that is shared.
For example:
Carbone NYC fee to book table for 2 is $108.88
If you sell it for $200 on AT you get $140 from them.
Your net profit is $31 and AT collects $60 in fees.
It would make more sense not to charge commission on the upfront fee as this creates a disincentive and results in higher costs for buyers.

Agreed. Ultimately not addressing this month after month is clearly resulting in a drop in certain venue’s rankings & sales.
