A couple of reviews mentioned the Carbonara was light on the "goodies," so I asked for extra peas and bacon and that was perfect! The sauce is rich and creamy, the pasta perfectly cooked, and the crispy bacon and fresh green peas add a lovely salty-sweetness. I had to order the Street Corn Ribs again because they are a flavor bomb in my mouth. Easier to eat than a whole cob, all the yummy cheese and sauce have more sides to soak into, making this a suck-the-cob kind of taste treat. The Chocolate Mousse Cake I will pick at over several days to make the rich, chocolate, deliciousness last.

The only good thing about our overpriced, cold and down right disappointing dinner there was the cheesecake. They know how to make cheesecake delicious. But otherwise our meals were lousy. Cold fries, dry rice in the meal, rubbery chicken, extremely el dente pasta, coleslaw that was basically just shredded cabbage, and $26 for 9 fried shrimp? And the service was okay, but not worth the massive tip they get because the bill is so huge. My ladies were also upset because their restroom is closed, so ladies prepare yourselves to hike across Southdale mall to use the restroom if you have to go. My 77 year old mother was not a fan of that option. I will not be going back to the Cheesecake Factory for a meal anytime soon, but would have the cheesecake again for sure.

I went there today for my birthday with my wife and our baby we ate at the restaurant the food was ok but small portions and not well presented we got done eating we decided to get some to go cheesecake home and boy I will tell you the lady at the counter was rude, she made us wait when no one was there, people came and looked at the showcase waited and left then I decided to call her she didn't came right away but then she came no hi or nothing just do you know what you want? I told her yes then she got done with my order slammed those boxes in the bag destroyed the 2 small pieces of raspberry cheesecake that looked like one slice cut in half to make it 2 slices. I used to come here a lot for my kids birthdays and to celebrate anything but it has changed over the years. Next time I just order a cheesecake from a bakery you got more for your buck and probably fresh.

Why is this place always better than expected but then I feel bad after I have eaten there?! It's a great place to go if you want a wide selection and value. The food really isn't that bad either but it's no 4 or 5-star restaurant. I try to go here no more than once a year. It's usually quite busy and service is pretty good too but again nothing to write home about.

We arrived at 11:20 am and were seated right away. Our waiter came almost immediately and took our drink order. When he came back with our drinks we placed our food order (chicken with mushrooms, asparagus and melted cheese along with mashed potatoes). The food came out pretty quickly and we were both so excited to eat. The food was luke warm. My friend had to get up and go find our server. We told him to just microwave the food. When he came back he cautioned us that the plate and food were extremely HOT so to be careful. Yes, the plate was hot, but the food not so much. We both ended up taking most of our food home. Pretty disappointing for $30.
Hi everyone, here is an update.
..2 was ago I went back to the CFactory and just to let you know that I had a great time. I had the Impossible Burger and Sweet potatoes Fries which was delicious. I try to order something different each time I go because there is such a large choice. The service was great it was so great that I did not have to catch the servers name (I only get and remember names when we get terrible service). Everything was great and I also took a slice of the chocolate cheesecake home for later. And had leftovers of my burger and fries. My ESA was with me as usual and he sat under the table until our party of 9 was done. GREAT MEAL, SERVICE AND AMBIANCE!! Thank you Cheesecake Factory!!

Made a reservation for a birthday dinner and were seated right away. Our server was very friendly and attentive, and let us know to take our time deciding because the menu is just SO HUGE. When we finally decided what we would like he was right there to take our order. Everything that we had was pretty great, but the real star was this carne asada steak. I need to find a copycat recipe to try this at home, it was spectacular! Avocado egg rolls are crispy and flavorful but we were not big fans of the tamarind sauce it came with. Ordered some kids meals and they were pretty standard kid menu food. THE CHEESECAKE THOUGH! We went with the classic fresh strawberry and the mango key lime with coconut macaroon crust. Honestly best cheesecake we have ever had. The lighting in here was surprisingly dim! It was almost hard to read the menu with how low the lights were! The speed of service was pretty quick throughout the meal, and they made my daughter feel extra special with her dessert presentation. For a chain restaurant, the Cheesecake Factory is top tier and we will definitely be back!

I had gift cards that I hadn't used. I decided to come there to celebrate my three year sober date from alcohol. I came with my youngest daughter, and two of my grandchildren. I found the food mediocre. Definitely not worth what was being charged. The only thing out of our four plates that I thought was wonderful was my daughter's flatbread pizza. My omelet tasted more fried then like a fluffy omelet. The other and totally best thing of our visit was our server/waitress. Her name is Valentina. She was sweet, helpful, very accommodating. I wish I had wayyyyyy more to tip her. She was splendid.

I have been to this location many times over the years and decided to bring my nephews and sons for a birthday dinner. This place is consistently busy! I was able to find parking but there is construction in the area and that did make it a little harder. The decor has not changed throughout the years but somehow still seems relevant. The lights are turned down and it does have a more cozy vibe. I had made a reservation but we were about an hour early and I decided to see if we could get in early. We were sat 20 minutes later which I thought was great! You can make a reservation but only after to sign up for their rewards program. My server was very nice but did not ask if we were celebrating anything. She did do a great job with refills and the spacing of bread, apps and entrees. The food: the Buffalo blasts were a favorite of the kids! I found them to have too much breading. The ranch here is very garlicky and delicious! The Mac and cheese balls were not as good as I remember but still very good! The noodles seemed over cooked and gummy. I did the 4 cheese pasta with chicken. The chicken was diced and put in the pasta. I wish it had been chopped and placed on top. My nephews got the fish and chips and the tomato basil pasta. Both were very tasty. Portions are large. We ended with the Oreo cheesecake and the white chocolate raspberry cheesecake. Both were tasty! Overall, the experience was expensive but still delicious.

I order the same thing every time. The Thai chicken lettuce wraps under the appetizers. It's so healthy and so amazingly delicious. The one thing I had an issue with was our dessert. We ordered the apple crisp. The apples and ice cream were good, but there was very little crisp. It wasn't even oatmeal. It was like chopped up granola and there wasn't much of it. It was meh. Everything else was great. There's a reason why this place is always fking packed. The food is always top notch. Presentation, flavor, and preparation is always just the best. I love the food here.

We love to sit and dine-in, but sometimes, we have to just take food to go. Both options are great with the Cheesecake Factory. The service is great and the ambient is relaxing and enjoyable. 100% recommend!

This was my first time at Cheesecake Factory and I was hoping for a different experience. Food was great but the server we had really made the experience not pleasant. I am a server too and would never make guests feel bad for asking for something they needed in order to enhance their experience. Tashia was our server and I recommend everyone reading this review immediately ask for a different server if she happens to be yours. Tashia's mannerism made us feel brushed off and even when she set things down such as straws or refills, she would slightly throw them and just walk away before we could even say thank you. When asking for more napkins she responded "okay is there anything else you guys need so I can get it all at once instead of having to come back multiple times for things you guys keep forgetting that you need." In a rude tone as if she didn't want to serve us. Not to mention, she also smelled like cigarettes and having to eat when getting a whiff of that is uncomfortable. Idk what kind of day she was having and that's totally fine but please don't let this carry on. I really wanted to have a good first experience but Tashia ruined it.

I have always liked the Cheesecake Factory! This is the one I always go to because it is closest to me. It is ALWAYS busy. Prepare to wait. This particular location is attached to a mall, with a movie theater. Service: I am not sure why but the service REALLY lacks here, since I first came here 20 years ago. There is one guys recently we had who was really friendly, I forgot to get this name but is a Black and is very attentive and friendly. Food: Come on now, we love the food and HUGE portions. The menus is very extensive, a bit overwhelming but something for everyone. Delicious desserts. I LOVE the avocado egg rolls & sauce, the Strawberry lemonade (the best in the world) and the Adam's Cheesecake. Atmosphere: Is it buzzling and fast. Cool decor with high ceilings. It can be loud but you can still hear each other. Kid and family friendly. Parking is plenty but you may not get up close so prepare for a little walk. I definitely recommend!
Discriminatory reservation policy- do not give them your business
Do not do business with this company. Their corporate reservation policy is discriminatory. Will reserve table for 6 but not larger parties even if party has elderly disabled adults. Said they should show up and wait. Shame on this business. Pure greed at work. They prefer keeping their tables full versus doing the right thing. I’ve called their corporate office and invite you to do the same at 1-818-871-3000.

Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered? |
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.

I had a bunch of resys and they cancelled them all and now when I get an alert and try to book it says the reservation is no longer available... has this happened to anyone else? Any recommendations on what to do?

Anyone can help with payouts, support hasn’t been helpful at all. My funds cleared and I can only retrieve $50 usd a day with a $5 fee and a % per transaction. It would take so long and so much in fees. Thanks!

I am having a tough time contacting and elucidating a response from AT Support. I had a listing at 6pm, which was a mistake as the actual listing reservation was at 11pm. This got somehow approved by AT, and a customer bought this from me for 6pm. I want to cancel this listing and refund customer , but there is no way of doing this ! Banned from Resy for selling reservations- Do we have a rat on our hands???
I am new to this app and started off by selling a polo bar reservation and then quickly sold one more reservation. Not long after I received emails from Resy saying all my reservations are cancelled and I am being banned from Resy for life. How could this have possibly happened without a rat telling Resy that I sold the reservation. I need some advice on this situation and let’s catch the rat!

You can only deposit $50 at a time until you earn the “Sales and Low Refund Medal” I believe. Im new to this as well but the ability to deposit more money at once and increase your amount of listings comes with that medal.
